The Hateful 6 -5
Chunhyang took on the Alpha, and Namgung Soyou, her excitement waning, returned to Kang In-ho’s side.
“Truly, a wondrous ability. I know a few Sorceries that create illusions, but I’ve never seen anything on this scale.”
“It’s complete hypnosis. Do you see those yellow flowers down there? I heard that the fragrance from those flowers puts people under complete hypnosis.”
As he relayed the information he had heard from Chunhyang, the ears of the women gathered around him perked up.
“Hmm, hypnosis using fragrance. If one can smell, one is bound to fall under its influence. Were you also affected?”
“Yes. It was a bit difficult to break free.”
“And you even got married while hypnotized?”
Her red eyes flashed.
“Pardon?”
“That madwoman called you ‘husband,’ didn’t she? Did you actually go so far as to marry her?”
Namgung Soyou grabbed Inho by the collar in an instant.
“Hey, Master?”
“How far did it go? Did you hold hands? Did it go further than that?”
Kang In-ho swallowed hard, seeing his reflection in her bloodshot eyes.
The Heavenly Demon’s thick Killing intent, which he hadn’t felt in a long time, made his body tingle.
“Haha, you haven’t changed your personality.”
“Don’t change the subject.”
Kang In-ho clicked his tongue at her resolute words.
“How about you calm down a little first?”
“I am perfectly calm and composed.”
“How about you get rid of that Killing intent before you say anything?”
“You’ve grown quite bold in my absence. Daring to order this Heavenly Demon around?”
“It’s not an order, it’s a request…”
“Get lost!”
Just as Kang In-ho’s body was about to be crushed by the explosively erupting energy of the Heavenly Demon, Isis landed in front of him with a whirring mechanical sound.
“Isis.”
His gaze, caught by the collar, turned to Isis’s gray hair.
“Master.”
A smile, like pastel, was painted on Isis’s emotionless face.
“It’s been a while.”
After greeting him, Isis strode forward and forcibly pulled Kang In-ho away from the Heavenly Demon’s grasp.
The Heavenly Demon looked at the hand that Isis had grabbed, regarding the gray-haired woman with displeasure.
“……..”
After greeting him, Isis quietly examined his face.
“Do you recognize me?”
Even though she had already called him “Master,” Kang In-ho asked the question.
Perhaps it was out of awkwardness.
“Didn’t you do Body Customization before? It’s very similar to what you created back then. About 97%.”
“Master seems to have a good memory.”
Isis added.
“And….”
Isis carefully caressed his face.
“Even if your face was different, there’s no way I wouldn’t recognize Kang In-ho. I have everything about Kang In-ho: his minor habits, his breathing patterns…”
For a moment, a strange light flickered in her gray eyes. Kang In-ho felt a familiar sensation from Isis.
“…NB?”
And he uttered that name.
“Didn’t I say I would be by your side in any form?”
The gray-haired woman’s eyes widened, and a deep smile was painted on her lips like an oil painting.
As Kang In-ho slowly reached out his hand, remembering the long-lost memories, Isis brought her cheek to his, like a cat.
She didn’t purr, but her gently folded eyes and the curve of her eyebrows told him how much her Emotion Module was going haywire.
“How…?”
“I reached a smooth agreement with Isis. We’ve come to coexist, filling each other’s shortcomings.”
NB answered Kang In-ho’s question.
“I have been waiting for this reunion. Master, and Kang In-ho.”
Eyes filled with strange light, and gray eyes, contained him.
There was one person who didn’t like such a touching reunion.
“How dare something made of scrap metal imitate a human?”
The Heavenly Demon interrupted, cutting between the two as if to separate them, and Isis narrowed her eyes.
The red-haired woman and the gray-haired woman faced off.
Isis stood behind Kang In-ho as if to protect him, and the Heavenly Demon chuckled at the action.
The war of nerves was so intense that no one stopped the nun who was slowly approaching Kang In-ho.
“Friendly entity A. An entity that claims ownership of Master and supports slavery.”
Isis said, scanning her up and down.
“Something without emotions is imitating a human.”
In a situation that would drive one to Demonic state of mind, the Heavenly Demon was seething inside.
It was a reunion with her long-awaited disciple.
She was going to confirm his gaze, stroke his face, feel his breath, and hug him to her chest to smell that familiar scent.
However, what greeted her was a grotesque-looking freak and five jackal-like women who were constantly eyeing her disciple.
Apart from the two she was familiar with, there were three more, and the Heavenly Demon felt her long-established composure crumbling.
Nevertheless, she gave them mercy and tried to talk to him, but wouldn’t you know it, a doll that had been rolling around somewhere tore her hand away.
If it had been her old self, she would have turned this place into a sea of fire.
Nevertheless, she endured. Because she didn’t want to ruin their long-awaited meeting.
But then Isis said,
“I think a doll that imitates a human without emotions is better than a person without breasts.”
The Heavenly Demon’s gaze followed the gray-haired woman’s gaze as she stared at her chest.
It didn’t take long for her to understand the meaning of those words after seeing her own flat front.
At the same time, her patience, which she had barely been holding on to, began to crumble.
