4th Level Dimension Management New Solari-2

4th Level Dimension Management New Solari-2

After meeting Antonio, Kang In-ho found it difficult to maintain his sanity due to the high fever.

Perhaps because he had been caught in the rain with no clothes on, he felt chills and his fever steadily rising.

He saw his own cowering figure overlapping with Antonio’s under the Pope’s threats.

Inho felt a strange emotion, difficult to describe, stirring in his chest.

“I just… vented my anger on Sister Maria…”

    [I… I…]

Maria, looking at him cautiously with a tearful voice.

He had been angry at Maria, who always smiled brightly and followed him.

Her hurt face as she left the room flickered in his mind.

Kang In-ho lay face down on the bed and exhaled.

His hot breath touched his skin.

“Is it just a cold… Come to think of it, I rarely get sick.”

Aside from being frail in the old man’s body, he could count on one hand the number of times he had been bedridden with illness.

He fell into a flood of Sleep Demons.

    “Who are you?”

The voice he heard as soon as he closed his eyes made Kang In-ho’s eyes snap open.

He thought he had been lying in bed, but he found himself standing in a large space.

    “Who are you?”

A woman with neat, short hair and calm, golden eyes.

    And impressive white wings.

Kang In-ho rummaged through his memories and recalled a being who looked similar to her.

“I am Solari, a Level 4 Dimension Management God. The Dimension Management God of this dimension.”

    “Ah… Dimension Management God.”

Inho, recalling the forgotten title, said.

“To enter a dimension without permission, and even disrupt the plans I’m preparing…”

Despite the even tone, a subtle annoyance was evident.

Inho shrugged at the Dimension Management God’s anger.

“It’s not like I wanted to come here? Some crazy bitch did something weird to me, and that’s how I ended up like this.”

“What are you talking about? …There’s a spell on your soul.”

“Is it possible to remove it?”

    Inho asked, just in case.

“Unfortunately, it’s a spell cast by a being superior to me. It’s impossible.”

Solari answered kindly, even to a mortal’s question.

“It’s not just a simple possession spell, but a lot of other miscellaneous things are attached. I don’t know who it is… but they seem to hate you quite a lot.”

    “Tell me about it.”

    Inho shrugged again.

“But how did you summon me?”

“I temporarily summoned your soul here while you were asleep.”

What a convenient ability, Inho muttered.

Solari’s eyes twinkled at his nonchalant demeanor.

“First, let’s sort out the situation. You are under a spell that allows you to Dimensional Shift for some reason.”

    Inho nodded at Solari’s words.

“You Dimensional Shifted from the previous dimension to this place, which I manage… and, of all things, possessed the body of a man I was planning for.”

    “That Saint impersonator?”

Inho recalled the crime of the sinner whose neck Maria had cut off.

    “He’s a real Saint.”

    Solari sighed.

    “What?”

    Inho’s mouth opened slightly.

“He’s a real Saint. Maria was going to cut off his head and revive him with light, turning him into a Saint.”

    “Wow… he was real.”

“I put a lot of thought into it. A miracle with intense light, the severed head reattaching to the body… I was going to show the birth of a Saint with a miracle of resurrection. But…”

    Solari’s tone grew stronger.

“But… because you possessed him at that time, the souls were switched.”

    “Again, it’s not my fault?”

    “I know.”

    Solari snorted.

“If I hadn’t been watching him closely, I wouldn’t have even noticed that you had come to my dimension. How you were able to perform Dimension Entry without a trace… spells are truly terrifying.”

“So, if you hadn’t been watching the person you were going to revive, you wouldn’t have known?”

    “Most likely, yes.”

Inho felt like he finally understood why he had never seen a god while traveling through other dimensions.

“So… what’s the purpose of summoning me? Is it just to complain that your plan went awry?”

    Inho probed Solari.

“I propose a deal. Kang In-ho, possessor of a noble soul.”

Solari snapped her fingers, and two chairs appeared.

She politely gestured to the chairs, and Kang In-ho sat down.

“A deal? What are the conditions?”

Inho asked, crossing his legs, and Solari sat down in the opposite chair.

    “Act as a Saint.”

“I don’t know what you mean by that.”

“I intend to destroy the Solarium Order with my own hands. I would like you to help me with that.”

“Couldn’t you just strike them with lightning? Not that I don’t want to, but I’m curious why you’re going around in circles. Why bother creating a Saint?”

    Inho asked innocently.

“If I, as a god, directly exercise my power, the ‘Law of Causality’ will gradually deviate. The first one or two times are fine, but if it exceeds a certain level, I have to sacrifice other souls to stabilize it.”

Solari explained in an easy-to-understand manner, as if teaching a student.

    “So, you’re using indirect methods.”

    Inho nodded.

    “That’s right.”

“If the ultimate goal is the downfall of the Order, what is the process?”

    Inho leaned forward and asked.

“Maria’s faith must deepen. She must question the current Order.”

“Will it be easy? She’s an Inquisitor, she’ll be more sincere to the Order than anyone else, right?”

He frowned as if asking if it was possible.

“That’s the problem. If things had gone according to my original plan, I would have changed that perception slowly, over a very long time…”

Solari glared, and Inho cleared his throat.

“Since the situation has been greatly distorted, I have no choice but to use radical methods.”

    “For example?”

“The Saint is unjustly killed by the Order? Maria, who has feelings for you beyond respect, will become hostile to the Order.”

    Solari presented one scenario.

“Well, if it’s something like that.”

    Inho also nodded.

“If Maria’s faith deepens through you, she will be able to gain the power to destroy the Order herself. I will grant miracles.”

“But, what if Maria denies you in the process? If her faith comes to me instead of you, won’t your power weaken?”

Inho asked, recalling a setting he had once read in a fantasy novel, and Solari burst into laughter.

“Ah, I’m sorry. Don’t worry about that. No matter what my name is called, no matter where people’s faith is directed, all the faith in the dimension I manage goes to me.”

    Clearing her throat, Solari said.

    “That’s a really good setting.”

    Inho grumbled.

    “I won’t deny it.”

    Solari replied leisurely.

“Okay, then, if I help you, what’s in it for me? I’ll tell you in advance that I don’t want to live happily in this dimension.”

    Inho presented his terms.

“I don’t want to keep you here for long either.”

    Solari paused for a moment.

“Because of the spell on you, the more I keep you here, the more the Law of Causality will be distorted. So, I have to send you to another dimension.”

    “Hmm… there’s nothing particularly appealing to me…”

After thinking for a while, he clapped his hands.

“Okay, then let’s do this. Analyze the spell on my soul and give me that information.”

Solari’s mouth opened slightly at Inho’s words.

“It’s not difficult… Is that all you need? I could just give it to you for the sake of our friendship.”

“You can’t remove the spell anyway. I’ll just set that as a condition. I hate the Order as much as you do, so an enemy of my enemy is my friend… I have to help.”

    “An enemy…”

    Solari laughed in disbelief.

Where else would a mortal be, standing in front of a god, and calling them an enemy?

“Alright. Then, let’s discuss the detailed plan later.”

“Do I just have to see you in a dream again?”

“No, come to my avatar when you wake up.”

    “Avatar?”

“It’s a way to interfere with the world without disrupting the Law of Causality. I’ve created a form to contain my will and sent it into the Order.”

“Really? Then who should I go to?”

“It’s a face you know well.”

Solari snapped her fingers, and Inho’s face changed to one he knew well.

“This is why I hate gods.”

Inho, who had been staring blankly at the change, frowned.
