After lunch, I decided to look around for LeoRe and Brown Dust merchandise instead of taking pictures.

But the moment there was even a small opening, female cosplayers would come up to me and give me this and that.

I wondered if my appearance was eliciting pity, and I was about to feel bad, but then I saw the cool 모습 (moseup, appearance) of our cosplayer older sisters. And that thought immediately disappeared.

‘Come to think of it, I remember that woman from earlier.’

A woman who was cosplaying Brown Dust like me asked if she could take a picture with me, so we took several pictures together.

And I remembered that after taking the last picture, the woman was stuttering as she looked at the picture.

The one where the otaku man makes a heart with one hand while taking a picture with a pretty cosplaying woman, and the pretty cosplaying woman is giving a thumbs up.

It seems like that’s still popular these days. At first, we each struck our own cool poses, but in the end, the woman cosplaying Brown Dust made a half-heart with her left hand, and since I obviously don’t have a hand, I just smiled and took the picture.

She must be a very emotional woman, because she was apologizing with tears in her eyes, but I’m tired of this kind of reaction now. Tired.

It’s annoying. No, I said I’m okay, so why are you doing this?

Next time I cosplay, I should put a sign on my head that says, “No Apologies Allowed!”

It’s definitely the attention from the people around me that’s the problem. I’m okay, but people misunderstand and think and act as they please, and it’s annoying to correct them one by one.

Is this how I become a hikikomori?

It’s true that I’ve become more attuned to Arang’s emotions and I’ve started to enjoy receiving attention from people, and I’ve developed a more outgoing personality, but that doesn’t mean I enjoy being pitied.

In the past, I would have been very hesitant to ask a cosplayer to take a picture with me, but now I feel good when beautiful cosplayers who look pretty even to me come up to me and ask me to take a picture with them.

After all, being cute and pretty is the best.

I plan to come again.

But I don’t think I’ll be staying for this long. Just enjoying it for a short morning?

Because I have to spend the whole weekend at this Comic World, and then I won’t have enough time to play LeoRe.

It’s not just the time, but also the stamina.
