    Ian Tigris Line Barrel.

The main character and playable character of Tactical Combat was a person with a narrative of being the legitimate son of a count family, entering the academy, and becoming a war hero.

His appearance was a handsome man with soft lines, a stocky physique, and mesmerizing eyes, which really caught the taste of many female players. Perhaps that’s why it became a frequent costume target for cosplayers, and even long after the game was released, cosplayers wearing Ian costumes continued regardless of gender.

However, for Gilbert, the current state of the protagonist was more important than such a foundation. Because it is a playable character, the protagonist’s personality is determined by dialogue choices.

When I first enjoyed the game story, I often chose options that showed a serious and heroic aspect, but as time went by, I began to choose all kinds of eccentric conversations to see the side quests that branched out depending on the conversation.

Choosing the option of destroying a village or humiliating prisoners of war was a weak choice. Clearing all achievements was something that could not be accomplished without doing something like that.

The only problem was what kind of persona the main character that Gilbert was not playing had in this reality.

According to the official official release from the production company, Ian Tigris Linebarrel was described as an upright and just person, and if you follow the options that are treated as affairs among gamers, this aspect is clearly revealed, so everyone tends to give Ian a positive evaluation.

Gilbert also thought that way in the other world, but as he opened his eyes in the world of tactical combat, he revised his overall knowledge. Although it was a waste of time, it didn’t make sense to remember every single detail of the settings, and I mostly remembered things like big events and items that must be collected.

However, now that I am personally experiencing the ripple effects of the setting called ‘Asshole’ that I thoughtlessly added while creating the character Gilbert, I gave up the idea that all the settings in the game would match.

In the first place, in the game, there were countless wrong endings or side quests that occurred due to a single choice. As DLC came out, that number increased, so now that it’s a reality, you can’t be sure about anything until you see it with your own eyes.

So Gilbert looked forward to the day he would meet the protagonist. Since the entire continent was swept up in the war, the heroic protagonist had to make a face and become the main force of the Allied Forces. Even if he, whose evaluation was poor, tried to improve awareness from now on, the limits were clear as there were people who were harmed because of it.

Gilbert looked sideways at Ian standing next to him. With his tightly closed mouth and confident eyes, he passed the examination. Although I am not a contemplative person, I was fortunate that I did not suffer from weakness of will and a timid personality.

When Ian stood next to Gilbert, the number of people who could apply for command was reduced by two. From then on, exploratory warfare lost its meaning. The reason for the search was to become a commander, but two positions were already filled, and there were only two positions left. From now on, there had to be a competition to occupy the remaining seats.

Gilbert made sure there were key fellow characters among the cadets who coveted the commander. From the moment it turned into rotten water, most of the achievements forced me to play as a single player, and I did a one-man show because I couldn’t be bothered to recruit colleagues, but the reality was that this was not a game where you could retry, but a one-coin hardcore play.

If I had a trustworthy comrade who could fight with me, I had to somehow recruit him and lead him along, so I pulled out information about the comrade that I had left behind in my memory. From what he remembers, there was also a mandatory companion character that the protagonist had to receive as a companion in the year he entered school.

Although he had pink hair and a picky personality, he was like a hearty soup after attacking him as a colleague. Even though gamers called him Pingchang because of his pink hair, he had the tenacity to do his job and not back down even if a knife was put to his throat.

‘I’m sure your name was Lily, right?’

“I appoint Lily Roseus Nobilitas as the commander of the 3rd team. Please come this way.”

    Yes, that was the name.

As soon as Gilbert thought about it, he looked at Lily coming out after being appointed commander.

Not very tall and with long hair that easily extends around her pink waist. The soft, slightly round face lines and eyes full of confidence were impressive.

But there was another reason that caught the cadets’ attention more than anything else.

    Sloshing and sloshing.

This was because her huge breasts, which did not fit her petite body, moved up and down in accordance with her steps. Even though his movements were minimized because he was covered by his tight cadet uniform, there was no one who didn’t spare a glance at his sacred movements.

    ‘As expected, Pingchang.’

The reason why gamers nicknamed the Gukbap character Pingchang was because of that huge bust. In fact, her personality was a bit ignorant when it came to sex, but I remembered that there was a meme in some communities saying that’s just how Pingchang is these days.

    Jerrit.

Lily, who took a seat next to Ian, turned her stinging gaze to Gilbert. He suddenly felt puzzled by Lily, who was glaring at him fiercely, but soon realized that he was Gilbert the Lionheart.

Although Lily had a picky personality, she wasn’t an angular personality. If I were to be honest, it was on the friendly side. As the Academy story unfolds, they were never treated as commoners, and they never did anything that crossed the line.

However, there is only one case where she becomes this enraged. It was only when I met trash like Gilbert.

    “Gilbert Lion Heart.”

    “What’s going on?”

Lily’s voice full of hostility made Gilbert feel angry even before he started working on his colleagues. They had forgotten the basic fact that Lily could not possibly view Gilbert, who was called the count’s bastard, with anything other than disgust.

“No matter how trash you are, you couldn’t escape the proof of blue blood, right?”

    “As you can see.”

“Ha! Then I will make sure you pay for your sins.”

Gilbert turned his head as if he was not interested in Lily, who was burning with hostility, but inside he realized that something was amiss. The way she spoke seemed as if she had known Gilbert for a long time, and it showed that their relationship was not very good.

He began searching through Gilbert’s memories before he even had time to watch the last commander candidate be selected. Fortunately, this was possible because I was able to see the memories of the original Gilbert, that is, the events before being possessed in this body, as if I were taking a book off a bookshelf.

The moment the last commander candidate stood where they were, Gilbert found the memory he wanted and clenched his fist without anyone noticing.

Speaking of cliché, it was cliché. It was Gilbert who tormented Lily so much when she was young that she had a complex about having large breasts. He had already turned yellow by that time and had no hesitation even when dealing with Lily, the daughter of a promising count.

At some point, there wasn’t much interaction. It had been quite a while since I had seen Gilbert because he was busy causing trouble within the territory, but the gaze he was glaring at was not kind, as if the wounds from his childhood still remained.

Gilbert was able to once again experience the butterfly effect created by just one line of explanation. At the same time, the thought crossed his mind that this problem would bother him for a very long time.

“All commander cadets have been selected. For the entrance mock battle, all operational authority is entrusted to the commander cadets, and the cadets under the command can participate in the entrance mock battle following the commander’s orders. Cadets assigned to each team will be assigned randomly. After team selection, 30 minutes of operation time is allocated and the entrance mock battle begins immediately. Do you have any questions?”

No one questioned Roxas’ words. Since it was a very simple rule to divide into teams and fight a mock battle according to the commander’s orders, there was nothing worth asking.

“Then, commander cadets can head to the designated barracks. Users will guide you to the barracks. I hope that all cadets will achieve good results in this entrance mock competition.”

After completing the selection of commander cadets and an explanation of the overall entrance mock battle, Rojas left.

Gilbert followed the employee to Team 3’s barracks and headed to his own barracks, receiving a hateful look from Lily. Somehow, as I looked into those eyes, I couldn’t help but feel that it was wrong to live with my expulsion.

I also kept in my mind the fact that I need to be safe in everything I do because I never know when and where karma might strike.

The barracks we arrived at under the guidance of the owner were not bad for a temporary place. Although it was large, there was a tactical board depicting the terrain of the area where the entrance mock battle was held.

No matter how much I enjoyed the game, there was a limit to the degree of freedom, and there were many things that were a bit disappointing in the details. Especially since there were places where gaming permission was expressed.

After sitting down in the commander’s chair and waiting for a while, the people who would eventually become his team members began to come in one by one.

Their expressions crumpled when they saw Gilbert, and they must have been disappointed because the commander was such an asshole.

Finally, when all the team members had gathered and the barracks were full, Gilbert, who had been quiet until now, raised the baton and tapped the tactical board, drawing everyone’s attention.

Gilbert’s entrance mock battle began right now.
