    Isn’t it growing?

    Isn’t it growing?

    Isn’t it growing?

[Ha-eun video that I’m posting because only I can’t see it (warning: extremely cute)]

(Video of Ha-eun spinning in circles trying to catch her tail)

Ha-eun is spinning to one side trying to catch her tail. Isn’t she too cute? Hahaha

No way hahaha. That’s really cute. Spinning around trying to catch its own tail, just like a cat, seriously hahaha

For real hahaha. The best part is how it gets embarrassed and hides afterwards hahahaha haha. Ah, I want to buy it some treats

So why is it trying to catch its tail? Is it trying to nom nom on it?

Yeah, it often bites it. Don’t know why though

Usually, biting one’s own body parts is likely due to emotional anxiety. It might be some lingering aftereffects.

    Ah… *sigh*

Han A-rin smiled softly as she saw comments quickly appearing on the post she had uploaded.

While other emotions might vary, it seemed everyone felt similarly about how cute it was.

As she was contentedly looking at the comments about how cute Ha-eun was for quite a while, someone posted a rather attention-grabbing post.

    [I’m a dragon]

    – Perseus keeps posting photos and videos of Ha-eun in the chat room saying she’s cute. It’s over hundreds now. Of course, I love it. Yeah.

By the way, after seeing that, the elders are going crazy saying they’ll leave all their fortunes to Ha-eun hahahahahaha

I’m also planning to throw some pocket money her way haha

I can tolerate dragons monopolizing other things, but I can’t stand them monopolizing Ha-eun’s videos and photos. Upload them quickly. If you don’t, I’ll poop in my pants.

Hahahahahaha that’s hilarious. But I already did.

???? Is this the average hunter? I’m so proud. I’m going to poop too.

It’s a bit childish, but these reactions come from their love for Ha-eun, so it makes her laugh.

As she watches this, thinking there’s nothing better than seeing the usually prickly and fierce atmosphere become softer and rounder.

Yuna, who was far away, approaches her side and hands her a small chocolate while saying.

    “Here, eat this.”

    “Huh? Me?”

    “It’s delicious.”

Staring blankly at the small chocolate placed on her palm.

Soon, she smiled softly and patted Yuna’s head.

    ‘Yuna is really something special.’

Unlike her expressionless face, her actions and words were full of sensitivity.

Perhaps because of that, when you watch Yuna quietly, you could see cute behaviors.

    For example…

    “Cute. Peep peep. Peep.”

Crouching down with a blank expression and imitating the sound of a chick.

Or when dancing with Chae-a, despite her expressionless face, she dances very vigorously.

As she was patting Yuna affectionately because these behaviors were cute, Yuna asked a question.

“I want to protect Ha-eun. Ha-eun is a baby. I need to be strong.”

She almost laughed at the idea of a baby protecting another baby, but.

From Yuna’s perspective, she was probably speaking very seriously, so trying her best to hold back laughter, she replied.

“R-really? How are you going to get stronger?”

    “I’m going to learn magic.”

    “Magic?”

As it was an unexpected method, she blinked her eyes.

Yuna, looking at her, explained the reason.

“If I use magic, I can become warm, and I can also protect Ha-eun.”

Perhaps because she was trapped in ice when rescued, her desire for warmth was quite strong.

Usually, when such a desire is strong, abilities tend to develop in that direction.

The problem was Yuna’s racial characteristics.

‘There’s not much information about gumihos, so it’s hard to be certain. But Perseus definitely said it was ice.’

The fire created by gumihos is said to be as cold as ice.

Remembering that everything is created based on ice, I inwardly sighed.

In other words, Yuna’s talent has the opposite nature of what she wants.

    ‘What should I do?’

Should I tell her the truth? Or should I subtly persuade her to go towards ice?

‘Or should I just leave it be?’

Just as my mind was becoming complicated, unable to grasp what the right answer might be.

Yuna, swishing her nine tails and looking shy, said this to me.

“And I’ll protect A-rin unnie too.”

The moment I heard those words, my thoughts instantly changed to ‘what does her trait matter?’

While changing the fundamental characteristic was nearly impossible, it was possible to substitute it with tools and such.

Even if it couldn’t be changed, Yuna’s magical talent wouldn’t disappear, so there shouldn’t be a big problem.

‘So the hardships Yuna might face…’

As I was nodding, deciding to remove them in advance.

    Yuna, swishing her tails, said.

    “You know?”

“Yes, I’ll trust only you, Yuna.”

Yuna seemed quite pleased with the statement about trusting her, as her eyes sparkled and she nodded.

She ran to Ha-eun and Chae-a, who were huddled together playing nearby, and crouched down with them.

Watching Yuna’s behavior, I pondered for a moment before slowly turning my gaze to look at my phone.

    ‘Nature transformation, huh.’

Thinking it would be best to consult Perseus about this, I sent a related message via chat and then ran my hand through my hair.

    ‘It’ll work out somehow.’

Reflecting on how even seemingly insurmountable problems in the past had all been resolved, I thought this time would be similar.

I decided to start researching nature transformation as soon as I finished the current mana circulation process.

    * * * * *

    The day after meeting Perseus.

While peacefully playing, we heard a sudden, shocking announcement.

“Kids, shall we go to the academy today?”

To be honest, I had never been to an academy before, so I didn’t have any particular feelings about it, good or bad.

But Chae-a and Yuna, perhaps because of the terrifying stories about academies they had heard from Jin-a before, shook their heads in fear.

    “Ha-eun scared… Chae-a cry…”

    “Yuna is okay.”

Seeing their reactions, Han A-rin looked very surprised, blinking her eyes, then said with an awkward smile.

“If you don’t want to go, you don’t have to… But at the academy, you can play fun games and eat snacks. Are you sure you don’t want to go?”

In fact, listening to her description, it sounded more like a playroom than an academy.

This world seems to have a great enthusiasm for education, so I wonder if they’re promoting it more as an academy rather than a playroom.

‘So it might not be bad to go and see.’

I was thinking there’s no need to go if those two are showing such dislike.

Then, an unexpected voice was heard nearby.

    “Where are we going?”

“I want to eat snacks. Yuna likes chocolate.”

As if enchanted by the words about being able to play and eat snacks.

They quickly ran over to Han A-rin, showing their eagerness to go right now.

Seeing this scene, Han A-rin couldn’t help but smile at how cute Yuna and Chae-a’s actions were, and nodded while saying.

“Then let’s get ready and go right away. I’ve made a reservation, so we can go straight there.”

At those words, the three of us nodded simultaneously.

    * * *

We arrived at a place that Han A-rin called an academy, but it actually seemed more like a cultural center than an academy.

While I was looking around at the trendily decorated surroundings and thinking how interesting it was.

Chae-a whispered something to me in a small voice.

    “Wow, it’s like a huge playground…!”

Maybe it’s because the colors are similar, but it certainly does resemble a playground.

Thinking that with this kind of atmosphere, both Chae-a and Yuna would probably feel comfortable, I was carefully observing it.

Han A-rin gently patted our heads and calmly spoke.

“You can do whatever you want. If there’s anything that requires an adult, just tell me, okay?”

    “Yes!”

“Alright. Then Chae-a, you need to take good care of your younger siblings, okay?”

    “Yes!”

With those final words, Han A-rin seems to want to let us do what we want, as she sits on a nearby chair and gestures for us to go ahead.

Seeing Han A-rin’s behavior, I hold the children’s hands and say.

    “Shall we go then?”

    “Yes.”

    “Okay.”

As I move forward, thinking that I, as the adult, should take good care of them, I notice something that looks interesting.

    [Balloon Making Class]

‘I’m sure you could make all sorts of things with balloons.’

Remembering how I once saw somewhere how to make a dog out of balloons, I say to Chae-a and Yuna.

“Should we take a look at that?”

At this question, Chae-a stares at the sign for a moment, then nods her head quickly with sparkling eyes.

“Wow, balloons…! I love how balloons can float around like this!”

Yuna also seems to like the balloons, nodding her head vigorously.

So, thinking it would be good to go see that, I’m about to enter when.

A loud sigh is heard from beside us.

“Sigh, this is a place for kids to hang out. Why do I have to be here… huh?”

Thinking the voice sounds familiar, I see it’s Jin-a.

I make eye contact with Jin-a and am feeling flustered, when Jin-a approaches us with very bright eyes and says with a bright smile.

    “I missed you!”

She seemed quite prickly last time, but today she’s somehow gentle and sweet.

I’m not sure how to react to this unfamiliar behavior.

Jin-a grabbed my hand and said,

“But Ha-eun, you seem to get smaller every time I see you. Aren’t you growing?”

    “… ?!”

Even though I’m mature, this was a bit unfair, so I shook my head to indicate that it wasn’t true.

Chae-a, not noticing my reaction, spoke with a very proud expression.

“Yeah! Ha-eunie is getting smaller! She’ll be as small as an ant!”

    “Really? That’s amazing.”

    “Ha-eunie is amazing!”

Those words made me feel gloomy as I quickly recalled all the efforts I made every night.

As I was slumping and whimpering, Jin-a pointed to the lecture hall in front of us and said,

“Did you guys come to hear this too? Great, I’ll guide you as an experienced person. Let’s go!”
