The Hateful 6
“I think a doll that imitates a person without emotions is better than a person without a heart.”
“Keuheok.”
The words spat out by the tall woman were a spreading kind of attack.
As if a sharply honed blade had pierced through her stomach, a groan escaped the Magical Girl’s lips.
It was quite loud, so people around might have turned to look, but the other women were busy with their own affairs.
Lee Mina was unable to participate from the start, Chunhyang was focused elsewhere fighting Alpha, and Namgung Soyou and Isis were in a standoff.
Besides, Maria seemed to be distracted by Kang In-ho.
Perhaps because the touching reunion atmosphere was ruined, the Magical Girl’s mood sank into a cold sea.
“Ajeo… ssi.”
The Magical Girl wanted to call out to him, hoping to talk again.
“Saint. Would it be alright if I… held your hand?”
But the nun’s actions were faster. The Magical Girl made a meaningless gesture in the air.
She stared blankly at the nun kissing Kang In-ho’s hand.
A voluptuous figure that could not be hidden by the neat attire, bright yellow blonde hair that stimulated male fantasies, and mysterious blue and green eyes.
‘She’s pretty.’
Comparing her appearance to that of a model in a perfume brand, she bit her lower lip.
‘A nun and a Saint… it seems like the place Ahjussi was talking about.’
Kang In-ho had once told her about the world he had been through.
It was hard to imagine when she only heard it as a story, but seeing it with her own eyes made her feel like she understood.
‘No wonder, his face lit up whenever he talked about nuns, it was because she was carrying such a monstrous weapon.’
Kim Sung-ah thought.
Was it a visualization of weight? Kim Sung-ah pouted as she watched the heavy something moving every time the nun moved.
She wanted to rush in and break the subtle atmosphere right away.
But she didn’t dare to.
‘She probably wants to have a touching reunion too.’
Kim Sung-ah thought, hypnotizing herself.
Using that thought as an excuse, she turned her eyes to the scene where the explosions were heard.
“The tree was real. However, the direction it came from was different.”
Blocking the light cannon with a giant tree, then slamming it into the opponent’s body was quite impressive.
“It should have been fake.”
The opponent must have taken some damage, as cracks began to appear on his confident face.
Listening to the conversation between the two powerhouses, the Magical Girl swallowed hard.
Aura and Killing intent that made her body tingle constricted her.
‘Are the others okay?’
Even with the energy that made her nervous from afar, people were just doing their own thing without paying attention.
She recalled her past memories and thought of her fight with the Witch.
Witch. The strongest being she had ever faced.
A powerful being who split the sky with a wave of her hand and used magic to break her will.
After successfully defeating her with the help of Lee Mina, she thought she would never meet such a strong being again.
But looking at the people in front of her, she realized that she was sorely mistaken.
‘Everyone here is stronger than the Witch.’
Everyone here, except for Kang In-ho, was strong enough to easily overwhelm the Witch.
“Wow… this is crazy.”
Watching the scene where giant trees and flowers sprouted from a single flick of a finger, the Magical Girl let out a burst of laughter.
The bizarre person who was spewing out hundreds of light cannons was scary, but the woman in the Hanbok who was blocking them without batting an eye was even scarier.
“Compared to them, I am…”
The Magical Girl looked at her hand holding the staff.
[Existing alone in such a world can lead one to mistakenly believe oneself to be ‘complete.’ In my world, we call it ‘a frog in a well.’]
The words of the woman in the Hanbok came to mind.
It seemed that she was not superior to anyone here in terms of charm or strength.
The Magical Girl thought so.
Admitting her shortcomings was quite difficult.
‘Wouldn’t it be better for someone more suitable to be next to Ahjussi?’
An absurdly negative thought flashed through her mind like lightning, leaving only an afterimage.
“No, what crazy thoughts are you having? Get a grip, Kim Sung-ah.”
Shaking her head wildly, Kim Sung-ah chanted to herself.
If something is lacking, fill it; if something is missing, complete it.
Regaining her composure, she resumed observing the fight.
“Oh? Danger…!”
The Magical Girl shouted as the being bound by the tree trunk broke free from its restraints.
Whether she didn’t hear her shout or not, the woman in the Hanbok was caught in the giant’s hand, and the situation was reversed.
“Got you.”
As the giant exuded an atmosphere as if he would crush the woman at any moment, the Magical Girl looked around and said.
“Um, excuse me. It looks a little dangerous over there…?”
But her voice did not reach the people.
The Heavenly Demon and Isis were already exchanging punches, and Kang In-ho was….
“Saint, give me your blessing… give me your blessing.”
He was too busy staggering backward, unable to come to his senses from the physical assault.
“Um, excuse me! It looks really dangerous. I think we should help….”
Kim Sung-ah mustered her courage again to speak, but no reply came.
“Aish!”
When no one responded even after calling out for a long time, the Magical Girl grabbed her staff tightly and soared into the sky.
Matching her eye level with the giant being, she stretched out her staff and chanted.
“Vega, Deneb, Altair.”
As she recited the names of the stars, power began to gather at the end of the staff.
“Oh, radiant summer triangle, purify the evil energy!!”
When Alpha, realizing her attack, turned his head, it was already too late to prepare for the launch.
“No dodging since it’s magic!!!”
The powerful magic shot from the staff pierced Alpha’s head.
“Seong-ah?”
“…Is that child also blessed by the Saint?”
“Hmm… a wondrous technique.”
“Friendly entity C. High firepower for a minor. Adjusting the level of caution.”
Feeling the gazes looking up at her from below, the Magical Girl looked down and shouted.
“I may be inferior to you all in terms of charm or strength, but…”
Her eyes widened as she shouted, looking like a hissing kitten.
“Since none of you seem to be normal here, I can’t give up Ahjussi at all. You’re all crazy!”
Everyone stared up at her with dumbfounded faces at the sudden declaration of war.
Of course, no one pointed out that she, the panty thief, was not normal either.
