“Arrived! This is the ‘Sea of Types’ bookstore, which specializes in miscellaneous books in the Hwangdo.”

Hoyo raised both hands in front of a large bookstore and said, “Voila!” His heart was pounding wildly.

“I only heard about it, but it’s really big.”

    My heart.

No, I’ve only heard about this bookstore from the three members of the book club, but I’ve never been there before. I came here during the festival period.

The purpose of the bookstore visit is to find new books for the three members of the study group to read during their vacation.

“During the festival period, the publishing of miscellaneous books becomes a bit more active. New works come out every day.”

The night explains, sweeping back her wavy blonde hair.

“Then, shall we go in? ”

I nodded at Bandi’s suggestion and went into the bookstore with the three of them.

“Oh, there are a lot of people?”

The bookstore was as large on the inside as it looked from the outside, and there were quite a few customers visiting the bookstore.

And as soon as I entered the bookstore, I regretted leaving a review.

“…Uh…I guess the bookstore should be quiet…”

It was quiet despite the fact that there were so many people, but as soon as I entered, I said, “There are a lot of people,” which must have been louder than I thought, because everyone’s eyes were all focused on me.

If I had an excuse, I would say that the outside of the bookstore was so noisy with the festival that I just needed a chance to match the tone of voice.

“…Why are there only females in the bookstore?”

“Well… they sell a lot of miscellaneous books here, and most of the miscellaneous books are read by women…”

“There is a separate store for books that men can read…”

    “I didn’t think of that.”

To my whispers, Bam, Hoyo, and Bandi whisper together in order to answer.

“We’re going to the 3rd floor.”

As he said that, the night took the lead, so I grabbed the night’s hand so as not to fall behind.

It was a night when he was startled when my hand grabbed his own, but soon he held my hand tightly and took the lead.

“Oh, the chairman looks so powerful.”

    “Isn’t this a total mess? A mess?”

I walk among the people at night, listening to Hoyo and Bandi chatting behind me.

He looks at us from behind the bookshelf, his eyes sparkling, he tries to ignore the people writing down notes or drawing pictures, and he climbs the stairs with the three of them, arriving at the third floor in no time.

    “There’s no one here?”

When I didn’t let go of his hand even after arriving, the restless night glared at Hoyo, who was whispering to Bandi, “Let him enjoy himself,” and answered.

“This is a corner exclusively for nobles. But since we are the only ones among the nobles who look through miscellaneous books, you could say that it is essentially a corner exclusively for us.”

I nod and take Night’s hand and look around the third floor. (Hoyo and Bandi continue to snicker)

“There are a lot of bookshelves, but they are large and the books are scattered all over the place.”

“We bought them all. The speed at which new releases are released can’t keep up with the speed at which our library research group buys them.”

The night continues to drag me around and explain to me.

“Then what do I do with the rest?”

“Well, if we decide not to buy it, we’ll move the remaining ones down to the lower floors and fill them with new products.”

    “Just for three people?”

When I asked while looking at the night, the night answered coolly with a face that said it really didn’t know.

“Wouldn’t the sales of miscellaneous books purchased by the Miscellaneous Book Research Association be greater than the sales of miscellaneous books from the lower floors (for the common people)?”

“Oh… The night is so beautifully spoken.”

He seemed happy to hear my compliment, so he smiled, but he seemed to not understand the sentiment, as if there were several question marks floating above his head.

While I was looking around the night and the third floor, Hoyo and Bandi were strangely quiet, so I looked over to where they were, and saw them talking to a few females gathered at the bottom of the stairs.

    “How about ‘Nurihaneul’ author?”

“Oh… Countess Youngae, this is amazing. It gives me inspiration for the next development.”

“Then do you think the ‘Spiritual Plant Specialist’ writer would be helpful?”

“Of course, Marquis Goldbunny Youngae. The spirit of the spiritual plant inside me is burning…!”

I couldn’t hear what they were saying, but everyone there seemed to be busy taking notes, so I asked Bam.

“What are Hoyo and Bandi doing?”

“Huh? No, those kids… Haa, no.”

The night flared up for a moment, but soon shook its head in resignation.

“It looks like he’s showing the writers the picture of you and me walking around the third floor holding hands.”

    “Why?”

Night blushes and turns his head away, embarrassed by the writers’ hot gaze, but he doesn’t shake off the hand I’m holding.

“Basically, writers need references. But since we’re writers and we don’t go out, our appearances can be a pretty good reference.”

    “Oh, is that so.”

At Night’s answer, I glance at the gathered writers, Hoyo, and Bandi, and then I put my nose to Night’s nose, the only female cat of my height. (This is a form of affection usually used by cat people.)

“Sleep, what, what are you doing?!”

Even among the writers, there were gasps as the night continued to scream, startled by my show of affection but not throwing back its head.

“Wow, I can’t stand it! Marquis Youngae, Countess Youngae, I’m going to go serialize the next episode!”

“Damn, I need more references! Young ladies, go do something!”

    “Huh? Us?”

When the writers, in runaway train mode, (rudely) push Hoyo and Bandi onto the third floor, the two are pushed all the way to our doorstep before we know it.

“I don’t know who you are, but you are so beautiful, Yeong-sik, please show me something!”

Having glimpsed the madness of creation in the burning eyes of the writers, I felt slightly intimidated and answered, “Yes.”

“Oh my, did you just see that? The author of ‘Male Foot Cleaner’?”

“Of course, the author of ‘I want to get spanked by an arrogant male’.”

    “…”

People whose names we could hear with our ears but not our heads, with other writers, rushed back towards the stairs and stared at us from a completely meaningless hiding place.

    “Should I do something…”

The night mutters something as if it’s difficult and glances at me.

“But it seems a bit odd to show something from a book here, right?”

Hoyo has a bewildered expression on his face as if to say, “What do you want me to do?” and Bandi is seriously thinking, resting his chin on his hand and crossing his arms.

The hidden writers seem to be expecting something to show… No, why have the number of writers increased?

The number of writers, who clearly looked to be around five or six, had grown to more than ten while we were briefly pondering the matter.

For a moment, it crossed my mind what they wanted.

    “I see.”

    “What?”

The three members of the research team looked at me with puzzled expressions, caught by my muttering.

“Here, I have to act manly. What they want is gossip.”

“What else is a real man… huh.”

Night asked with a puzzled face, but when I grabbed his shoulder and chin and kissed him in one go, he froze.

    “… … …Wow—-Clothes—-!!!”

Hoyo opens his eyes wide and screams, and chaos breaks out on the stairs. (Bandi looks as if the Earth has just shut down for a moment.)

I lightly swept the tip of my tongue over her thick front teeth and opened my mouth, and she fell backwards with her face still blank.

    “The chairman… is dead…”

I laughed as I joked about the night Bandi passed.

    “No, I’m not dead.”

Then he turns Bandi’s head and covers his mouth.

    “… … …Woo——–?!!?”

After a while, I grab Hoyo by the collar and pull him down, trying to scream again after he falls backwards due to the shock of Bandido, and achieve a kiss grand slam. Where is the Golden Glove that was supposed to be awarded to me?

    “Male… scary… squeak.”

Only after I got past Hoyo did I look up at the stairs again.

In the blink of an eye, all the bustling writers had disappeared, and only one person was left behind. His face was pale, his hand had stopped taking notes, and he was staring blankly in this direction.

“Uh… the author of ‘Male Foot Scrubber’?”

    “Yes, yes, yes, yes, yeaah!!?!”

As I racked my brain to come up with the author’s name, the female squirrel writer, who is the same species as the night, gave an answer that was almost a scream.

    “What about other people…?”

    “Writing… Going to write…”

    “Who is the author?”

“I… haha, my waist fell out for a moment… hehe.”

The male writer, who has a refreshing expression and sits down as he answers.

I could only stand on the third floor, unable to hide my bewildered expression.

    “Welcome, Baron Youngsik Ain Frostgarm.”

As we get off the carriage, the squirrel-like female maid bows her head deeply.

“Nice to meet you. Don’t be so formal…?”

When I answered the maid who had accepted my luggage in a hesitant manner, she shook her head.

“I heard that Miss Night, Miss Hoyo, and Miss Bandi were all accepted into the group. All the employees of our family are deeply grateful to Ain Youngsik.”

He looks at the three who are getting out of the carriage one after another with an expression that says, “Isn’t this handling amazing?”

” Sister Hodo, say hello to us too.”

“Yes… Well… You can come, or you don’t have to…”

When Hoyo whined with a look of annoyance, the maidservant Hodo replied with a look of annoyance, saying, “What is this?”

“Aren’t you treating us too badly?”

“If you come and go from my house 5 days a week, even if you were my older sister, I would react like that.”

Hoyo grumbles and cries, but Bam doesn’t even look at Hoyo and stands next to me with Bandi.

    “Welcome, Miss Night, Miss Bandi.”

“How have you been, Sister Hodo?”

Hodo’s cheeky reaction is limited to Hoyo, but Hodo’s maidservant shakes hands with Bandi, who greets her happily, and smiles.

“You are truly amazing, all three ladies. Come in. The ladies’ parents are all waiting inside.”

Hoyo tilted her head at the maid’s words.

“Huh? My parents and Bandine’s parents too? Didn’t you come to see only the chairman’s parents today?”

At her words, the maidservant smiled brightly and took out the newspaper she had kept inside her clothes and spread it out wide.

    – The rumor that the three young ladies of the Miscellaneous Book Research Society, the big shot of the Miscellaneous Book World, formed a group with the Baron family’s Youngsik has been revealed to be true…

The front page of the newspaper had a large picture of us, animated by vision magic, in which I was kissing and knocking out Bam, Bandi, and Hoyo in that order, and then laughing, over and over again.

“Everyone is looking forward to it, so let’s go in quickly.”

The maidservant smiled brightly and urged him on.
