Chapter Index

I looked at Shine, who was slumped on the sofa, holding the grown little Amy in my arms.

A pitiful voice flows out as she looks like she has poured a lot of effort into fixing our baby.

    “Shine…”

Shine, who seemed tired and had her eyes closed, answered my words.

    “Yeah. Is the baby okay?”

    “Absolutely perfect.”

I held little Amy out in front of Shine.

The little girl did not reject the movement, but approached Shine and took her into her arms.

Shine reached out and patted little Amy’s head.

Every time her hand touched it, it emitted a crackling blue spark, but Shine didn’t show it.

“Hey, the baby has grown up…”

Lane seemed quite amazed at little Amy’s rapid growth.

I also didn’t expect this situation, so I was just as surprised as she was.

Little Amy broke free of Shine’s embrace and stood still, spinning around.

Little Amy takes up her pose, the hems of her long cloak billowing.

One hand on her hip, the other hand high in the air, and legs spread shoulder-width apart – this was clearly the posture little witch Lucy would take when revealing herself to her enemies.

I was left speechless at the sight of such perfection.

Little Amy looked at me like that and snapped her fingers.

Pajik- A small light flashes, and the blue electricity flowing from her body flows into mine.

    No, it covers the body.

The large witch’s hat she wears, and the cloak and witch’s robes are draped over my body.

Made of blue electricity, it felt weightless.

    ” and…”

I immediately followed the pose that little Amy was doing.

He spins his body around, making his cloak flutter, and raises his hands high in the sky.

It couldn’t have been anything other than the perfect image of a witch.

As the baby’s appearance grew, it was clear that his abilities had also become stronger.

I jumped up and down in my seat and circled little Amy.

“Hmm. Now I’m definitely going to win at hide and seek.”

Lane muttered as he studied little Amy’s appearance closely.

Back in the day, when little Amy was as small as the palm of her hand, the result of hide-and-seek was always Little Amy’s victory.

Rain couldn’t find her hiding here and there using her small body.

Lane seemed to think that if it was little Amy who had grown bigger, she would win.

In fact, it was clear that a large body was at a disadvantage when playing hide-and-seek compared to a small body.

Little Amy folded her arms and shook her head at Lane’s words.

I sat next to Shine and watched the two of them.

The two girls who had been bickering with each other immediately started playing hide-and-seek.

The first one to become a thief was Rain.

As I closed my eyes and started counting, little Amy ran over and hid under my desk.

    “One~ Two~ Three~”

Little Amy just stuck her head out and watched Lane counting numbers.

I had a feeling Rain would win this time.

Little Amy’s usual hiding places were inside small cups or inside Lane’s bag.

With a body that large, it won’t be able to hide in the places it usually hides.

    “Thank you, Shine.”

    “What?”

Shine resting with her eyes closed.

As I spoke, slowly sweeping her forehead, Shine opened her eyes wide and asked.

“Just. I fixed the baby this time. If it weren’t for Shine, I don’t think I would have ever fixed it.”

“Huh. No need to be thankful. It’s a given.”

    “Thank you anyway.”

Shine speaks with a slight smile.

Seeing her like that, I bent down and left a small kiss on her forehead.

Is it normal for sisters to kiss each other?

As he asked with his eyes, Shine blinked and took a deep breath.

    “Ugh.”

Shine let out a big sigh and hugged the large sofa.

A small smile appeared on her face as she seemed to be holding something in her hand.

I turned my gaze and looked at the two girls playing hide-and-seek.

After counting all the numbers, Lane started checking the places where little Amy often hid.

Something like a box of candy or a small cup on the table in the middle of the office.

Little Amy giggled as she looked at the sight, her head slightly sticking out.

To the sound of her laughter, small sparks crackled.

If she had been small, it wouldn’t have mattered, but little Amy’s laughter, as she grew bigger, was quite loud.

    Scratch- Scratch-

There was no way Rain could not have heard the sound echoing through the air.

Rain’s small head quickly turned, her golden hair dancing in the air.

Little Amy, who had been giggling while looking at Rain, jumped under the desk in surprise.

    “Found it!”

In the end, this hide-and-seek game was Rain’s victory.

Rain jumped and ran around the office, thrilled by the thrill of victory he had just experienced for the first time.

Little Amy slumped down with a sullen expression at her rather pleased appearance.

    ***

Time without Amy and Victor was never boring.

It was the moment when Shine, who had been surfing the internet without any meaning, was about to log into the game.

The closed office door slowly began to open with a click.

Only two people could open the door and come in: Amy and Victor.

    “It’s Amy!”

Rain, who had been rolling around on the sofa, immediately got up from his seat and ran toward the door.

It was the same for me and Shine.

We rushed over and found Amy standing beyond the wide open door.

    “Amy!”

    “Did everyone stay quiet?”

Amy asked, looking around the office.

It seemed like he was checking to see if we were causing trouble or making a mess of the office.

But don’t worry, we’ve been really quiet.

    “Yes!”

When I answered Amy with a confident expression, she crossed her arms and tilted her head.

    “Net?”

    “Net?”

Amy’s fingers began to trace our numbers.

Me one, Shine two, Rain three, and lastly, little Amy four.

When Amy’s finger pointed at her, little Amy raised her hand and showed off.

“Ta-da! It’s our baby. She’s grown so much!”

I showed off to Amy what my baby looked like when he grew up.

    Isn’t it really pretty?

Amy looked puzzled at the sight of the girl growing as tall as Rain.

    “You said it was big?”

“Yes! It was originally the size of a palm. It has grown a lot this time.”

It was a lot, no, it was incredibly big.

She looked down at little Amy blankly, then crouched down and met her gaze.

Under those curious gazes, little Amy began to show off.

Spins around in her seat, her witch’s cloak fluttering.

She takes off her witch hat, which is pulled down tightly, and gives a classy greeting.

    Just like a medieval nobleman.

    “Brain…?”

Amy seemed to immediately recognize Little Amy’s identity, and reached out her finger to touch her blue cheek.

Scrap Scrap Scrap – Blue sparks flash.

    “But where is Victor?”

I poked my head behind Amy and looked down the hallway.

Victor, who went out with Amy, is nowhere to be seen.

I need to show off our baby to him too, but where is he?

“Victor, go to Jin. There’s something I need to report to you briefly.”

    “Report? Did you find anything?”

I clung to Amy, stamping my feet at her words.

I was stuck in the office all day, so I had no idea what was going on outside.

It was a very frustrating situation because the information available on the Internet was limited.

“Yeah. Unfortunately, I didn’t get much out of it.”

I slumped against Amy’s shoulder at her words.

Amy smiled slightly as she watched me like that.

“By the way, if you look like this, I can’t hang out with you anymore.”

Amy said, looking at little Amy.

    She was right.

Although I was happy that my baby had grown up, there was the downside of not being able to be with him.

Little Amy also seemed to remember that and had a sullen expression on her face.

Shine gently stroked her head at the sight of the baby like that.

The blue light flashed and sparks were flying, but Shine’s hand was unscathed.

“Shall we go to our training ground?”

“Why the training ground all of a sudden?”

I tilted my head at Amy’s sudden words and asked back.

Amy stood up from her seat and looked down at us.

“If Brain Emperor has grown that much, doesn’t that mean his abilities have gotten stronger? Shouldn’t we test how much stronger he has become?”

    I nodded to Amy’s words.

Little Amy also nodded with a confident expression.

The corners of his mouth seemed to go up slightly, as if he was trying to show off his strength.

    “Baby.”

Since we had to move to the training grounds, we needed to hide little Amy’s body.

As I called her, the blue girl’s body slowly began to disperse.

The blue afterimage moves slowly and flows into my body.

    “The baby is gone?”

Rain asked with an uneasy expression at that sight, but I shook my head.

It’s not gone. It’s just that the force that was holding it in place has been released.

The baby was with me now.

Although proper communication was impossible, it was clear that she was conscious.

    “Okay. Shall we go?”

After leaving the office, we headed straight to the training ground.

It’s a small training ground that only Amy and Victor use, not a place that many people use.

As soon as I got to the training grounds, I jumped into the ring.

My body felt sore after sitting all day.

Swish- Swing your fist in the air to gain some distance.

Arms at the end of the line of sight and legs moving lightly.

    The physical condition was perfect.

“Shall we start with a duel?”

    “Yes!”

As I answered Amy’s question forcefully, Lane crawled onto the ring.

Lane wearing padded gloves and headgear.

I also wore the protective gear hanging in the corner of the ring.

This time, our opponent is Rain.

It had been quite a while since I had sparred with Rain.

“What are the limits of ability?”

“Because it’s light, so it won’t hurt.”

    I nodded to Rain’s words.

I learned how to fight from Rain.

So, Rain’s fighting stance was the same.

Stand with your legs shoulder-width apart, one hand raised close to your face, and the other hand raised close to your waist, ready to punch at any time.

    “Are you both ready?”

To Amy’s question, Lane and I nodded.

At that moment, the bell signaling the training session rang cheerfully.

    Ding!

    It started with rain.

With her body enhanced through her abilities, she approached very quickly and swung her fists.

I also raised my abilities to match her movements.

    Phagejik-

Blue lightning bursts forth, activating the body’s cells.

Not a simple origin state, but simply an enhancement of physical abilities.

Arms and legs are mixed in the air.

    That was the moment.

A blue lightning shot up above my outstretched fist, and then another hand shot out.

    Phagecic-!

The newly formed hand passed over Rain’s cheek.

As the phenomenon stopped moving, Rain also stepped back and observed the situation.

    “Oh…”

A hand made of blue lightning. It was clearly little Amy’s.

Since I was planning to just relax a little, I didn’t call her.

    Baby?

Just in case, I called out to little Amy, and as if responding to my call, a blue spark flashed in the air.

    “Wow! What just happened?”

Rain asked with wide eyes, caressing my cheek.

But I also couldn’t figure out what was what.

I couldn’t help but think that little Amy had helped me out of her own free will.

    “Are you going again?”

I nodded blankly at Rain’s words.

She immediately kicked the ground and ran towards me.

As I took a step forward looking at that sight, a blue flash of light appeared on my body.

The ability was not used. This was also little Amy’s will.

At the flashing light, Rain squinted his eyes.

I swung my arms without missing the gap.

The hand stretched out long, but Rain’s movements were faster.

Her legs hit the ground hard, killing her speed in one fell swoop.

    bang!

Rain stopped at a distance that seemed close enough to touch.

A hand lightly brushed across her forehead, and then little Amy’s hand shot out from the end of her arm and grabbed Lane.

Without missing my chance, I wrapped my arms around Rain’s body, threw her over, and climbed on top of her.

    “Gasp…”

Rain turned his head slightly, blushing, as if he was taken aback by the sudden turn of events.

I looked down at the lane and thought.

Little Amy not only helps me, she grows strong enough to fight alongside me.

I held Rain tightly so she couldn’t move, then released my hands and got off of her.

But Rain had his eyes tightly shut, showing no intention of getting up, and was breathing heavily.
