A week passes by in a flash, and I, Elfin, and all the students who passed the test of strength gather in the stadium with tense expressions. The stands are still filled with spectators, with no room to stand.

-Please prepare for the test of wisdom.

Although they were told to prepare, there was nothing they could do, so most of the students just stood around, crossed their arms, or waved to their friends, male friends, or family members who were cheering them on (or wore double-pieces for the broadcast cameras).

    “Elfin, how about it?”

    “I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous.”

As I try to ease Elfin’s tension with some light small talk, a high, cocky (and nervously trembling) voice comes from beside me.

“Oh oh hohoho, this level of test is an easy win for me!! …Maybe?”

If you’re going to be confident, stay until the end. Marquis Youngae, the purple fox Layla, who adds useless details at the end, is smiling while clearly showing her little fingers trembling with nervousness.

    “Okay, I understand…”

He said that he was like that, but he didn’t really have anything to say, and when I spoke to him, he didn’t respond, so he made a regretful expression.

    “What’s with that expression! It’s like I won’t pass….”

    -The test of wisdom begins!!

    “…like that!!”

In an instant, a high-level illusion magic covers all the students in the stadium, and Leila screams in an ugly manner as she begins to be covered in magic.

    “Cheer up, Elfin.”

    “Good luck, Ain.”

I meet her with my fist raised, as females often do, and accept the phantasmagoria that surges in without resistance.

    “…”

My vision darkens. I thought I was standing in the middle of a huge stadium, but now I’m standing alone in endless darkness…

And then I noticed there was someone standing in front of me.

    “…Who?”

As soon as I spoke to it, the thing whose appearance was unclear changed in an instant and looked exactly like me. The only difference was that I had a nervous expression, and it had a mischievous smile that was almost like that of a mischievous child.

    “I am you.”

When I asked what was going on, the thing that looked exactly like me giggled.

“… If I say that, it would be an outdated cliché.”

As I spoke, the thing that looked like me changed its appearance again, and this time it looked like something I could vaguely recognize.

    “…Creation God X?”

“You know. It’s not really me, but it’s more like what humans imagine, but there’s no better form to show myself to mortals.”

A tall, stocky figure, draped in a toga, and bearded, not unlike the animal forms I was familiar with.

To those who don’t know, X, the creator god of this world, greets me, half-lying on an invisible, transparent chair, looking very similar to a god from Greek or Roman mythology.

“What kind of test is this…?”

“Ah, don’t panic, I came to see you during the exam. You won’t be able to see us from outside.”

    “Umm… Nice to meet you?”

When I gave a very awkward greeting, the Creator X wiggled his fingertips and accepted my greeting.

“Nice to meet you. It took some time ‘by mortal standards’ for me to bring you here and meet you?”

He emphasized the word mortal with the index and middle fingers of both hands and continued speaking with a languid expression.

“There is no other reason. There is a ‘little problem’ in this world I created.”

“What if it’s a little bit of a problem?”

In response to my question, the Creator X explains some of the issues in a voice that seems to resonate directly in my head rather than being a sound wave.

“As you know, there are liberators and monsters in this world. Things I did not create in this world…”

As he waves his hand, figures of liberators and soldiers from the northern part of the empire fighting monsters appear in the air.

“Fortunately, my creatures are strong and managed to hold out, but there’s one problem.”

As he says this, he waves his hand again, and this time the image of a person I am seeing for the first time is projected between the Creator and me.

High ponytail, blood-red, suggestive clothing, pale skin. A face of deadly beauty. And a human, not an animal, appearance like the Creator.

“You don’t know about this guy? He didn’t appear in the ‘game’.”

“Are you talking about Academy Story 2? This character doesn’t appear…”

I have more questions to ask God. After hearing why He appeared to me, I have more questions to ask.

“This author is called ‘Virgin Mary’. And she is also the one who created the liberator and the monster.”

According to the explanation in the Creator God X, each Creator God (or immortals similar to them) is in charge of creating and managing their own universe, but the immortal Virgin Mary is said to be destroying (or, in the Creator God’s fancy expression, “chewing”) said universe by sending her creatures into the universe of another Creator God.

“The power balance has been pretty good so far, but this guy has gone crazy and is planning to make the Liberator even stronger.”

Because of this, the Creator God X needed a countermeasure, but due to the complex rules of the immortals, he could not further tamper with the existing creations. Here, the Creator God came up with a plan.

“There are a lot of fun things in your world like fantasy and science fiction. That’s because your world’s creator god shows other worlds to the humans there in the form of inspiration, creation, or dreams. This world is the same.”

    “So there’s an Academy story?”

“You can’t say no. It definitely had an influence.”

He said that he knew very well about Academy Story 2, and that he had transferred his soul to the Creator God so that it wouldn’t be a big problem if he couldn’t return.

    “That’s me.”

“You’re just an ordinary soul who’s raised a child and doesn’t seem to have any major ups and downs in life. You even know a lot about games. The things you’ve done so far are quite impressive.”

    “Then what should I do?”

“Well, there’s no need to look for anything.”

“We need to stop the stronger liberator, isn’t that it?”

“In times of emergency, yes, in times of emergency. But isn’t it funny that I brought you here and you’re telling me to stop the Liberator? I’ve never given you anything.”

I nodded faintly at the words of the Creator X.

If I were a hero who had to save this world, I would not have given him a shabby and ordinary male body that had to be built from the ground up, but a body with abundant growth potential. And there was no reason to send him to the Academy. I would have just sent him to the North from the start.

“You know very well. Your role is to ‘disrupt the laws of the world’. With just you coming to this world, the laws of this place have become quite distorted.”

Creator X stretches his legs and yawns.

“Does that have anything to do with the Liberator?”

“There’s a big deal. If the logic is distorted, that arrogant Virgin Mary will have to intervene in my universe and start over from scratch, messing with the liberators and monsters. That’s more than enough time for you to live, die, live, and die here a hundred times.”

    The Creator God added,

“Of course, that’s why the Virgin Mary is trying to kill you. Did you see ‘The Watcher’? ”

It was the first time I heard the word, but I guessed it without difficulty. It was probably referring to the eyeball that appeared during the mock labyrinth and the test of strength and made me suffer.

“Yes. Right now, the Virgin Mary will only interfere with the childish level of play while trying to re-establish reason, but as time goes by, she will use more wicked methods. You have to do well.

“Let’s just give it a try.”

If you think of this as a game, it feels like another challenge, so I nod my head right away.

“That’s refreshing. It seems like you have a lot to ask. Since you’ve decided to do as I say, I should show my favor too.”

In response to the words of the Creator, I ask a trivial but not very great question.

“Then, even if I graduate, I can’t go back?”

“Unfortunately, yes. Seven years is a fleeting moment to an immortal. If you live here for a long time and don’t continue to twist the rules, the Virgin Mary will die of joy.”

Well, it’s certain that I will graduate and be taken to the Imperial Palace.

“Then why is it that the females in my group have a hard time getting pregnant?”

“Because you don’t want it. It’s not a good thing for me. If you have a child, it’s a life born under a distorted principle, so it’s good for me too. It’s what I want. I want to let you know that I can’t force you.”

“What exactly do you want from me?”

X smiled at my last question.

“Anything. The bigger it is and the more it is something that did not exist in this world before, the better. It will be even more absurd, the Virgin Mary will try to kill you fiercely, and my world will be safer. Don’t worry, I won’t just watch.”

Most of the questions I had so far were answered through the conversation with the Creator God, so I will ask one last, minor question.

“Is what I did to Hela a problem?”

“You regenerated that female’s mind by imitating me? I like it. I prefer it when mortals actively use me as a means to an end.”

X, who said that, also said, “It was I who spoke at that time.” So, it can be seen that he tried to fabricate something, but the real God of Creation saw it and thought, “This is interesting,” and intervened. As a result, the fabrication was not a fabrication.

“Oh my, it’s been quite some time. I’ll come back again when I have a chance.”

As the Creator finished speaking, my vision began to return.
