Chapter 6: Broadcasting preparation

The events that followed truly happened in an instant.

As expected, my sister, true to her long-standing reputation as a bulldozer, swiftly cleared out my room, arranged my moving boxes, vacated her own studio apartment entirely, moved as per the contract, and then immediately began construction to transform the large master bedroom into a broadcasting studio, even bringing in all the necessary equipment—all of this took only a week, clearly demonstrating how relentlessly she pushed things forward.

And during that week, I began to meticulously refine my skills.

Firstly, the key keywords for the skills, which emerged from various discussions with my sister, were femininity and talkativeness.

Those were the two.

“First, to succeed as a streamer, your audio must never be empty.

To achieve that, a talkative concept will definitely be necessary.

However, if you’re too talkative, your femininity might decrease, and your mysterious appearance could be diminished, so a concept where you’re quietly talkative would be ideal.

You’re better at planning such concepts, so use that as a basis and figure it out yourself; this sister is busy with other things.”

‘Streamers definitely need to be talkative.’

I nodded, thinking that.

If that were the case, before deciding on a feminine concept, it seemed best to have a throat and vocal cords like steel.

Thinking that, I began to design my skills.

So that I could perform such actions unconsciously.

My demeanor was set with these, and next, I added an eloquence skill for speaking well.

With these two, my sister’s required conditions were provisionally met.

What was needed next was, naturally, to acquire skills for content.

In other words, it was both a skill dilemma and a content dilemma for the first broadcast.

There was a lot I wanted to try.

Watching other streamers, I often imagined how fun it would be to create various kinds of content.

I had often indulged in such fantasies.

If I used illusion magic well, it seemed simple to directly create animations.

Additionally, if I created a skill like ‘Magitech’, it seemed possible to even build my own game console.

And if I added ‘Fantasy Magic’ to that, I could probably create a game console that materialized cards as illusions, like in some card animations.

I also wanted to enhance VR devices to feel more like reality and sell them as merchandise to subscribers, and hold VR-exclusive concerts.

I wanted to create my own games and host viewer-participation games.

I also wanted to create streamers under my command and do collaborative broadcasts.

I even wanted to cook and open a viewer-participation buffet-style restaurant.

Besides that, I wanted to truly build and wear an Iron Man suit, and even make a movie with it.

I also wanted to build giant robots and have them fight with viewer participation.

There were many other things I wanted to try.

‘With my awakened abilities, all of this is possible.’

It was a perfectly plausible idea because I possessed abilities that could truly be called omnipotent.

If only there were no aggression involved.

But for now, starting with something ordinary would probably be best…

“Either singing or gaming would be good.”

Thinking that, I immediately began to design skill sets for those two.

Possesses outstanding ability in handling rhythm, tempo, and tone.

Truly, almost all points were cleanly spent.

All the points, which had been in the tens of thousands, were consumed.

Now, to gain abilities for other content, I would either have to delete some of the existing abilities and reclaim the points, or acquire new points to design new settings.

Anyway, having been able to shed some of my rougher edges through eloquence, in addition to adopting the feminine demeanor my sister had spoken of, I finished all the settings and began to report to my sister.

“I figured it might be too much to start with overly ambitious content right away, especially since I don’t know how many viewers will even show up, so I thought it best to begin quietly.”

I was truly confident I could play like a hacker.
