Chapter Index

    The road to the temple.

    Jeong Yu-shin’s steps were heavy.

On the other hand, Karin and Luna’s strides were light.

    Luna was even humming.

    What could be so enjoyable?

‘No matter how I think about it, it doesn’t seem right.’

Even if there was a letter from Luna’s mother, Edel, shouldn’t we have discussed it first?

It could leave Luna with an unforgettable, nightmarish memory.

Of course, it wouldn’t be as painful as watching her dying mother.

But there was a possibility that there might have been a less shocking educational tool that could sufficiently make her aware of the dangers of imprinting.

    Besides, Delia hadn’t agreed either.

I felt like I was invading Delia’s privacy without permission.

‘At least I should talk to Luna’s mother.’

Having made up my mind, I said to Karin.

“Karin, can we postpone that ‘procedure’ for a bit?”

    Karin made a dubious face.

“Now? Mion is doing this procedure?”

“Can’t we wait a little longer?”

“Scar, Mion is a high priestess. Don’t you know how busy Mion is these days?”

“I know she’s busy teaching the orphanage kids.”

    Karin shook her head.

“That’s also work, but there was a crazy priest at the Great Earth Mother Temple, and it’s been a mess, right? There’s a regular meeting of priests who serve the Spirit Gods, and Mion is often called to it. And do you think that’s all? She’s interviewing all the priests who are entering the labyrinth. She’s so busy she can’t even sleep properly.”

Jeong Yu-shin scratched the back of his head.

    She was that busy?

    I had no idea.

Mion, who is short on sleep, is directly involved in the ‘procedure’ for me.

She cares this much, haven’t I been too indifferent?

    I can’t postpone it.

    “Still…”

    Jeong Yu-shin hesitated.

    “ScaaAAAr!!!”

Someone pushed through the crowd and approached.

    Edel.

The mother of the fox beast, Luna.

    Edel rushed over and apologized.

“Scar, I’m, I’m sorry! That little rascal Luna!”

Edel gently tapped Luna on the head.

    “Eek!”

Luna covered her head and made a tearful face.

Jeong Yu-shin thought it was a relief.

To be honest, I didn’t want to take Luna.

Because it’s not a pleasant sight.

“Edel, I received the letter. I should have visited more often, but I’m sorry I couldn’t make it because I was busy with work.”

    “Ah…no. It’s all right.”

    Edel’s face flushed.

It was a letter written to Scar, but she never intended to send it.

He was so busy, and she couldn’t dare ask for another favor even after receiving one, so she just kept it.

But while she was cleaning up the store, Luna secretly took the letter and showed it to Scar.

She couldn’t tell Scar that fact.

    “Luna, let’s go home.”

Luna stuck to Jeong Yu-shin’s thigh like a piece of gum.

“No, I don’t want to. Scar is going to show me how a slime turns back into a human!”

    Jeong Yu-shin felt wronged.

Because Karin was bringing up his tough childhood and trying to take Luna away.

Edel hesitated and bowed to Jeong Yu-shin.

    “Scar.”

    “Yes.”

“I’m ashamed to say this, having received so much unpayable favor from you.”

    “…”

“Wouldn’t you give Luna the opportunity to witness the horror of imprinting?”

“Edel, it could be more gruesome than you think. I’m saying it could give Luna a mental shock. Would you reconsider?”

“I think Luna needs to taste something bitter once. She’s just been flitting around and playing these days. Didn’t you almost follow a strange person the other day? Someone who said they’d buy you something tasty?”

Edel glared at Luna as she spoke.

    “…”

Luna became mute and buried her face in Jeong Yu-shin’s thigh.

    This is difficult.

I don’t know much because I’ve never raised a child.

But I certainly know that the labyrinth city is not a good place to raise a child.

I think I know why Darmong runs an inn alone, away from his family.

“Okay, I understand. I can’t explain in detail, but I want to tell you that it’s not just a slime turning into a person.”

“Luna is a child of the labyrinth city. I think it will be of great help in her future life to clearly recognize the horror of imprinting.”

    Edel stated firmly.

Has she become stricter because her husband disappeared in the labyrinth?

    Jeong Yu-shin sighed and nodded.

“Hoo. I understand. If you wait at the pharmacy, I’ll take Luna there after I’m done.”

    “Thank you.”

    Edel bowed.

    ‘Please don’t thank me.’

    Please.

After sending Edel off, I looked down at Luna.

‘Now all I can trust is Mion.’

The only sane person in the labyrinth city.

I decided to leave the decision to Mion, who has a kind heart and soft, fluffy healing breasts.

The group sent Edel away and walked down the street again, arriving in front of the Great Earth Mother Temple.

Barion was standing in front of the temple’s main gate.

    Barion sent a hand signal.

    ‘Scar, how have you been?’

“How long has it been since I saw you? Nothing happened during that time, right?”

Barion nodded and took out a piece of paper to show me.

‘Priestess Mion is waiting. Follow me.’

    “Okay.”

Barion, who was about to turn around, hesitated.

Because Luna was looking up at him, wagging her tail.

    “How do you do?”

Barion turned his head and looked down at Jeong Yu-shin.

He didn’t say anything, but I felt how much he wanted to say something.

“She’s the daughter of the owner of the pharmacy. She wants to see this ‘procedure’, what should I do? Are there any separate regulations?”

‘Whether or not an outsider can observe is a matter that must be asked of Priestess Mion. Let’s go in for now.’

Barion led Jeong Yu-shin and his party into the temple.

They passed the reception desk and reached the garden.

The group didn’t stop there and went deeper.

It felt like they were going deeper than they had ever gone into the temple before.

Beyond the garden, they passed through a maze-like corridor and saw a huge iron gate.

Two holy knights in antique plate armor guarded the iron gate, which was engraved with sacred paintings.

    “Stop.”

One of the knights raised his hand to stop the group.

“Priest Barion, who are these people?”

    ‘They are Priestess Mion’s guests.’

    “Is that so? Pass.”

The holy knight immediately said to pass as soon as the name of Priestess Mion was mentioned.

The trust in Mion was soaring into the sky.

    Krrrrrrrr.

As the iron gate opened, a mysterious sight appeared.

    A huge cavity.

In the center was a statue of the Great Earth Mother, about 3m tall, and at her feet was a huge spring.

The spring water flowed down the floor and spread leisurely to the edge of the corner.

It was a place full of sacred energy.

Several paths were pierced again at the edge of the cavity.

    “Scar?”

    Mion slowly approached.

She was wearing a white robe over her black priestess robe.

    “Priestess Mion.”

    Jeong Yu-shin bowed his head.

    “The procedure is ready, but…?”

Mion paused and looked down at Luna.

Luna’s eyes were sparkling as she looked around.

Her fluffy tail was spinning like a helicopter blade, she was so excited.

    “Why is Luna here?”

Luna jumped into Mion’s arms and rubbed her cheek against her.

    “Priestess Mion!”

Mion smiled and gently stroked Luna’s head.

“How have you been, Luna? How is your mother doing?”

    “Ummumu! Mom is healthy!”

Luna rubbed her face against Mion’s soft belly with all her might before speaking.

    Mion smiled kindly.

“That’s good news. I’m relieved to see that Luna looks healthy too.”

Jeong Yu-shin opened his mouth with a heavy expression.

    “Um…Priestess Mion?”

    “Yes, Scar.”

“Luna said she wants to see the ‘procedure’, what should I do?”

    Mion’s expression hardened.

    “See…see it?”

“Yes. I don’t think it’s right. I’m worried that there might be a problem with it in terms of education.”

“We, well, that’s certainly true. It could be a bit of a stimulating sight.”

    I knew it.

She was Mion, who teaches children, so she had common sense.

“But we sometimes show it to the orphanage kids with the permission of the explorers. Because it’s a labyrinth city, it’s to teach them about the horror of imprinting. But it could certainly be a stimulating scene. And Delia didn’t agree either. …Then, how about we do this?”

Mion suddenly tried to suggest an alternative.

    Jeong Yu-shin’s mouth dropped open.

    I felt betrayed.

    ‘I trusted you.’

“Um…it’s difficult to explain here, so let’s go to the procedure room first.”

The group followed Mion past the cavity, walked down the hallway, and reached a large room.

Delia, wearing a white gown, was lying on a large bed.

She looked like a sleeping princess, with her hands neatly placed on her stomach.

Mion briefly left the room and returned with a large white cloth screen.

It looked similar to the ones in general hospital rooms.

“I always have it prepared. Because sometimes embarrassing things happen during the procedure. Would this work?”

    Mion smiled as she spoke.

    Would it work?

    ‘Ah, I don’t know anymore.’

Jeong Yu-shin shook his head and gave up halfway.

He took out Delia’s ‘persona’ from his leather pouch.

    Luna approached.

    “Delia!”

The golden slime tilted its head (?).

“I want to see how becomes a human again!”

The slime raised its head and bumped Luna’s cheek.

“Is that a sign of permission?”

    Luna asked, her eyes sparkling.

    “…”

I don’t know. Jeong Yu-shin looked at the golden slime and sighed.

“Hoo. Luna, don’t ever come close, just watch from afar. Got it?”

    “I got it!”

Luna was placed in one corner of the room, and a screen was placed around Delia.

“We need to make sure Delia’s behind is facing the sky. Before that, Scar, please wrap this cloth around your eyes.”

    “Okay.”

Jeong Yu-shin did as he was told without saying a word, and covered his eyes with the cloth Mion handed him.

    “Okay, let’s begin.”

Karin, Jeong Yu-shin, and Mion stepped forward and flipped Delia over.

When they took off her white gown, a baggy bra and panties were revealed.

There was a hole in one side of the panties, revealing Delia’s fair anus.

Jeong Yu-shin couldn’t see it because his eyes were covered with cloth.

He grabbed Delia’s ‘persona’ wrapped around his arm.

Now, the procedure will be over if I put ‘persona’ in Delia’s butt hole.

    Finish it quickly.

For Delia’s dignity, and for Luna’s sanity.

    Gulp.

Luna was standing far away from the bed.

Only the shadows were swaying because of the screen.

‘Is a slime going into someone’s body?’

I’ve seen many people with strange imprints while wandering around the labyrinth city.

But this was the first time I’d seen such an imprint.

Innocent Luna stood still and started to imagine.

Is it a scene where they put it in her mouth and swallow it?

Or does the slime turn into light dust and sprinkle on people’s bodies?

    Dugeun Dugeun.

Luna’s heart started pounding with anticipation.

The bed with the screen was quiet.

    ‘This is strange.’

The shadows reflected beyond the white screen were moving, but it was too quiet.

Just as Luna, exhausted from boredom, opened her small mouth to yawn.

    “Hheuuuuooooot!!!!!!”

A woman’s scream filled the room.

    Luna’s eyes widened like lanterns.

A flurry of urgent voices erupted from behind the screen.

    “Is, is this it?!”

“That’s not it! Don’t poke around as you please!”

    “Th, this isn’t it?”

“Y, you have to hold it gently!”

    “I’m sorry! It’s, it’s too slippery, I can’t help it!”

A long slime could be seen squirming in someone’s hand beyond the screen.

“D, did you put it in?”

“That’s not it! A little higher!”

“Ah. I’ll take it out again…wait a minute! It’s too tight, I can’t get it out?”

“Th, that’s because you’re pressing down on D, Delia’s pointy place!”

“Wa, wait a minute! I don’t know where to put my hands!”

“Please hold it gently! Delia is suffering!”

The situation was getting more and more chaotic.

The shadows moving behind the screen were frantically moving.

“H, here, right? It’s not going in well?”

“Th…that’s strange. It should normally go in easily. Karin, can you…widen the hole a little?”

    “Me? Ugh. Okay. Gently…Kyaaak!!!”

    Suddenly the slime struggled.

“Ah, wait a minute! I got slapped!”

    “D, Delia! Calm down!”

Luna stared blankly at the screen.

I could only see the shadows, but I could definitely tell.

A long slime was stuck somewhere and spinning like a tail.

Scar, Karin, and Priestess Mion’s flustered gestures caught my eye.

Luna, with an uneasy expression, approached the screen.

“S, Scar, Karin! Are, are you okay…?”

    At that moment.

    “Ugeugeugeuk!!!”

    Pshhh!!!!!!

Along with a woman’s suppressed scream, a strong stream of water spurted out from inside the bed and soaked the screen.

A few drops of water splashed on Luna’s face.

And the scene seen through the fluttering screen.

    “Huh?”

    Luna made a blank face.
