    Fairy Kingdom

I began gathering Dark race volunteers to carve a path to the Fairy Kingdom.

I accepted any Dark race into the Kyle Holy Kingdom, provided they possessed self-awareness, could communicate, and controlled their wild instincts to avoid harming other citizens. As a result, the Kyle Holy Kingdom was home to a diverse array of Dark races.

I announced a reward throughout the Holy Kingdom, promising land ownership to those who pioneered the path to the Fairy Kingdom.

From the Bohawk Forest, Kyle Holy Kingdom, Jungle Autonomous Region, and the Demon Lord Army, various Dark races such as plants, Undead, and Dark Fairies volunteered. Within a month, a staggering 6,000 individuals had gathered at the Fairy Kingdom’s border.

Major cities within the Dark race alliance, including the Dark Elf settlement, were connected by subway, facilitating the rapid assembly of volunteers.

The common thread among the gathered races was their ability to survive within the Fairy barrier without fear of starvation or their expertise in illusion magic.

I assembled the pioneering volunteers beside the Fairy Kingdom’s barrier and addressed them.

“Those barbaric Fairies have rejected the grace of me, the God of Darkness, and have chosen to rebel in their tiny land! All Dark race volunteers! Carve a path to the Fairy Kingdom so that my grace may be delivered! I shall bestow upon you the land of the path you pioneer!”

All the pioneering volunteers cheered with delighted faces.

    “Woahhhh!! That land is mine!”

“I’ll take the best land!! Hahaha!”

A staggering 6,000 individuals entered the Fairy Kingdom’s barrier.

Thereafter, those seeking land steadily arrived and entered the barrier.

Some acted alone, others in groups, each pioneering the path in their own way.

All that remained for me was to garrison troops beside the Fairy Kingdom’s barrier and await news.

Three weeks later, joyous news arrived that a path to the Fairy Kingdom had been pioneered.

Before me, Alaune Suhasini, the leader of the largest plant-type pioneering unit, knelt on one knee and reported the results of the pioneering.

“It is an honor to behold the face of the God of Darkness! Our family has pioneered the path to the Fairy Kingdom!”

“You have done well indeed! How did you accomplish it?”

“Our plant-type Dark races can discern paths through the soil. By comparing soils, we located new areas, and by having members of our family take root in the ground at regular intervals to wait, we discovered the Fairy Kingdom.”

“Oh! That is a truly remarkable method. Then, can you guide my army?”

“Indeed. If you receive guidance from our family members stationed at regular intervals, you will be able to reach the Fairy Kingdom.”

As I clapped my hands in admiration, my wives and archbishops around me all clapped to commend the Suhasini family’s achievement.

    Clap clap clap clap clap

I bestowed upon Suhasini the promised reward.

“I shall recognize your family’s ownership of all the areas where they are stationed. Now, guide my army to the Fairy Kingdom.”

Suhasini bowed her head with a satisfied expression and replied.

“Thank you. I shall escort the God of Darkness to the Fairy Kingdom!”

A week later, I led my family, Harvesters, and a massive army of Tentacles, guided by Suhasini, into the illusion barrier of the Fairy Kingdom.

The mobile home was too large to be used.

I walked, and my family rode in several palanquins carried by Tentacles as we entered the barrier.

Guided by Suhasini, we indeed encountered plant-type Dark races such as Treants, Alaunes, sentient Matango, Bush Monsters, and Mandrakes planted in the ground at regular intervals, greeting me and indicating the direction.

Suhasini walked beside me, kindly explaining.

“The Fairy Kingdom’s barrier employs methods that distort the five senses, including optical illusions. However, it could not alter the soil, so it could not deceive the plant’s sixth sense that feels the soil. The actual thickness of the barrier is short, so you should arrive in a day.”

    “I’m glad it’s not long.”

    “Indeed. Hohoho~”

After walking for a day, a massive lake indeed appeared before us.

“That must be Fairy Lake. It’s truly enormous.”

Above Fairy Lake, tens of thousands of male and female Fairies, ranging in size from forearm-sized to adult-sized with youthful faces, flew around and played, laughing and giggling with innocent and happy faces as if freed from all the world’s troubles.

The Fairies were so engrossed in playing that they were unaware that an army of Tentacles had begun to emerge from the illusion barrier forest surrounding Fairy Lake.

    I was dumbfounded and said.

“While the Elves were struggling to fight, these bastards were playing? There’s no hope for them.”

Lucy-nuna looked at the Fairies pitifully and affirmed.

“Even in fairy tales, Fairies are depicted as living happily among themselves, detached from the world. Spotless purity may seem beautiful to the Light races, but it cannot withstand these turbulent times. They are simply a race destined to be eliminated.”

A Fairy happened to glance at the forest and screamed.

    “Kyaaaaa! Monsters!”

All the Fairies looked at the forest.

A massive Dark army emerged from the forest and approached Fairy Lake.

    The Fairies screamed with disbelief.

“Kyaaak! How did they get in?!”

“We’re all going to be eaten! We have to run!”

The Fairies didn’t even think about fighting and fled to the opposite side of the lake.

I swiftly issued an order to the entire army.

    “Capture the Fairies!!”

The entire army roared and charged towards Fairy Lake.

“Kieeee! I’ll catch all the little ones!”

    “Kuhahahaha! Toys!”

Magicians, including Lucy-nuna, cast powerful ice magic on Fairy Lake, causing the lake’s surface to freeze with a deudeudeudeuk sound.

Harvesters and Tentacles wielding giant bug nets ran across the ice, swinging their nets to catch Fairies.

A Harvester jumped and swung the bug net from above, capturing a forearm-sized Fairy flying in the air. The Fairy thrashed and wailed inside the net.

“Kyaaaat! No! Please save me! Waaah!”

The net of this bug net was outsourced to the Arachne clan of Bohawk Forest and made of Arachne silk, making it extremely tough. The handle was made of insect shells used to make Giant Ent armor, making it sturdy, so no matter how much the Fairy struggled, it could not escape.

Dozens of Tentacles from the Dark army dragged iron cannons deureureureu and fired them all at once with a peong peong sound.

Net cannonballs flew from the cannons with a shuung sound, then burst in the air with a pababak sound, turning into giant Arachne webs that covered the flying Fairies.

The Fairies stuck to the webs screamed and fell to the ground, wailing.

The Fairies struggled desperately to remove the webs, but the stickiness of the Arachne webs was beyond imagination, sticking even more to their bodies.

“Euaaang! Get off my body! I said get off!”

The Dark army continuously fired web cannons and swung bug nets, capturing many Fairies in Fairy Lake and stacking them neatly inside the Tentacle prisons that followed behind.

The Tentacle prison was a cuboid-shaped meat mass the size of a four-story shopping mall that I had created. The inside was empty, but Tentacles emerged from the walls and wriggled, and Tentacles were attached below to move the ground.

When a prisoner was put into the entrance that looked like double sliding doors on the first floor of the Tentacle prison, the Tentacles would automatically wrap around the prisoner and touch the nervous system to prevent the prisoner from moving or using strength.

They had captured quite a few Fairies, and Tentacle prisons full of Fairies were created.

All the Fairies in Fairy Lake had either fled or been captured.

I felt good and laughed, ordering the entire army.

“All troops! Advance to the Fairy Kingdom! Kuhahaha!”

The Dark army left behind the full Tentacle prisons and the troops to defend them, crossed Fairy Lake, and advanced to the Fairy Kingdom.

The Fairy Kingdom is located a one-hour walk northwest across Fairy Lake and is a field full of beautiful flowers of various sizes.

In the center of the Fairy Kingdom is a giant Rafflesia-like flower with pink petals and a sweet fragrance, and this was Fairy Queen Nisa’s palace.

In the middle of the Fairy Palace flower, Nisa and several Fairies were discussing in fear and trembling.

Nisa shouted with a face full of terror.

“Our illusion barrier has been breached! What happened?!”

    “Queen-nim. We don’t know either!”

“Ueeeeng! The monsters captured all my friends in the lake! Only I escaped!”

    “Uaaaang! Bad guys! Bad guys!”

    “Kids~ Don’t cry. We’ll punish the crying children~”

Nisa soothed the Fairies and shouted.

“The enemies will soon swarm here. We have to think about what to do!”

    “W-What should we do?” (Deoldeoldeoldeol)

“Should we run away?” (Deoldeoldeol, teeth chattering)

    Nisa strongly insisted.

“I’ve lived here my whole life, where would I go?! Let’s fight too!”

    “……”

    “I’m scared…” (Deoldeoldeol)

The Fairies had never fought a war-like battle before.

Some Fairies, including Nisa, had been around since a thousand years ago, like Sunshine.

However, the Fairies did not participate in the Tentacle War a thousand years ago and simply played among themselves. When the Light races won, they reaped the benefits of peace.

Also, until recently, the Elves had blocked outsiders, allowing the Fairies to live peacefully.

Nisa and the other Fairies were too afraid to leave the Fairy Kingdom, the Fairies’ utopia, and didn’t know what to do if they left, so they ultimately chose to fight.

I, Kyle, led the Dark army, capturing the surrounding Fairies one by one and putting them in Tentacle prisons as I walked slowly.

After walking for a while, I saw the Fairy Kingdom ahead, full of giant and splendid flowers.

At the border of the Fairy Kingdom, about a hundred thousand Fairies were lined up, flying.

The Fairies’ faces looked pale with terror.

The Elves and Treants fought with resolve even when they were at a disadvantage, but seeing the Fairies scared and trembling before even fighting properly made me annoyed.

From the center of the Fairies, a female Fairy with a height of 172cm and seven pairs of Fairy wings came out and shouted while trembling.

“I, I am Fairy Queen (teeth chattering) Nisa! (Deoldeoldeol) If you turn back now, I’ll spare you! (Ttaktakttak)”

‘Hiiiik! What if the enemies get angry and suddenly attack!’

I was dumbfounded, but to give the Fairies a chance, I shouted.

“I am the God of Darkness! A thousand years ago, my name was Kamaite, and now my name is Kyle! If you surrender to me and accept the Darkness, I will spare you all!”

Nisa was tempted and thought carefully before shouting.

‘He says he’ll spare us? But Kamaite is the giant Tentacle from a thousand years ago. Disgusting! No! Ueeeek! Sunshine said that Kamaite enjoys tearing apart the Light races. He’ll definitely eat us!’

“No! Fairies do not yield to Darkness!”

Nisa felt proud of herself for saying something so cool.

The other Fairies also thought about whether Nisa had ever shown such a side and admired Nisa’s will.

I wasn’t the kind of person to tolerate such things, so I immediately ordered the entire army to attack.

“Geez. All troops, attack! Show the Fairies a taste of blood!”

The Tentacles and Harvesters, who had been waiting for this, grinned and cheered as they ran towards the Fairies.

“Uhehehehe! Little ones! If you defy your elders, you’ll get punished!”

“If we tear off their wings, they’ll become docile! Kuhelhelhel!”

Nisa was horrified when the Dark army charged and regretted saying the wrong thing, but it was already too late.

Nisa thought that there were still a hundred thousand Fairies left, so they could still fight.

Nisa hid her fear and ordered.

“Fairies! I, the Fairy Queen, will protect you! Everyone, attack!”

The Fairies gained courage from the Queen’s strong demeanor and bravely flew and charged at the Dark army.

    “Uwaaaa! We can fight too!”

“Let’s show them the spicy taste of Fairies!”

The Fairies had been playing comfortably and were suddenly in a fighting situation, while the Tentacles and Harvesters were veterans trained in combat and war since the invasion of the Gale Kingdom, so they were no match.

A Fairy used illusion magic, but a Harvester Demon shook his head to shake off the mental intrusion and jumped, vertically slashing his scythe from above.

The Fairy was split in half, and his entrails flowed out, with his entrails and the two divided bodies falling to the ground with a cheolpeodeok sound.

Another Fairy fired a light arrow, but a Tentacle elite soldier dodged it by slightly bending his body and grabbed the Fairy with a Tentacle, squeezing him like an Anaconda and bursting him.

They had gained courage for a moment and charged, but when the blood and flesh of their comrades and family, who had been chatting and playing until yesterday, flew around, the Fairies were terrified and started crying, screaming, and running away.

    “Kyaaaak! Scary! Uaaaang!”

“Mom! Ueeeeng! Please save me! Waaah!”

The Tentacles and Harvesters caught the fleeing Fairies with the bug nets they were carrying on their backs.

The web cannons in the rear of the Dark army continuously fired, entangling the Fairies in the air with webs and capturing them.

I quickly charged towards Nisa to capture her, shouting.

“Fairy Queen! I’m going to catch you!”

Nisa turned pale and ran away, but I was far superior in speed and was soon caught up.

Nisa turned around and cast illusion magic on me, but it had no effect on me because it could not invade the mind of a God.

Nisa hurriedly created dozens of light spears and fired them at me, shouting.

“Don’t underestimate the power of the Fairy Queen! You demon!”

I took out Tentacle legs from my body and knocked away the light spears, running and retorting.

“In our industry, demon is a compliment~ Euhaha!”

    “Then an angel!”

“Isn’t that a compliment? Thank you!”

Nisa continued to fire dozens of light spears at me, shouting with an annoyed face.

    “You bad guy!”

I have defeated many heroes, including Killer Bee Queen Vespa, Mermaid King Poseidon, and Gale Military Strategist Jegal, and recently killed two World Trees.

Nisa was a peaceful free rider who had missed all the important battles since a thousand years ago, so she could not be my opponent.

Nisa cheered when dozens of light spears pierced my face and body, but Nisa was flustered when my figure disappeared like an afterimage.

    “Where did he go!”

I moved at a fast speed and suddenly appeared in front of Nisa, punching Nisa’s face hard with a powerful right punch.

    Kwaaaaaaaang

Nisa was hit by the punch and flew away, hitting the ground and bouncing off the ground for dozens of meters with a kudangtangtang kwagagagagang sound before stopping.

Nisa’s whole body was tattered, and she coughed up blood and touched her nose, which had a nosebleed, and realized that her nose bone was broken.

    Nisa burst into tears.

“My nose? It’s broken! It hurts! Ueeeeng!”

I appeared in front of Nisa and said.

“Even the werewolf Romick, who fought me one-on-one in the past, kept up with my speed. I don’t need weaklings like you. Just die.”

Just as I was about to turn my right arm into a giant cone-shaped spear and stab it into Nisa’s head, Nisa hurriedly grabbed my pants and pleaded with tears in her eyes.

“Please don’t kill me! Please spare me! Ueeeeng! I’m sorry for defying you!”

I was dumbfounded and stood still, and Nisa grabbed my leg and pleaded more persistently.

“I’m sorry! I’m sorry! I’ll unconditionally surrender! I’ll do whatever you tell me to do!”

“Haaaaaa. I understand. I’ll spare you.”

The moment Nisa heard my answer and her face brightened, I hit Nisa hard on the temple, knocking her unconscious.
