Chapter Index

As the five of them, including Ale and Lager, welcomed the changing of the sun, they shared various emotions at that moment.

In another world, a fierce battle was taking place.

    Collapsed buildings and scattered debris.

A river flowing with the blood of the dying.

Lifeless bodies piled up to form a mountain at the peak where no sanctuary existed.

A small boy in a leather jacket, with silver hair, hummed a tune and tapped his feet.

With a sword slung over his shoulder, slightly shorter than his arm, he leisurely opened his blood-red eyes and looked down below, exuding a chilling aura.

    “Nice.”

Like a hiker taking in the fresh air at the summit of a mountain.

The boy laughed ecstatically, enjoying the scent of blood vibrating in the air from all directions.

    “It’s a sight to behold.”

The breeze carried a faint smell of blood. The boy, flipping his silver hair, leaped down below.

    Below him.

    “Ugh, help, no, stop, agh….”

A woman, covered in blood, lay on the ground.

Desperately trying to crawl away in the opposite direction of the pile of bodies.

For her, crawling away was the best option.

Her limbs had all been severed.

Rolling away was too painful due to the sharp edges.

    Step by step.

Leaving bloody footprints, as the boy approached, the woman’s movements became frantic.

“Oh, don’t come. I don’t want this, go away, agh…!”

    Despite the woman’s pleas.

The boy, infuriated by her resistance, grabbed her by the hair from behind.

“I gave you 5 minutes, and this is all you can do?”

“Save me, please. I don’t want this. It hurts. It hurts. Stop now….”

The woman begged while being held by the hair.

If she wanted to satisfy her desires, it would be embarrassing, but she could still save her life.

The boy had no interest in that.

    His only concern was.

“I’ve conducted many experiments. The screams when a person’s arm is severed are different from when a leg is severed.”

“Stop, please, why are you doing this horrible thing….”

“It’s fun, isn’t it? Seeing them wriggle and squirm with only their torso left, trying to escape, how cute.”

Tormenting the people of the invaded world until they were on the brink of death.

And slowly killing them in the most painful way.

    “Watch closely.”

The boy held a crimson sword in front of the woman, showing it to her from different angles, and pronounced in a cold voice.

“I’m going to split your body in half from now on.”

    “No, no, agh, ugh, agh….”

“Starting from the right shoulder, diagonally down, you’ll reach the left hip.”

    “Stop. I don’t want this. Please. Please….”

“It might hurt when the bone gets caught. It’s been said to be very painful. But if you endure this time, you’ll die, so bear with it a little.”

The boy excitedly urged the woman with a thrilled voice.

    “Shall we begin?”

“No, no, agh, stop, agh, no, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, agh, a

In the morning, I wake Lager up for roll call and slowly get ready to go out.

We meet at the cafeteria and enjoy a lively meal with five of us chatting away.

Throughout the boring lecture hours, I keep staring at the clock, waiting for lunchtime.

And when lunchtime finally arrives, I rush to the cafeteria excitedly.

After enduring the dull afternoon lecture hours, the workday comes to an end.

After dinner, Lager and I sit in front of the TV with beer, sharing various stories.

“I wish we could move to a new place soon.”

“But we haven’t even been here for long, isn’t it a hassle to move again?”

“Not at all. Our current place is just so-so. Maybe if we move to a better place, we won’t have to worry about noise from neighbors upstairs.”

    “Who knows.”

It seems like Lager isn’t too keen on moving again.

Well, we haven’t even spent half a year in this house, let alone three months, so packing up again might be a bit of a hassle.

But still, we should make use of the benefits of achieving Tier Black.

“Let’s move. Huh? This old newlywed house doesn’t match my standards.”

“Ugh, but how much preparation do we need to do for another move…”

“What have you done? I did all the preparations while you were away at Yeongchang. You just came back and that’s it. Admit it?”

“Why are you being so grumpy again?”

“It’s the truth. I’ll handle all the preparations. You just have to follow along.”

Lager’s excitement about moving is met with confusion at my nonchalant humming.

“I have my own struggles, you know. Are you worried about me being tired just because you are? Doesn’t even thinking about it make you tired?”

“I’m not tired. Just thinking about it makes me excited.”

“Are you just excited from drinking?”

    “No, I’m not!”

…Well, if there’s no influence at all, that would be a lie.

This is how our everyday life goes.

Marriage hasn’t brought any significant changes.

We still joke around, tease each other, and occasionally laugh, just like we did when we were childhood friends.

Marriage seemed to be like that.

Not a big change, but gaining a lifelong friend.

    However, um…

“Ale. But don’t we need to start looking at wedding venues soon?”

“Right. It’s already the new year, and we don’t have any disciplinary actions to worry about.”

“I can’t wait to see you in a dress.”

    “You think I’ll look pretty?”

    “Of course. Like this…”

    “Eek?!”

Suddenly, Lager reaches out and boldly caresses my chest, getting close to me.

“If you wear a wedding dress with this killer body, everyone will be too busy wiping their drool to even think straight.”

    “Crazy. Pervert. Hands off?”

“Oh, sorry. Do you like it when I touch you under your clothes?”

    “No, no way?!”

The only problem is that this lifelong friend I live with suddenly tries to initiate intimacy without warning.

As Lager’s skilled hand slips into my pajamas and caresses my chest, I easily withdraw my wrist from the grip that was too easily ensnared.

“You, you, hey, this skillful touch…!”

“Don’t you know where men feel good?”

    “Why are you suddenly…?”

“When will you try sticking my spout into your cute little mouth, huh~”

    “Hey, you crazy bastard!!”

I push Lager away and mercilessly attack him with my fist.

    It’s a struggle.

In fact, this has been one of my recent concerns.

I keep pestering him about how satisfying it would be to experience it once, orally.

Whether it’s the chili or my brain that’s moving down south, the way he eagerly eyes the opportunity to put something in my mouth is incredibly annoying.

…But since I want it, I know I’ll have to do it someday, but that’s a secret I’ll never reveal.

    “Hey, let’s do that. That.”

    “Hmm, uh, what, what…?”

“You know what I’m talking about.”

Eil’s hand gesture tightened slightly. Just as his diligent hand was starting to move from the upper part down to the legs through the stomach.

    Ring ring.

    The emergency bell rang.

    “Ah, why now…?”

Eil, with a disappointed expression, withdrew his hand.

All the houses built within the academy had emergency summoning bells, so when the command center ordered a combat readiness posture, they could hear the signal and prepare for deployment.

Despite the urgency, I couldn’t help but think, ‘It’s almost like a flood of excitement, but I’m glad.’

In reality, there wasn’t much of a crisis.

The reason being, well, I’m just too strong.

But as I hurriedly put on my uniform and arrived at the command center.

“50 members of the selection squad, including the instructors, have been wiped out. The number of enemy entities is.”

    “Just one.”

A foreboding feeling began to creep in.
