Chapter 52

    〈 Episode 52 〉 Submission

The 2nd Battalion, having entered the forest, began to drive out the Elves within, each platoon moving separately. Asha, the most powerful among the platoon members and equipped with Full Body Armor, advanced slowly at the forefront to respond to any enemy attacks first. Before long, shouts of soldiers and metallic sounds began to be heard from within the forest.

‘They’re not easy opponents after all…’

The 2nd Platoon alone had 94 members, and the 2nd Battalion deployed in the operation numbered over 1000. It was a number that could unilaterally crush the Elves, who numbered less than 20, but judging from the sounds, it didn’t seem like the humans had the upper hand in the battle. Soon, the enemy’s attack approached Asha and the soldiers as well.

    Whoosh-!

Two arrows flew towards Asha, who was at the forefront. Initially, she intended to endure, trusting in her armor, but when she realized the arrows were unusual, she quickly raised her shield to cover her upper body.

    Thwack! Crack!

The arrowheads pierced through the reinforced Iron plate and penetrated the shield, causing Asha to shout urgently.

    “2nd Platoon, raise your shields!”

    Whoosh- Pow! Crash!

Simultaneously with her shout, arrows rained down on the 2nd Platoon. The arrows flew and struck precisely where the soldiers’ heads would have been if they hadn’t been covered by shields. Asha, slightly relieved to see that the platoon members had blocked them properly, was horrified when arrows continued to fly without a break.

‘How can they shoot arrows so fast! I can’t withstand this!’

She immediately charged forward, ordering her subordinates.

“Let’s go! We have to attack! We’ll all die if we stay still!”

    “Platoon Leader!”

    “Uwaaa!”

As she rushed ahead alone, the surprised platoon members also ran forward together, raising their shields. Asha spotted eight Elves grouped together, attacking them. The Elves, realizing they had been exposed, shot at the soldiers’ legs to stop them.

    “Ughhh!”

    “Kkeueuk!”

Several soldiers running at the front grabbed their legs and tumbled. An arrow flew towards Asha as well, but it hit her Shin armor and bounced off.

    “T-This!”

The other soldiers couldn’t bring themselves to step on their fallen comrades and stopped their charge. While the platoon members were delayed, Asha’s legs throbbed from the impact of the arrow, but she gritted her teeth and ran, overtaking the Elves.

    “Die!”

    Swish-!

Just as Asha was about to attack the archers, a woman stepped forward and swung her sword at her.

    Clang!

Asha quickly raised her sword to block, but her face contorted at the sword strike that made her hands tingle. Not in perfect condition, she couldn’t exert proper force because her injured areas throbbed.

‘I thought I only had to deal with archers! Why is this sword freak here!’

    “Don’t interfere!”

“Daring to act tough in front of us, trusting in that mere armor, do you wish to die!”

While dealing with the swordswoman, Asha turned pale as three archers aimed at her.

    ‘This wasn’t the plan!’

    Phee-Phee-Phee!

As the three fired arrows simultaneously, Asha desperately rolled diagonally.

    Thud-Thud-Thud!

The arrows pierced deeply into the spot where she had been, leaving no trace of their tips. The Elf swordswoman, naturally with no intention of missing her opponent, swung her sword down at the fallen Asha. She barely managed to block the attack with both hands, without even having time to adjust her posture.

‘Damn it! Am I the only one fighting!’

    “Platoon Leader! We’ll join you!”

    “Die, you bastards!”

While Asha was cornered, the platoon members who had succeeded in approaching the Elves rushed towards the enemies. Two platoon members joined Asha, attacking the swordswoman together.

    “Kahak…”

While the soldiers bought time, Asha, who had regained her posture, joined the attack and beheaded the female swordswoman surrounded by the platoon members. As close combat ensued, the Elf archers resisted with short swords and such, but the soldiers easily succeeded in killing or subduing all the Elves.

After the short battle ended, Asha received a situation report from the platoon’s squad leaders.

    “Casualties?”

“No one died, but there are 4 minor injuries and 7 serious injuries. Most of them have leg injuries.”

Most of the injured soldiers had been hit in the thighs between the armor, or their Shin armor had been pierced altogether. The minor injuries were those who had been wounded in the hands by arrowheads that had pierced through the shields.

“There’s a 12-fold difference in numbers, but so many serious injuries…”

“If the Platoon Leader hadn’t been at the front, some would have certainly died.”

Asha realized once again that her decision to stand at the front had not been wrong.

    “Hoo… I was lucky…”

“What should we do with those guys?”

Zack pointed to the subdued Elves. None of the Elves had surrendered. The threatening Elf swordswoman and two archers were dead, and five were bound by the soldiers. Kneeling, they were looking at Asha with venomous eyes.

“What grudge do those bastards have against us to start shooting arrows without a word… It would be best to send them back to the base with the injured, bound. It’s dangerous to split up the unit here, so we should join another platoon and send them to the rear.”

    “Yes, Platoon Leader!”

“There could be ambushes even during the retreat, so never let your guard down!”

As Asha’s orders were issued, the platoon members finished preparing for battle again and moved to join other soldiers.

Before long, the 2nd Platoon was able to meet the 3rd Platoon of the 2nd Company, which had finished fighting. Asha approached the exhausted 3rd Platoon Leader.

    “What’s the damage?”

“Not good… Two died. Quite a few injured too. Your platoon seems to have no deaths, fortunately.”

As the Platoon Leader said, two bodies were covered with cloth, and about ten soldiers were groaning from injuries. Asha immediately made a suggestion to him.

“Let’s combine our platoons now and send the injured and prisoners to the rear. We couldn’t send them alone because we were afraid of being taken out one by one.”

“So that’s why you came to us. Alright, we should act quickly. Let’s divide the personnel.”

Asha and the 3rd Platoon Leader immediately selected the injured and the personnel to escort them. Out of about 200 soldiers, the two who had selected 100 people including the injured discussed who would lead them.

“Claude, wouldn’t it be better for you to lead?”

“I’m not in perfect condition either, but Asha, you don’t look well.”

    “It’s nothing… Ugh!”

Asha frowned as the 3rd Platoon Leader poked her side as she shook her head.

“You keep unconsciously reaching for your waist, so it seems like you’re injured. Go first.”

The injuries Asha had sustained were not from the battle but from being beaten by the Company Commander, but she didn’t say anything.

    “Ugh… Alright.”

At his words, Asha gathered the personnel who would return to the fortress and began to retreat. Watching the 3rd Platoon Leader, who had taken charge of her soldiers as well, issue future orders to them, Asha withdrew from the operation area.

While Asha was returning to the fortress, there were no Elf attacks. Perhaps they were struggling to stop the advancing soldiers… As the soldiers approached the fortress, the defense force shouted.

    “Halt! Identify yourself!”

“2nd Battalion, 2nd Platoon Leader Asha. Returning to the fortress to hand over the injured and prisoners.”

    “Yes, understood. Open the gate!”

Asha and the soldiers entered the fortress through the Iron gate that had been opened next to the gatehouse. After handing over the prisoners to the 3rd Battalion, Asha sent the injured to the infirmary and returned to the Platoon Leader’s office.

Alone, she took off the armor that had become somewhat familiar, and lifted her clothes. The bruises on her side and abdomen had spread even more. She couldn’t see it, but her back probably wasn’t much different.

    “Bastard…”

Today’s battle was the first battle Asha had fought wearing Full Body Armor, but she couldn’t fight properly for various reasons. Of course, not being able to use her full strength due to the beating from Jean was also a factor, but the arrow attacks that made the Full Body Armor useless were the biggest.

“The power contained in the arrows was tremendous. Even Iron armor would definitely be penetrated if hit head-on.”

Her platoon members were all armed with Chainmail and shields reinforced with Iron plate. Asha saw that among the injured, there were even those whose steel Shin armor had been pierced by arrows. Asha pondered how to deal with the Elves.

‘It’s difficult to use Spell right now…’

She was reluctant to show the Orcs’ Spell in front of humans carelessly. Even in the already closed-off military, Asha didn’t want to volunteer to be a sore thumb.

‘Just going average is the best… I need to at least command properly.’

In fact, all she had done today was order them to raise their shields and charge.

    ‘What am I, Lu Bu…’

She thought it was the best at the time, but looking back, it was a pathetic and miserable command. Asha reflected on the disgrace she had shown with her first command experience.

‘It would have been better to divide the platoon and have some personnel hold up the front with shields while flanking.’

There was only one swordswoman among the eight Elves. In a situation where they would win if they just engaged, it was advantageous to distract the enemies.

    Knock-knock-

    ‘Who is it?’

    “Platoon Leader, are you there!”

    “Come in!”

    “Halt!”

    A soldier entered Asha’s office.

“The 2nd Company Commander is calling for you.”

    “What?”

Asha barely managed to suppress her contorting face.

    ‘Why is that guy…’

    “Ah, alright. You may leave.”

    “Yes!”

As the soldier left the room, Asha’s expression darkened.

‘He must have been out on operations, when… I don’t want to go. But…’

Recalling the crystal that Jean had, which contained her image, she moved her feet, which wouldn’t fall, towards the Company Commander’s office.

“You’ve come, Platoon Leader? You have a face that says you were curious as to why I’m here?”

Asha replied with a blank face.

“Shouldn’t you be commanding the troops right now?”

“I was conducting operations after joining the 1st Platoon, but we encountered over twenty Elves and suffered numerous casualties. We were barely able to repel them, but we couldn’t continue the battle any longer and retreated. More personnel retreated than expected, so the 1st Battalion has now set out to follow up.”

    “I see…”

Due to the nature of the Elves’ ranged attacks, the threat multiplied when their numbers doubled. Asha’s complexion darkened at the news that her allies had been attacked. Jean looked at her and smiled, pinching Asha’s nipple.

    “Augh…”

“You shouldn’t be worrying about that right now, should you? Coming here without even washing up, so grimy, dereliction of duty, Platoon Leader.”

“With so many injured people, how can I leisurely wash up! Keuheok!”

    Pow!

Jean suddenly punched Asha in the stomach. As her breathing stopped, she clutched her stomach and collapsed. The Company Commander kicked her back, forcing her to lie face down, and then stomped on her head.

“Don’t talk back to me! Can’t your mouth be controlled?”

    “Ack! Heuk, s-stop…”

Jean grabbed her by the scruff of the neck, stood her up, and began to strangle her with both hands.

    “Keo, heueuk… I can’t breathe…”

Asha struggled desperately, but he didn’t budge, continuing to strangle her with icy eyes. As Asha’s breathing became constricted, her past trauma resurfaced.

    ‘No, I don’t want to die! Please…’

“If you ever talk back to me again, I’ll kill you. Understand?”

She shed tears and nodded frantically. The Company Commander threw Asha back onto the floor.

    “Kak! Hak, haah…”

Released from Jean, Asha shed tears profusely. Jean grabbed her hair.

    “Heueuk!”

A clear sense of fear now resided in Asha’s eyes. Looking into her eyes, he released Asha, took off his pants, and presented his member.

    “Suck it.”

Terrified, she knelt before him and took his phallus into her mouth. The option of biting off this man’s genitals had long since disappeared from Asha’s mind.

She buried her face in the thick hair growing in his groin and shook her head. Jean watched Asha sucking his genitals with tearful eyes, filled with a sense of superiority.

    “Suck it more thoroughly!”

    Chup, chup, chupp-

At Jean’s roar, Asha trembled and began to suck his member faster. As the Company Commander felt the urge to ejaculate, he grabbed Asha’s head and thrust it into his groin.

    “Heup, woop!”

Asha had to receive Jean’s Semen down her throat. Choking as Semen entered her windpipe, she was only able to calm down after a long time. He commanded Asha, who was looking at him with frightened eyes.

    “Follow me.”

    “Yes…”

She couldn’t refuse Jean’s words and followed him into the bedroom.
