Teaching Feeling-2

    Teaching Feeling-2

NB said that we would soon know the changed movements of the Drones, but for over two weeks, NB headed to Aaru alone.

I’m now used to waking up in the morning and seeing the ribbon NB tied to a tree branch, fluttering in the wind.

My life has changed a lot too. First of all, A-11 base has become quite comfortable.

At first, it was like staying at a friend’s house, where the bed wasn’t comfortable and I had to force myself to eat the food, but now it’s as comfortable as my own home.

I’m familiar with the path to the base, what to watch out for, and the secret passage from this base to another.

Above all, I’ve gotten used to spending time at this base without NB.

The wind blowing from somewhere, the faint smell of burning tickling my nose, the metallic sound, and the clanging of the city’s facilities moving.

Those things, which seemed like heartbeats and blood flow, made me feel like the city of Aaru was a living being.

Since there is an absolute ruler called ‘Ark’, it might not be wrong to think so.

Until NB returns, I don’t have much to do at the base.

I organize the items brought from Aaru that haven’t been sorted due to lack of time, and check for Drones approaching nearby.

I wish I could read a book, but even though I can write the alphabet, it’s not English, so I can’t read it at all.

And I just lie down and think about this and that.

    What dimension is this exactly?

Will I get involved with someone again?

    What will happen to me?

I forget the things I learned while Dimensional Shift and ask myself again.

As if mocking my belief that I understood everything and could handle it, new problems greet me, and I repeat the mistakes I made, proving that I am still immature.

“I wish I could meet the god of this world.”

Each dimension has a god in charge, and those gods are also ranked. It means that there is a hierarchy in the Dimension Management God.

So, there is a possibility that I can meet the Dimension Management God who will solve this problem.

“It’s frustrating that I don’t know how to meet them.”

The reason I was able to meet Solari was because Solari had her incarnation in the Order, and I intervened in the process of her trying to choose Maria as her agent.

In other words, even if they are Dimension Management God, they cannot notice my existence unless they carefully examine their world.

[It’s even harder to notice because it’s a form of possessing the body of an existing person.]

    I remember what Solari said.

    -Woooong

    “!!!”

The mechanical sound I heard in my ears, lost in thought, made me jump up.

It was the sound of a Drone. It can be heard from a distance that is neither far nor near.

I hid the base with a tent and hid behind a rock.

I look outside through a small hole in the tent.

Drones were flying in formation over the abandoned building near the base.

The A-11 base is located in an old city adjacent to Aaru. It is a place that was ruined by desertification and epidemics.

I have seen Drones regularly searching near Aaru, but this is the first time I have seen them walking around in formation like today.

    “It’s as NB said.”

The Ark is looking for something.

And they haven’t found that something yet.

You can tell by the fact that they sent Drones that would be insufficient to search inside Aaru to outside Aaru.

    “Please, I hope nothing happens.”

Looking at the ribbon tied to the tree branch, Ah worried about NB, who had not yet returned from Aaru.

The patrol route of the Drones is changing day by day.

One Drone was seen floating in the blind spot of the CCTV where I was planning to hide.

Watching the blind spots that had been discovered while wandering around Aaru for a long time gradually disappear, NB thought of the remaining safe zones.

    “Cooling is required.”

Due to the overload caused by prolonged activity, NB needed a place to rest for a while.

If the temperature of the device cannot be lowered, normal calculations cannot be performed.

Abnormal calculations will lead to mistakes, and those mistakes will leave clues.

“Moving to the next safe zone.”

NB, who picked up the backpack again, moved his steps.

    Shortly after NB left.

    -Woooong

The Drone in the blind spot of the CCTV slowly rose into the air and began to fly somewhere.

Clearly, its destination would be another blind spot of the CCTV.

“So, there’s no way to send me over there?”

“There is a way. But I’m not going to do that.”

    “What?”

“At a time when there is already a mortal who crosses dimensions with my authority, I don’t want to increase the number of people. I don’t want to lengthen the tail and get stepped on when dealing with things that need to be handled quietly.”

“Are you saying I’m worse than that bug?”

“…In the long run, yes. Do you know that the power you have… the power you call Inner Force in your world is finite?”

The white-winged goddess pointed to a woman’s chest with her finger.

“Finite? There’s a lot of Inner Force accumulated in my body, and there’s also Inner Force I get from nature…”

“In a world without Inner Force, you have no way to obtain Inner Force. Because that concept itself does not exist. So you’re just going to use the Inner Force accumulated in your body? Who knows when this Dimensional Shift will end? If you repeat Dimensional Shift, your power will gradually be depleted, and eventually you will become a being without any power. Unlike her….”

“…No. I will find a way. So send me right now…!”

As if cutting off the woman’s desperate cry, the white-winged goddess’s finger touched her forehead.

“So… please return to your world now.”

As soon as the goddess finished speaking, the woman fell backward as if she was being sucked into something.

And her eyes widened at the sight that unfolded before her.

The landscape of square stone buildings disappeared, and the appearance of an unfamiliar space came into view.

    “Here is….”

Because it was a deserted mountain. But judging from the fact that it didn’t feel foreign, it seemed like the world she originally belonged to.

“…The things that absolute beings do are worse than street thugs.”

The woman got up and shook off the dirt from her clothes.

    “Okay, it doesn’t matter.”

“I will find a way somehow.”

Her red eyes glowed in the darkness.
