Chapter Index

Deanna trekked through reed fields full of swamps and dragged war horses loaded with supplies across a long plain for several days and nights to carry out ‘business’. It is a slightly damp cave located quite far from the dark elf swamp.

Deanna was sitting there among the corpses. Those outside the swamp are not prepared to deal with the dark elves. At most, they provide security to protect themselves from attacks by merchants or dark elves wandering around the swamp.

Good thing for Deanna. The Dark Elves were good at carrying out secret raids, surprise raids, and any other type of attack. And the more unprepared the opponent is, the more effective this is. If it was a remote place hundreds of kilometers away from the swamp, it would not have been assumed that it could be attacked by a dark elf raiding party.

The forced march was worth it. Deanna looked at the corpses spread out before her eyes and the carts surrounding them, and reflected on that fact with satisfaction.

But as soon as I opened the cart for the first time, that satisfaction turned to bewilderment. The biggest cart in the center of the procession was a girl who was sleeping quietly.

The girl was white to the point of being foreign. White hair, white skin. On top of his body, he was wearing the neat attire typical of dwarven nobles, but he was also wearing metal accessories that would not even be considered a dwarf’s skill.

Dwarves don’t know much about dark elves. Where it comes from and what its specialty is. That’s why today’s raid was successful. However, the same goes for dark elves who don’t know much about dwarves. As to why this girl is here, Deanna is not the answer.

Deanna quietly put her face into the back of the girl’s neck. Although she doesn’t know it, Deanna has the sensitive sense of smell and hearing of a dark elf. There are differences between the body styles of dark elves, elves, and humans and dwarves. Deanna smelled the girl’s sweat and skin and spoke.

    “Dwarf.”

And one more thing, Deanna playfully lifted the girl’s arm. Her arms are completely different from the dwarf’s corpse hanging next to her. I don’t know what it is like, but the girl’s body right now is clearly different from her muscular body. Deanna moved her body like that, and before she knew it, she met the gaze of the girl who opened her eyes.

The girl’s eyes are red. Did you say that it is one of the symptoms of albinism? Deanna laughed and said.

    “Did you sleep well?”

“No, in my dream… … I saw the prince. He was a rough and tough person.”

The girl opened her mouth as if she was still wandering in a dream or had difficulty understanding the situation. Deanna laughed and pulled the girl towards her.

The only thing that could tell from the girl’s appearance that she was a dwarf was her height. The tip of the girl’s hair barely went past Deanna’s waist. As the dark elves who went on the attack with Deanna surrounded the girl, it became similar to being trapped in a cage.

It was a little unfortunate that due to the girl’s short stature, her face was in a place similar to the dicks of dark elves’ futanaris, but due to her extremely white skin due to albinism, it was clearly visible that the blood was rushing to the girl’s face and her face was turning red.

“So dwarf, are you a noble?”

After hearing Deanna’s question, the dwarf girl looked at Deanna as if she had finally come to her senses and shook her head.

“To be honest, no. I am the princess of the Iron Mountains.”

    “Princess?”

When Deanna asked, the girl elaborated.

“The king’s daughter. At least that’s what he tells me to say.”

King, Deanna chewed those words over again in her mouth. There is no king in the swamp. There are only strong noble families. They have been dividing the swamp’s power and manipulating it as they please for hundreds or even thousands of years.

It’s definitely a first idea. But, I think I heard that phrase sometime ago. Perhaps, during my first experience… …

Deanna took a deep breath. Fortunately, one of Deanna’s subordinates continued to speak to the dwarf princess.

“If she is the king’s daughter, does the king also have albinism?”

One of Deanna’s men asked in a low voice. Authority also comes from lineage. If that daughter is suffering from a hereditary disease, then the dwarf king himself must be too.

The girl’s voice as she answered those words became slightly lower.

“No, that person is not like that at all… … ”

The words were a mixture of mild anger and resignation. Suddenly, Deanna realized why the dwarf princess could remain so calm even though she was surrounded by unfamiliar dark elves. From the beginning, the girl did not like the situation of moving while sitting on this cart.

The king of the dwarves would not be as weak as the girl in front of Deanna. He doesn’t have albinism, and he probably has a lot of beard, which he cherishes so much.

“It’s a shame. If he corrects himself like that, he will soon come to catch his daughter for being stolen. I have to go back to the swamp quickly.”

“I didn’t say Abama would correct it.”

Deanna laughed and responded to the Dwarf Princess’ words.

“You don’t have to ask about that. That’s right. You have albinism, but the king does not. You are weak… … The king is not like that.”

Deanna gently lifted the dwarf princess’s arm, which had no muscle strength. The Dwarf Princess grumbled.

“You don’t know anything about me.”

Even dwarves say things like this during puberty, Deanna whetted her appetite with new knowledge. Deanna’s job is to move the Dwarf treasures she just scooped up to their home base, not to listen to the Dwarf Princess’s complaints. But Deanna answered that question for no reason.

This is because I liked the idea of a king that the dwarf princess had mentioned. Not a nobleman, but a king.

“I know you are a princess.”

It seems that these are not the words the princess had hoped for. I could see blood rising to both cheeks and even to the dwarf princess’s forehead. The skin color of an albinism patient made it easy to tell where the blood flowed. In the end, the dwarf princess cried out loud.

    “There’s no meaning to that!”

“Why? Is there anything more meaningful than the one who subdued all other nobles and rose to the top?”

    “For that work… … ”

The Dwarf Princess raised her voice for a moment, then made eye contact with Deanna for a moment. But at that moment, a human woman’s voice came from next to me.

    “For that, what?”

A human woman with black hair, one of Deanna’s patrons. When the human woman asked, the dwarf princess glared at Deanna. He opened his mouth.

“Even if you marry your daughter to humans for the sake of the throne?”

The dwarf princess was obviously the first to make eye contact with Deanna and talk about the human prince. Arranged marriage is not a bad option.

The dwarf princess’s appearance was also something that could be said to be beautiful, unlike the dwarfs commonly thought of. A soft body with little muscle, a small face, a chest with fat instead of muscle, and yet his height was only about Deanna’s waist.

No, Deanna swallowed briefly. Meanwhile, the human woman sitting next to Deanna urged her again.

    “Ask.”

I know what the answer will be. someday… … Because I heard those words in a moment I don’t remember very well. But it was not easy for Deanna to disobey those words. Deanna opened her mouth.

“It’s backwards, you didn’t marry your daughter for the throne, you married your daughter for the sake of marriage… … ”

The children’s generation takes after their parents. That is a generally accepted truth. In the case of dark elves who live for a long time, a dark elf may hybridize one plant species to a species suitable for agriculture during its lifetime.

The dwarf princess in front of Deanna also had such artificial characteristics. Muscles that have been forcibly stunted, a chin that does not grow beard, large and soft breasts instead of muscles, and even albinism that cannot be confirmed whether it is an act or just a coincidence.

“Don’t you think it suits our business well?”

That’s right. It is a being that fits surprisingly well with the dark elf domestication project that this sponsor is working on. The human woman asked Deanna again.

“Is there such a big difference between a king and livestock? Yeah, how about it?”

But Deanna couldn’t answer that question. The dwarf princess’s palm flew toward Deanna’s cheek. A tingling sensation shook Deanna’s body.
