“Wow~ Was it intentional? So bold~!!”

    Before entering the building

Cheol-jin looks up at the sign attached to the outer wall of the top floor of the building and quietly mutters to himself.

    “What?”

Si-woo looks at Cheol-jin and asks.

“Isn’t the ‘Ju’ in those parentheses the ‘Ju’ for corporation~”

Cheol-jin says out of the blue

“What are you talking about all of a sudden?”

Si-woo looks back up at the sign on the outer wall of the building that Cheol-jin is looking at and asks Cheol-jin.

“People who know will definitely know!!”

Cheol-jin starts muttering to himself again…

Cheol-jin takes out his smartphone and takes a picture of the sign on the outer wall of the top of the building.

    -Click!

    -Click!

    -Click!

Si-woo watched Cheol-jin with an expression of disbelief for a while.

“I’m going to give this to you as a problem, so try to solve it!!”

Cheol-jin, as if so happy about something, laughs excitedly and enters the building first.

Si-woo thinks to himself, ‘What a weirdo!’ and follows Cheol-jin into the building with his siblings.

    **

    “Oppa~ look over there~!!”

As soon as they enter the lobby on the first floor of the building through the entrance

Se-young points to a signboard standing right in front of the stairs leading to the basement of the building.

    “Huh?”

It seemed that an event cafe named ‘The Witch and the Cat’ was set up there.

-They seem to sell drinks and snacks while telling tarot fortunes-

“The academy runs it~! Aunt Seon-joo bought me an ice cream cake there last week~! Hehe”

Se-young smiles brightly and tells Si-woo about her previous visit to the cafe with Aunt Seon-joo as if showing off.

Several photos of the cafe’s interior were included on the signboard.

The inside of the cafe seemed to be decently decorated in a medieval European style.

“Ah~ really? Then shall we go eat together with Oppa next time? Oppa will buy you anything you want to eat~!!”

“Yes!! Sua too~!! They seem to tell tarot fortunes at the cafe. Like love compatibility or future spouse~”

Se-young answers innocently, taking care of Sua next to her…

    “Okay~!! Good~!! Sua too!!”

-I also have the card I received from Mom…-

Si-woo makes a promise without hesitation, not weighing or considering anything, because Se-young, who is affectionately clinging to him, is so cute and lovely.

Banks, convenience stores, and pharmacies were located in the large space on the first floor.

Si-woo and his siblings quickly scan the inside of the building with their eyes and pass through the lobby as if walking through it, heading deep inside the building.

    **

Cheol-jin, who had gone ahead, stopped the elevator and was waiting for Si-woo and his siblings.

He gets on the elevator and presses the button.

    3rd floor~

    ‘Experiential Sensory Training Research Center’

That was the name of the academy written on the sign.

A bizarre and complex name that seems to be lacking in social skills for a magic academy targeting children and parents

    “It wasn’t extrasensory perception~?”

Cheol-jin is constantly exclaiming as if surprised by something.

    -Click!

    -Click!

    -Click!

Cheol-jin was meticulously taking pictures inside the elevator as if he were a detective collecting evidence of some mysterious case.

On one wall of the elevator, there was a brief introduction to the magic academy.

    Manipulation

    General

    Illusion

    Stage

    Street

    Psychokinesis

    Psychometry

    Astrology

    Tarot reading

    Hypnosis Counseling Therapy

    Cognitive Learning Counseling

    Etc…

The types of magic or programs learned at the academy were shown with photos of classes and performances.

Se-young’s magic program seemed to be focused on astrology and hypnosis counseling therapy.

Since Se-young wanted it and it also served the purpose of therapy, it seemed that more weight was being placed on that area.

The elevator arrives on the 3rd floor, and a loud arrival notification sound rings inside the elevator.

Soon the elevator doors open with a swoosh.

As soon as they get off, a semi-transparent double glass door with the academy’s name written on it is visible a few meters ahead…

Si-woo approaches and pushes open the glass door, and a chime rings out cheerfully.

    **

    “Welcome~!!”

A somewhat familiar female voice is heard.

A young and pretty girl of Si-woo’s age, sitting at the academy’s information desk, greets Si-woo and his siblings with a greeting.

-Wearing a tight-fitting orange long hoodie like a stage costume…-

Si-woo stared intently at the girl for a while, feeling an unfamiliar yet familiar feeling, wondering who she was.

And Si-woo slowly began to recognize the girl’s face.

One familiar girl he sees almost every day was slowly being recognized by Si-woo like a video with morphing techniques applied.

“Huh? Shin Seul-gi? What are you doing here?”

Si-woo asks, slightly surprised, as he steps forward to confirm.

“What are you? Were you also someone related to this place??”

Cheol-jin, who was next to him, also seemed surprised and shouted as he rushed forward.

The person who greeted Si-woo and his group while sitting at the academy’s information desk was Shin Seul-gi from the same school.

-150 years old, a friend of Si-woo attending the same advanced academy, Shin-bi’s younger sister-

“Lower your voice!! Class is in session~! And why are you so surprised? It’s a part-time job! Is this the first time you’ve seen someone working?”

Seul-gi scolds Si-woo and Cheol-jin, who are making a fuss, raising her voice unnecessarily.

“You never told me you worked here?!”

Cheol-jin is talking to Seul-gi as if he feels somewhat disappointed.

-Cheol-jin and Seul-gi are always bickering, but in any case, they are good friends, limited to specific topics-

“Why would I bother to tell you that? Anyway, I’m keeping it a secret at school~! I’m doing work-study at the academy helping my aunt~!!”

Seul-gi was explaining her situation roughly to Si-woo and Cheol-jin.

Just as Si-woo was about to ask a question as if reacting to the word ‘aunt’, Se-young and Sua, who were next to Si-woo, suddenly run forward.

    “Seul-gi Unnie~ we’re here too~!”

Se-young and Sua hug Seul-gi as if burrowing into her arms, greeting her happily.

Seul-gi hugs Se-young and Sua, who are hugging her, with both arms, and pats their bottoms.

    “My kittens are here~?”

The sight of Seul-gi and her siblings looking so friendly.

“Huh?! Were you guys originally that close?”

Si-woo was a little surprised by the seemingly close relationship between his siblings and Seul-gi.

    “Hehe~ I like Seul-gi Unnie so much~!!”

Se-young says, smiling brightly as she looks back at Si-woo while hugging Seul-gi.

Si-woo and Cheol-jin ended up talking in a structure facing Seul-gi and the younger siblings.

Si-woo feels a slight sense of sadness

    “What’s with your outfit?”

Cheol-jin asks Seul-gi as if complaining, as if he is dissatisfied with something.

The orange dress hoodie that Seul-gi is wearing

Perhaps because it is a stage costume, it seems to have loose wrinkles, but it is quite tight on the body, so the curves of the body are subtly revealed.

“I told you it’s for work!! What are you so dissatisfied with as soon as you get here, even though you crashed?”

Seul-gi argues back without giving in.

Si-woo thinks that the duo’s banter, which he often sees at school, is about to begin again.

    “Crashed… Who’s crashing~!! I… I also came to the academy for a formal consultation~!!”

Cheol-jin stutters and makes excuses, perhaps because he is embarrassed to have been caught secretly spying.

Seul-gi seemed to know the circumstances of Cheol-jin’s visit to the academy in detail for some reason.

Seul-gi looks at Cheol-jin silently for a moment, smiling as if amused.

“Well~ anyway, since you’re here, check out everything you’re curious about~!!”

Seul-gi stands up from her seat and says, changing her expression brightly.

“The director is waiting for you? Would you like to follow me this way?”

Seul-gi says that and guides Si-woo and Cheol-jin inside.

    **

Seul-gi arrived with Si-woo, Cheol-jin, and the younger siblings at an office with a sign that read Director’s Office.

Seul-gi knocks on the door and enters.

Soon, guided by Seul-gi, Si-woo and Cheol-jin entered the director’s office with their siblings.

There, a beautiful woman in her mid to late 20s, dressed in a purple blouse and a tight black knee-length skirt suit, was standing.

She had wavy brown permed hair that reached down to her waist, and there was nothing to criticize about her figure, face, or clothes.

Outstanding beauty comparable to mothers or aunts

She looked familiar, but Si-woo definitely didn’t know her.

“I’ve been waiting~ My name is Director Yoo Ye-na.”

Teacher Yoo Ye-na greets Si-woo and Cheol-jin with a welcoming greeting.

A clear, lovely, and voluminous voice

    “Ah… Yes~ Hello. I’m Yoo Si-woo, Se-young’s older brother.”

Si-woo greets with a slightly dazed feeling.

Cheol-jin and the younger siblings also greeted in unison and sat on the sofa.

A moment later, Seul-gi pours cool drinks with ice into mugs and places them in front of Si-woo and Cheol-jin, then leaves the director’s office.

And so, the interview with Teacher Yoo Ye-na began at the magic academy.
