Villain Prison.

Its official name is the “Special Ability Terrorist Detention Center.”

Here, those whose abilities can be controlled to some extent are gathered in the separate wings, A to C, while those who are completely uncontrollable are sent to the special surveillance wing.

I, too, with my impressive rap sheet and a potential life sentence, secretly hoped to be sent to the special surveillance wing, but the prison authorities didn’t hesitate; they threw me into the separate wing, providing me with nothing but a bed and a few sets of clothes.

To be honest, I didn’t really care. Since I had no expectations to begin with, I couldn’t be disappointed.

In any case, my bed was set up in the corner of the common area. There were no CCTV cameras inside, and it was too dangerous to be forced to share a space with other villains.

Moreover, the bed itself was so poor that it didn’t even deserve to be called a bed. It consisted of nothing but a thin mattress and a cheap towel.

However, this small sanctuary and a few prison uniforms are my only possessions and property. Without them, I would have to spend my years lying on the cold, hard concrete floor.

    “Phttt-”

…I don’t even want to lie on the floor, with someone spitting right in front of me.

“Oh, sorry. I missed my aim.”

She deliberately spat right in front of me and laughed it off as if she had made a mistake. There’s no need to respond to her. It’s just an act to get my attention.

“Let me help you wipe that. Okay?”

She naturally takes off her jacket, and I recognize her face and actions. It’s been eight months since I captured this villain. Her code name is Acid.

While she wasn’t particularly dangerous, she was a nuisance. The villains who had gathered to attack the Hero Alliance intended to use Acid’s ability to neutralize the heroes.

“Huh? What the heck, are you a virgin? I’m just took off my clothes and this kid face turned red like crazy.”

I wasn’t blushing. I wasn’t even paying attention; I was just looking at the floor.

She was deliberately irritating me by exaggerating her voice and actions to provoke the other villains.

“Later, when you get married, you’ll give it to your wife. Just leave it~”

    “Cute… Huh!”

As if on cue, two more people walk up to me and start harmonizing. I recognize their faces, too. They’re all villains that I know.

    “So, how old are you?”

One of them leans against the wall,

while the other two block my path and create an intimidating atmosphere as they ask my age.

It’s a typical scenario. There’s no need to mention the poor quality of the sexual harassment and the intimidation aimed at establishing dominance in a relationship.

“How old are you? This is a prison, so you should act your age. Don’t you think? I might be older, so how about you call me ‘unnie’?”

“Ugh. You’re not cooperating. If you don’t act cute, unnie won’t give you any pocket money.”

Despite that, I can’t carelessly step forward because if I counter their typical routine, all attention will be directed at me.

There’s only one male here, and that’s me. Since all the ability users here are female to begin with, it’s not strange.

I’m already a public enemy here, and violence and mockery are inevitable, but I haven’t made up my mind yet.

Should I rush at these three and fight to the end? Or should I try to diffuse the situation?

“Don’t be stubborn. You’re thinking about it, aren’t you? Whether it’s better to strike first or just let this situation pass.”

Before I finish weighing my options, Acid sits on my bed, pressing her body against mine. Her hand on my shoulder sends a creepy chill down my spine.

“But you know, that was a really funny mistake, right? Now that you’re here, do you think you can just stay quiet and wait to be released? No, absolutely not.”

The other two giggle as they surround my bed and continue speaking, as if they were enjoying my body’s trembling and anger.

“Look over there. Do you think those girls will just let you be? No way. Oh, come on. They’re all testing the waters, seeing if it’s worth making a move on you or if they’ll end up losing their hard-earned meal.”

Their breath is close. I can smell mint toothpaste and an unpleasantly sweet body wash.

“…That goes for you, too. If you mess with me, it’s not me who’ll be targeted; it’s you.”

“Yeah, yeah. There are so many guys after you. I’d better not mess up or I’ll regret it.”

Acid’s ability is simple: her saliva can paralyze anyone it touches.

However, the saliva running down my neck and collarbone doesn’t seem to have that effect on me.

The ability to paralyze me is not included.

I don’t feel any tingling sensation at all.

I know this for sure because I’ve experienced it before.

    “…It’s disgusting.”

“Thank you. It’s a reward to hear you say that with that expression on your face.”

With moist lips, she whispers in my ear. The other two briefly glance at each other, as if keeping watch or perhaps waiting for something.

“Anyway, you’re probably wondering why I’m doing this, knowing the risks. Why not just leave you alone? You can just ignore me~”

I can’t be sure what these three are plotting, but an unpleasant dampness begins to spread.

“…It’s just curiosity, I guess? What else could it be? All actions start with curiosity, don’t they? Even if it becomes a little dangerous, I’m just too curious to resist.”

    I can feel it.

They’re testing me, wondering what choices I’ll make and whether I still hold to my principles.

“Well, it’s like this. You take the lid off a yogurt cup and slowly savor the yogurt on the lid. You let your tongue briefly touch the sweet and savory flavor and imagine happiness. Wow… If I could just spoon out this delicious yogurt, I’d be even happier~”

Acid’s hand moves from my shoulder down to my collarbone. I can’t just let that happen, so I end up gripping her wrist tightly.

    “Do it in moderation.”

“…You don’t seem to like skinship, do you?”

    I need to be careful.

    I must not fight.

    This place is dangerous.

“But you know, if you’re not careful with your power control, it’ll be trouble. Why, are you still trying to act like a heroic figure? Are you going to absolutely refuse to yield to villains? Hey, come on! It’d be trouble if the great Crow had such a foolish mindset~”

I’ll have to ignore their irritating voices.

    I can hold out.

“Because, you see, the bitches who are targeting you enjoy that kind of attitude.”

The three villains begin to retreat. All I need to do now is maintain my composure.

“I want you to rebel and resist to the end, and keep thinking without even knowing the subject. That attitude of struggling to hold on somehow.”

    but,

Every word she utters pierces my heart.

“Honestly, I feel a little wet too… Oh, really. After being in a place like this for months, I’d probably cum just from smelling a man.”

“You crazy bitch. Look at the way you talk~?”

I am not unaware of her intention to make me aware of irrefutable facts, but

I leave off with only facts that are too obvious to prevent psychological disturbance.

“It’s only a matter of time. And it’s not up to you to decide when that time comes. You know that, right?”

There are more than just these three.

They share two rooms, with two people in each room, so that’s at least four people connected to them.

Moreover, judging by their demeanor, they seem friendly with the occupants of the adjacent room. So that’s at least eight people…

If they all rushed me at once, could I protect myself?

    Maybe,

I could have done it in the past.

No, even in the past, fighting against that many people in an enclosed space would be impossible.

Moreover, shortly after being sent here, I received an injection to weaken my abilities.

It was a drug designed to reduce my agility and senses. I’ve been told that I’ll continue to be injected with this drug at weekly intervals until I leave this place.

Of course, that doesn’t mean all my abilities have vanished. When I bit my finger to test it, I found that my healing ability still persists to some extent.

This is a clear advantage in a fight.

While I must avoid direct confrontation, I can endure being hit to a certain degree.

    There’s another advantage.

My physical abilities have been impaired by the drug, but most of the villains here lose their special abilities as well.

The fact that Acid’s saliva doesn’t affect me is likely due to the same principle. Our unpleasant encounter has benefits for both of us, as I’ve gained some understanding of their limitations.

Considering a hand-to-hand combat situation between a man and a woman, there’s definitely a chance of victory.

Of course, it would be impossible if the numbers were too great, but this much is sufficient.

I still have enough strength to protect myself, and if necessary, I can fight. That’s all that matters.

So, just eat well and try to stay out of trouble. My collegues will come to rescue you soon enough.

    [Meal time.]

Coinciding with a microphone announcement, meal distribution begins.

This is my first meal here.

I don’t have high expectations for the taste.

I’ll just focus on getting some nutrition out of it.

    Brup-

    But,

Having expected at least a little nutrition from this first meal, I feel foolishly naive as I find it instead sticky and moist.

“Beh… Chew it up. I added some syrup.”
