Hell – 6
by Shini
“So this is the magic circle those trash-like beings use.”
Kaikilia, who had been slowly observing the magic circle inscribed with an inverted pentagram, casually uttered a remark.
“You saw correctly.”
“Will there be no problem if we use it?”
“Yes. There won’t be any problem.”
“Then it is done.”
Even though I had said it would be fine without any basis whatsoever, Kaikilia accepted it without question. She didn’t seem to have even the slightest intention of verifying my words.
Margarita, who had been squatting on the floor examining the magic circle, observed Kaikilia’s reaction and cautiously opened her mouth. Kaikilia didn’t show any particular reaction.
“I’ve never seen this thing work before. Bringing me all the way here means you know how to use it, right?”
“That would be the case.”
Margarita, who had been looking at me with renewed surprise, shook her head.
“What on earth are you? You know even things like this. A normal person… No, you wouldn’t be normal. Anyway, does it make sense for a person to know everything about magic circles drawn in Hell?”
I chuckled lightly and evaded the answer. Margarita didn’t seem to have expected an answer at all, and with an expression that said, “I knew it,” she squatted down again and tapped the magic circle.
These inverted pentagram magic circles, drawn throughout the field, were a concept unique to the Demons’ Sanctuary DLC among the B-Dark 4 DLCs, each with its own distinct concept.
Instead of having only two statues across the entire field, one could teleport anywhere in the area using the inverted pentagram magic circle.
Of course, the area near the boss room was blocked, with the game claiming an unknown force was at work. That’s why the other statue was located right in front of the boss room.
“This way.”
I led the two of them to the edge of the cliff. A sheer cliff was visible on the opposite side, and below, a gorge of immense length and depth stretched out.
I pointed a finger at something faint visible on the opposite cliff.
“You just need to go in there and activate the altar. Then you’ll be able to use the magic circle.”
Margarita seemed daunted by the sheer height of the cliff and stumbled back. Kaikilia looked down into the gorge, frowned, then lifted her head.
“At this distance, it seems possible to leap across. Would that be acceptable?”
“…There is another way, so you do not need to do that, Your Majesty.”
Shaking my head in disbelief at the idea of leaping across a gorge that looked easily 30 to 40 meters deep, I stood on an unnaturally protruding part slightly to the right of the cliff.
And, without hesitation, I stepped into thin air in front of it.
Before a startled Margarita could stop me, saying, “Wait!”, my right foot stepped onto the air outside the cliff and stopped. I heard someone gasp behind me.
I took another step forward. I turned my body, appearing as if I were walking on air.
“You saw, right?”
“Huh? Wha-?”
Margarita, seeing me floating in the air, widened her eyes.
“As you can see, it’s a transparent platform. You just walk across like this.”
“…I understand.”
Kaikilia nodded slightly and stepped into the air beside me. Her leather boots trampled the seemingly empty air as she walked forward.
“Delta, can you leave a mark on this platform?”
“It would be faster for you to see for yourself.”
I went back to the cliff, grabbed a handful of sand, and sprinkled it onto the transparent platform. As soon as the sand touched the transparent platform, it became transparent and vanished.
“So it has been specially magically treated. I understand completely.”
“…I’ll stay here. You go ahead.”
Margarita squatted down, saying she absolutely couldn’t cross. Outwardly, she was the type of cool and confident Latina beauty, but every time I saw her like this, the discrepancy with her image was so great that it felt strange.
Well, if I had to pick the person with the biggest discrepancy between appearance and personality, it would undoubtedly be Rije. Despite having a haughty, cat-like face, she had that kind of personality.
“I understand. Since Your Majesty has already cleared out all the demons nearby, nothing will appear, so please wait here.”
As I said that and was about to turn, Margarita, who had seemed to hesitate, cautiously added.
“…You know. I can understand and wait for a long time, but you can’t be too late, okay?”
“…?”
Leaving Margarita, who was saying strange things, behind, Kaikilia and I walked across the transparent platform.
When we were about halfway across the cliff, and a strange shimmer began to appear, I stopped Kaikilia. Kaikilia looked directly at the shimmer I was gazing at and gestured with her chin.
“Is it because of that?”
“Yes, Your Majesty.”
The gate beyond the cliff was aligned with the magic circle, but as you could tell from the transparent platform starting to the right of the magic circle, the angle was quite off.
The trap caused by that angle was a section that bent once to the left.
If one had good observation skills, they might think it was a trap because something was shimmering intensely in front of it, but users crossing here for the first time would usually not think about such things and just walk blindly, inevitably falling to their death.
I had too.
“Truly a structure of foul taste. A thought only those disgusting beings would conceive.”
“I think so too.”
We soon arrived at the faintly visible gate above the magic circle. I pushed the gate open. A *Kugugung* sound was heard, and dust clinging to the gate flew everywhere.
We went inside. As soon as Kaikilia entered, she frowned as much as she could at the demon statues lined up on both sides and raised her Holy Sword.
Knowing what would happen next, I left her to it and walked towards the altar. I heard the sound of something shattering violently behind me.
While Kaikilia was smashing the statues, I stood before the central altar and stepped onto the platform. The sides of the altar hollowed out, and red blood flowed from the hollowed parts, beginning to fill the altar.
Soon, the entire altar was filled with blood. The hollowed-out parts returned to their original state. Kaikilia, who had by then smashed all the statues, approached my side.
“Is it done?”
“That’s right. Now we can return to the magic circle.”
“Every single trivial thing is utterly disgusting. This is why their extermination is righteous.”
Even after smashing all the statues, Kaikilia’s discomfort didn’t seem to have completely subsided. Her tone was full of thorns.
The thought of whether it was okay to let her use the demons’ magic circle in such a state suddenly crossed my mind, but I quickly dismissed it. Given Kaikilia’s personality, if she didn’t want to use the magic circle, she would have said so earlier.
Just before I, who had activated the altar, stepped outside, Kaikilia’s voice stopped me.
“How dare you move without My permission? Stop at once.”
“…What is the matter, Your Majesty?”
I turned around. Kaikilia strode towards me. It was almost impossible to guess her feelings from her expression alone, so I waited for her next words, slightly tense, wondering what was happening.
Kaikilia came right up to me, almost as if to embrace me.
-*Chu*.
And then, she kissed me.
‘No, what on earth is this all of a sudden…?’
The soft sensation of her lips, the warm body heat of the woman who had come so close, and the confusion that followed preceded any excitement.
As I stood there bewildered, unable to comprehend the situation, Kaikilia pressed her body even closer. The feel of the lingerie supporting her breasts could be felt against my chest.
“Ugh…”
A faint moan began to escape her lips. It was Kaikilia’s, of course. Kaikilia, who had firmly gripped my wrist to prevent me from pulling away, suddenly thrust her tongue between my lips.
“Churup… Hwoop…”
With a slightly sticky, wet sound, Kaikilia’s body trembled. Just like last time, she was reaching a faint climax just from a kiss, twisting her thighs.
I wasn’t sure what she wanted by doing this, but it was probably best to quickly bring her to completion first and then ask. It didn’t seem like she would allow me to pull my lips away right now.
With the hand that wasn’t caught, I gripped Kaikilia’s buttock. After confirming her entire body trembled, I massaged her buttock here and there as if kneading a breast, and slipped my other arm inside her suit coat.
Perhaps because I was responding instead of trying to pull away, Kaikilia obediently released my wrist.
I slipped my arm inside the coat and searched for the hollow along her spine. Her white shirt was so thin that it was slightly translucent, so it was easy to find just by the feel of my fingers.
Gently pressing the hollow near her tailbone with my finger, I entwined my tongue with hers. I traced my fingers upwards along the hollowed line, applying pressure to the hand massaging her buttock.
“-!!!!!!”
Kaikilia immediately convulsed and reached climax. Unable to even breathe properly, she merely trembled, uttering only muffled moans through her lips.
Nevertheless, her body was still not pulling away. It seemed insufficient. I moved my fingers, which had traced up to near her shoulder blades along her spine, to near her armpit.
As I tickled her armpit with my fingers, Kaikilia twisted her body back and forth. In that state, I stroked her waistline and moved down to her side.
I massaged her ilium, precariously peeking out from her suit pants, a few times, and then moved further down. As my fingers moved further down her lower abdomen, her body flinched.
Finally, I reached out and lightly brushed the inside of her thigh.
“Ung, Ugh! Eueup!”
A sound closer to a shriek of ecstasy than a moan escaped Kaikilia’s lips. Her body twisted most intensely yet.
When the convulsions ended, our touching lips also parted. Kaikilia’s knees buckled, and she leaned against me. I wrapped my arm around her back, supporting her body, which was on the verge of collapsing.
Silence hung in the air. Only Kaikilia’s ragged breathing, gasping roughly, “Hwoook, hwoook,” with her face buried in my chest, could be heard. I seized this opportunity to ask.
“Why suddenly this…?”
Only after gasping for breath for a long time after my question, Kaikilia managed to lift her head. Her face still maintained her dignified appearance from before, but her ragged breathing remained.
“…A punishment, it is.”
“Did you say punishment?”
I asked back in a bewildered voice. Kaikilia slowly nodded her head.
‘It seems like she’s the one having a harder time?’
Compared to me, who was still standing fine, Kaikilia’s legs were completely weak, and she couldn’t even properly support her body. At this rate, I couldn’t tell who was punishing whom.
It was even questionable whether this was truly a punishment in the first place. Surely, common sense wouldn’t have been altered by a mod to this extent. I just wondered if she was trying to satisfy her personal desires.
‘That would be absurd in its own way, though.’
What did I do for her to already try to satisfy her personal desires with something like this? Kaikilia’s body was merely sensitive; she was far from the type to have belatedly awakened to pleasure.
“I understand for now. Let’s go back.”
“Do as you wish. The punishment is not yet over, so you must not let your guard down.”
‘Tension?’
I chuckled inwardly, leading Kaikilia, whose legs were wobbling, across the transparent platform. She was only able to walk on her own after we had crossed about halfway.
Margarita tilted her head, asking why we came back so early. Now I understood what she meant. She seemed to be completely misunderstanding our relationship.
To be honest, I had nothing to say even if she misunderstood like that.
“So, how does it work? Aren’t you going to tell us?”
‘Huh?’
As I stepped onto the magic circle, I froze in place for a moment after that question. Now that I thought about it, that was true. No UI appears here, does it? In the game, pressing the E key on the magic circle would bring up the map UI.
‘…….’
Silence fell. Kaikilia and Margarita were staring at me with expressions asking, “Why is he like that?”
‘How am I supposed to move to the inside of the castle-‘
And the moment I thought that, the inverted pentagram magic circle glowed red and swallowed the three of us. I reflexively closed my eyes, then gently opened them when nothing happened.
I looked around. We were standing on a familiar-looking castle wall, and the nearby demons were staring with wide, gleaming eyes.
‘…It worked?’
While I was surprised inwardly, Margarita let out a shrill scream and clung tightly behind us. Hearing the scream, the demons began to roar and get excited.
-*Kwajijijik*!
“Disgusting creatures, can you not shut your mouths?”
Of course, it was of no use. Kaikilia, who had somehow drawn her Holy Sword, swung it and sliced nearly ten demons into pieces. Dark red blood streamed down.
The inside of the castle instantly fell silent.
