Chapter 85 – Floor 13: Open Sesame
The reason I entered this room full of unsightly decorations was that I needed to find something here.
However, all I could see was the Meat Flower pulsating like a living thing, repeatedly contracting and expanding its abdomen, and the massive cylindrical Meat Pillar occupying one wall.
I approached the Meat Pillar and placed my hand on it.
Its slight warmth made me uncomfortable, but what I needed was beyond it.
‘Wow… looking at it this way, their taste is truly disgusting.’
Who would think to block a secret room entrance with something like this?
The Meat Pillar was a marker indicating a room containing a quest item needed to summon this floor’s mini-boss.
From D.D’s perspective, players would just attack the pink dot representing the Meat Pillar with magic, bombs, etc., to break through. But doing that now would mean watching the half-bodies embedded in the pillar struggle as if begging for help, which would severely damage my mental state.
“Hmm… what to do.”
Breaking through would be easy with my firepower, but I was reluctant.
I placed my arm around the shoulder of the nearby Meat Flower, squeezing its heavy flesh as I pondered my options.
The soft texture under my touch felt like a cushion comparable to Maria’s.
“Nice body you have, though it’s unfortunate you’ve suffered under these crazy cult psychos.”
As I kneaded the flesh, the Meat Flower vibrated and spread more spore-like powder, releasing an intensely sweet scent that didn’t affect me.
“Tsk… what now.”
I looked at my mimic, or more precisely, at what was inside it.
“Alraune!”
At my call, the mimic’s box opened, and from the stone floor that seemed unable to support life, small vegetation broke through and gathered to form a large pink flower bud that slowly bloomed.
A nature-embodying woman appeared inside, like a Buddha descending to mortals on a lotus flower. Alraune slowly opened her eyes with a seductive smile like when we first met, but when she noticed the Meat Flower beside me, her expression turned blank, and she quickly descended from her flower.
“Ah, oo! Ma-aster!”
“Uh, yeah.”
She embraced me with foreign-accented speech, her breasts pressing against me as honey poured out onto the floor.
‘That never dries up, does it?’
Knowing how delicious that honey was, I licked my lips but restrained myself from drinking it to avoid arousal.
“Ma-aster!”
Thump! Thump! Her fists pounded my chest as if throwing a tantrum, but:
[You took 13 damage.]
[You took 17 damage.]
“Gack!”
The problem was that Alraune was the final mini-boss of Osiris’s Labyrinth.
Even those light blows caused genuine damage.
“Hey, hey! Stop! Stop hitting!”
I wiped blood from my mouth with my sleeve, having taken more extreme damage than from six apostates combined. Alraune growled at the Meat Flower with apparent disgust.
Perhaps she saw it as competition since they were both flowers emitting sweet scents.
I forcefully pulled Alraune’s choker.
“Kak-”
Her throat constricted, forcing her to rise on tiptoes to breathe as her fingers tried desperately to loosen my grip on the choker, but it was futile.
Despite her pained expression, there was pleasure in her eyes, making me avert my gaze slightly.
Thump-
“Cough! Agh, hurts-”
After briefly choking her, I released her. Alraune fell to the floor, coughing while rubbing her neck where the choker had left marks.
I feel wrongly accused.
I am absolutely not into abuse.
No, seriously, she enjoyed it too!
Alraune seemed to enjoy even playing the role of a tragic heroine collapsed on the floor. If you looked closely, you could tell it was all an act.
If she were a better actress, I might scream in guilt every time. Maybe.
“Anyway, Alraune, see that pillar? Wrap your tendrils around it and pull hard.”
“Pillar… pull? That pillar?”
Alraune tilted her head in confusion at the Meat Pillar I pointed to, but obeyed my command without resistance, climbing back onto her flower.
Swish-
Her tendrils, which moved like extensions of her own hands, wrapped tightly around the Meat Pillar.
The tendrils squeezed so firmly that the flesh indented, making a creaking sound.
“Come on, alright, alright-”
I gestured back and forth while kneading the Meat Flower, and Alraune turned back to look at me.
“Why?”
“Oral? This?”
She hooked her fingers at the corners of her mouth to show its interior. Her tongue moved seductively, clearly communicating her meaning.
I squeezed the Meat Flower hard in surprise.
Flinch!
The sudden strong stimulation caused the Meat Flower to release more spores.
‘Where did she learn that… Oh, I taught her.’
Only then did I recall a week of pleasant activities. While Severa was educating Alraune, I had taught her out of boredom, and strangely, she remembered such words well.
Foreign language learning should indeed start with curse words, they say. Though not exactly curses, stimulating vocabulary seemed to stick more easily in her memory.
“No. Not oral, but ‘alright.’ It means pull backward.”
“Yes, master-”
Understanding, she nodded and began applying force.
Creeak─ Creeak─
A tug-of-war commenced between Alraune’s flower, firmly anchored to the ground, and the deeply rooted Meat Pillar.
At first, Alraune’s flower moved backward slightly, but then it stopped, unable to progress further.
“Hmm…”
I stroked my chin, realizing this approach wouldn’t work. Even Alraune with her significant strength couldn’t uproot the pillar, so Kali or Slime wouldn’t be able to either.
Snap!
One of the tendrils suddenly broke, and Alraune’s flower slowly tipped over from the recoil.
“Ah-!”
She fell face-first, honey splattering around her. Her flower continued tipping and crashed down on top of her.
Trapped under her own body, Alraune whined, trying to escape but unable to move the immobile flower.
Why have all my onaholes become such goofballs?
I smacked my forehead and reverse-summoned Alraune, causing her flower to wither and disappear.
Sighing, I stood up and slapped the Meat Flower’s luscious mounds.
Squish-
The two bulges swung like pendulums, causing the Meat Flower to release more spores and secretions.
Left with no choice, I stood before the Meat Pillar, holding a scroll but hesitating.
The ethical question of mercy killing these victims was a difficult philosophical debate even in 21st-century modern society, let alone for someone who was just an ordinary game-playing college student two months ago.
“Hmm…”
If I couldn’t find an answer, perhaps I could postpone the question?
I checked the description of my “Onahole Creation” skill:
【Transforms ‘target within 1 cell’ into ‘○○○ Onahole’ item】
I focused on the “target within 1 cell” part. This game, like that non-literary card game, tended to distinguish between specified and unspecified targets, so checking the effect range was important.
Since it didn’t specify “enemy” but just “target,” it suggested objects like traps, Meat Flowers, and Meat Pillars were also within the effect range.
Though named “Onahole Creation,” conceptually it might be closer to reduction.
‘If it doesn’t work, so be it.’
Of course, if it failed, I’d have no choice. The living-or-dead consciousness materials were less important than my own well-being.
This was more like charity given that I had no immediate use for the skill.
I extended my hand toward the Meat Pillar.
Flash─
[You used Onahole Creation on the Meat Pillar.]
[The Meat Pillar is at full health.]
[The Meat Pillar did not resist.]
[The Meat Pillar became an onahole.]
With the familiar sensation of mana draining, four log lines appeared.
Unlike with enemies, there was no “defeated” log, perhaps because it wasn’t hostile.
Nevertheless, the Meat Pillar had definitely become an onahole, drastically shrinking and revealing the hidden room beyond, which contained a large altar and unholy symbols.
“Damn, these guys all have the same taste~”
The large room smelled similar to previous apostate-filled areas.
In the center of the altar lay a book.
“Found it.”
That book was the key item for meeting the mini-boss of Floor 13.
