    Chapter 65: A Glamorous Past

Seyul felt cold gazes focusing on him.

    “Why?”

“It’s just pathetic that my brother is someone who, even after becoming a woman, still gets distracted by women’s chests.”

Semi spoke on behalf of everyone, noticing Seyul’s cautious question.

Everyone here except Seyul was a real woman.

No one was going to take Seyul’s manly behavior in a good way.

“Oh, right, I haven’t introduced her yet!”

Embarrassed, Seyul immediately changed the subject.

“This is Vanessa, a member of my race I met in another world. Well, strictly speaking, she’s a Vivre, and I’m a Melusine.”

    “Vivre?”

    What was that now?

Semi tilted her head, the race name as unfamiliar as Melusine.

    “Just a moment.”

Semi excused herself and took out her phone.

This was a desert, but the phones used by hunters were special.

Thanks to Zecross’s technology, they worked anywhere on Earth, making it possible to access the internet.

She searched for Vivre on her phone.

“Vivre. A type of dragon from French legends. They have the appearance of a red dragon and a beautiful woman, and are all female. They mainly inhabit underground locations. They control fire and prefer jewels.”

“There’s another dragon race that’s only women?”

Haeri, who had been listening to Semi’s explanation, was slightly dumbfounded.

Melusine was already a minor race she had never heard of, and now there was another similar one.

“And it also says they’re a higher species of wyvern. There’s also talk of them being a subspecies of Melusine?”

Semi, having finished reading the search results, was puzzled.

She couldn’t understand why such a race would come all the way here for no reason.

“But why would someone like you be here?”

Semi asked cautiously for the reason.

She had just seen Vanessa beat down those much stronger than herself.

She was being polite so as not to offend her, but

“What about you? What are you doing here?”

Vanessa seemed wary, regardless of Semi’s careful attitude.

In her eyes, Semi was a woman Seyul had suddenly brought along, and the two even seemed unnecessarily close.

    “She’s my sister.”

Seyul quickly interjected when Vanessa looked at Semi suspiciously.

“I used to tell you about her all the time.”

“Ah, her! …But why don’t you look alike at all?”

Vanessa scrutinized Semi, who was completely different from her brother, with a dubious expression.

Especially the chest area seemed as different as if they were from different races.

It was bigger than Vanessa’s own, which she had proudly shown off earlier, so she inwardly clicked her tongue.

    “Oh, nice to meet you.”

Still, since she was Seyul’s sister, she gave a light greeting.

“Your name was definitely Han Semi, right? I’ve heard a bit about you from your brother.”

    “Ah, I see.”

“Then is that person next to you your sister?”

Vanessa pointed to Haeri after talking to Semi.

It was a natural thought, but completely off the mark.

“I don’t know that person very well.”

    “You don’t know her?”

“I know her, but not very well.”

Seyul said coldly, even though he was the one who brought her.

    “….”

It was too harsh, but Haeri couldn’t say anything.

It was true, and she didn’t have the courage to stand up to those two.

She thought it was as crazy as a commoner protesting to a Tyrannosaurus.

“You asked why I came here just now, right? I came to settle things with your brother.”

Once the introductions were roughly over, Vanessa revealed the purpose of her visit to Seyul.

At that, Semi’s eyes widened in shock.

    “Oppa, what is this about!”

She demanded, aghast, which was a natural reaction.

Vanessa was the one who had annihilated the strongest monsters and twenty villains, etc., along with Seyul.

She was a being who didn’t seem to fall behind her brother even if they fought, and now she was saying she came to settle things.

Worried, Semi shook her brother’s frail body wildly, but Seyul thought it was an excessive worry.

“Let go and calm down. It’s not that serious.”

“Someone from another world came to settle things, and you say it’s not serious?”

“It’s not as serious as you think. She’s just like that all the time.”

    Seyul sighed deeply and continued.

“So, where should I start explaining this? From when we first met? But when was the first time we met?”

“It’s been more than three years since we met. Probably more than three and a half years.”

    “That’s right, it was.”

    Seyul wore a nostalgic expression.

Recalling old times made him homesick again.

When Seyul first met Vanessa, he was at the peak of his power.

Even by the standards of the other world, it was difficult to find an opponent.

He sent most enemies away with a single blow and defeated famous strongmen one after another.

As a result, rumors spread among the Saints that Seyul was the true strongest dragon.

[Are you the Seyul who’s been acting arrogant lately, ignoring me and claiming to be the strongest?]

Then Vanessa, having heard the rumors, came to find him.

Before Seyul appeared, she was the strongest in the other world and the best dragon.

She couldn’t tolerate Seyul being called the strongest when she was around.

    So they fought.

    And they drew.

It was a result that surprised Seyul himself.

He thought it was a ridiculous reason to fight.

But since they were fighting anyway, he didn’t want to lose, so he fought with all his might.

He was sure he would win, but the result was a draw.

It was a somewhat shocking result for Seyul, who inwardly thought he would be the strongest as the rumors said.

But the shock Seyul received was nothing compared to the shock Vanessa received.

From her point of view, she, who had reigned as the strongest for a long time, had drawn with a young member of her race.

Thus began the tiresome talk of settling things.

‘Looking back, it would have been better to lose back then.’

Vanessa, her pride hurt, kept trying to settle things with Seyul.

At first, Seyul fought desperately because he didn’t want to lose to her.

But the more he did, the more Vanessa’s obsession with him grew.

Eventually, even if he gave up or deliberately lost, she wouldn’t accept it.

“She came to find me every day and wanted to fight, and then I suddenly realized that we were getting along somehow. So we started fighting with a lighter feeling. It was a real vicious cycle.”

“So it’s like a fighting friend?”

Semi said, bewildered, after hearing Seyul’s explanation of their relationship.

    “Friends, my foot!”

Vanessa, hearing Semi’s words, turned her head away with a sulky face.

“It’s not like that. I just want to settle things with this guy. But this guy took advantage of me being in a dormant state because of him and ran away!”

    “What happened?”

Vanessa was scary when she was angry, but there was something she couldn’t overlook, so Semi asked.

“What exactly happened because of Oppa?”

“He said there was someone he wanted me to fight with him. I used quite a bit of strength fighting that guy, so I had to sleep for a while.”

“There was an enemy that the two of you had to fight together?”

“No, not two, but ‘three’. There was another person with similar skills. The three of us fought the Dark Strong Dragon God.”

    Semi was silent.

Her brother and Vanessa, who could destroy the world on their own.

There was another person with skills comparable to them.

And there was an existence that the three of them had to join forces to fight?

She was so out of it that she felt like the power balance was flying to the moon.

“What’s the Dark Strong Dragon God? It sounds incredibly strong just from the name.”

“There’s a guy like that. He was the final boss in my adventure. He was an especially strong one among the Ancient Dragons, which are the higher species of dragons.”

“Another dragon? Oppa and Vanessa are the strongest, but there was another dragon stronger than them?”

“That guy came from another world like me. I’ll tell you the details later.”

    That wasn’t important now.

Seyul put aside the old stories and focused on what was really important.

    “What’s a Wild?”

He brought up the true identity of the monster that he had been curious about since Vanessa mentioned it.

“No one knew exactly what the monster was or where it came from. But you seem to know.”

“So you’re asking me to teach you?”

    “Yeah.”

    Seyul nodded casually.

He thought she would naturally teach him.

It wasn’t a big deal, just asking for some information.

    “Hmph?”

But Vanessa took an unexpected action.

She made a nasty face and said this:

“I’ll teach you if you beat me.”

She knew that Seyul didn’t like fighting, so she created a reason to fight.

Seyul, having seen through her intentions, distorted his expression.

    “Don’t mess around.”

“I’m not messing around. I don’t owe you anything, so why would I obediently tell you what you want to know?”

“Ah, forget it. Don’t tell me if you don’t want to!”

Seyul turned his head away and said he wouldn’t ask anymore.

It wasn’t that he really didn’t want to ask, but that he didn’t want to be played with.

He was going to pretend to refuse and see her reaction, but

“I was going to tell you other information besides this if you beat me. Aren’t you curious about where ‘that b*tch’ is and what she’s doing now?”

    Vanessa was more skilled.

As soon as she used the harsh expression “that b*tch,”

Seyul, who immediately realized who she was talking about, reacted immediately.

He looked up at Vanessa with a hardened face.

“Are you really trying to do this?”

“Your attitude changes as soon as I mention that b*tch.”

    Seyul took a fighting stance.

She had thrown the bait as she wanted, but Vanessa’s expression was not good.

“Well, it must be hard to hear about your ex-girlfriend.”

Vanessa spoke in a very sarcastic tone.

    “Ex, what?”

Semi, hearing her words, immediately widened her eyes in astonishment.
