Chapter 240: Petunia Titi (4)
by Afuhfuihgs
I had a dream.
A strange dream, though I couldn’t remember what it was about.
In the dream, I was incredibly happy, laughing and hugging someone tightly.
It was the first time I’d ever felt that happy, so even after waking up, I sat there in a daze for a long time. What kind of dream could it have been? What kind of dream made my heart pound like this, filling my chest with warm happiness?
Without knowing the true nature of my dream, I had to train with Evan again today.
“Make her have lustful dreams, but erase the content at the last moment. Keep making her dream that I appear and spend a happy day with Petunia Titi, but only let the dream’s content remain in her subconscious.”
“Master. Isn’t that a bit of a roundabout way?”
Sophia looked like she didn’t understand Evan’s words. Why stop after getting close to the elf and making her have a lustful dream? Shouldn’t we make her have continuous, intense, and lewd dreams to surely seduce her?
Evan answered her question.
“You know we’re incubi, right? If we openly make her have lewd dreams, she’ll immediately know it’s our doing, and this precarious alliance will shatter on the spot. Understand? We need to approach from the subconscious. We have to make her feelings for me gradually build up without her realizing it.”
“Ah, I get it, Master. But how are you going to seduce the elf in the meantime?”
Evan said.
“I just need to show her my coolest and best side.”
Something was strange.
The training ground felt strangely unfamiliar. There was a weird vibe, but I couldn’t pinpoint the exact strange feeling I had. As I lost myself in thought, gazing at the trees towering in the forest, Evan spoke to me in his usual tone.
“Petunia. Why are you standing there spacing out? Aren’t you training?”
“Ah, uh, training. Gotta train. Yeah.”
It wasn’t until he called my name that I snapped back to reality. As he said, it was time to train, but I’d been staring into space for far too long. Lately, we weren’t learning new moves or techniques; it was all about repetitive practice of existing ones.
Evan absorbed everything I taught him and followed along quite well, making him a rewarding student to teach, aside from the fact that he was a demon.
Evan was definitely a charming demon. Those subtly defined muscles in his arms, his skin that shone white even under the blazing sun, his sparkling teeth, and his innocent blue eyes.
“N-no. That’s not right.”
I was startled by the sudden thought that flashed through my mind and clutched my head. Why was I thinking such things while looking at that wicked incubus? I pressed down hard on my head and furrowed my brow, trying to erase the ridiculous fantasy that had just popped into my head.
Wolf was much cooler.
Wolf was obviously way cooler than a demon who looked like a pretty boy parasite.
“….What are you doing?”
Evan stopped training and looked at me. His expression of confusion still made him look handsome, and the beads of sweat trickling down his cheeks and his ragged breaths were intoxicating.
“…..No, it’s nothing.”
I said, frowning. Evan nodded as if he understood and returned to training, while I suspiciously watched his back as he diligently performed the repetitive movements.
The moment I saw him, I thought he was attractive, but I couldn’t figure out why. The suspicion that he, an incubus, might be using his powers hadn’t been confirmed with enough evidence yet.
All I could do was glare at him, filled with suspicion.
Night fell.
Elena peeked in through the door, checking if Petunia Titi was asleep. Elves, with their sensitive awareness, wake up easily even from minor disturbances, so a foolproof contingency plan was needed even while they slept.
Once Petunia Titi was confirmed asleep, Elena carefully closed the door. Milia sealed the surrounding air, isolating the inside from the outside, while Taffy, from downstairs, burrowed through the floor to hide under the bed.
Taffy held a sleeping incense candle, easily obtainable from the Mage Tower. After lighting the candle and some time passed, the elf’s body, which had been stiffly tense, relaxed completely. Her ears, which had been twitching at every movement, also relaxed.
Once Taffy confirmed the incense had fully taken effect, he released his magic, and Milia and Sophia entered simultaneously. Both wore cloths soaked in water over their faces to prevent inhaling the incense.
Standing on either side of Petunia Titi, they reached towards her head and began injecting beautiful illusions into her mind.
“Nngh…! Mmm…! Hng……!”
Petunia Titi gasped for breath and writhed, but she couldn’t easily wake up. The sleeping incense’s effect still lingered in the room. There was no escape for her from the stimulating and lewd party unfolding in her dream.
Sophia chuckled as she watched the dream Petunia Titi was having.
Today, it was a dream about a sex party in a pool filled with Evan. Instead of a tube, Petunia Titi hugged Evan, holding his cock in her mouth as she floated gently in the water. A naked statue perfectly replicating Evan stood in the pool, spouting water from its genitals.
At the end of the pool, Evan was working as a bartender, and various versions of Evan-handsome Evan, tall Evan, short Evan, cross-dressing Evan-were drinking. As soon as Petunia Titi swam over, they all shed their clothes without hesitation and rushed at her.
“Hehehe…! Hehe…! Hee…!”
Sophia drooled with a goofy grin every time she conjured up another fantasy. When ordered to create fantasies involving Evan, she unleashed bizarre and lewd delusions as if she’d been waiting for this very moment.
Milia shook her head, watching the horrifying delusions spun by the succubus who was once her subordinate. Judging by their expressions, you couldn’t tell who was actually lost in the fantasy. Milia, unable to watch any longer, said in a small voice.
“…..This is a bit much.”
Even after hearing her hesitant tone, Sophia declared confidently.
“They say the more stimulating it is, the more memorable it becomes.”
“…..Is that so?”
Regardless, it was already done. Sophia would weave the framework of the fantasy, Milia would reinforce Sophia’s structure, and her role was to continuously implant the suggestion that Petunia Titi was happy within this delusion.
How many minutes passed like this? When Sophia, who had relatively low resistance, blinked with a dazed expression, it was the signal to leave the room. Milia removed the incense candle from the floor near the bed and dragged Sophia out of the room.
As soon as they left, the windows and door flew open, and a light wind magic blew the sleeping incense fumes outside.
A few days passed.
“….What is this?”
Every morning when I woke up, I felt strangely breathless. My face was covered in sweat, and my lower body felt strangely tingly. I couldn’t recall what dream I’d had the night before, but I knew for sure it had been a very happy and enjoyable one.
“…..What the heck?”
What did this blush on my face signify? Why couldn’t I remember the details of my dreams lately?
Pondering these questions, I stepped out of my room and happened to see Evan in the drawing-room, drinking coffee. Evan, enjoying the aroma of his coffee with a radiant smile.
Seeing him, I involuntarily felt my heart flutter and my face flush. A strange, inexplicable excitement pierced my chest, urging me to get excited. Lately, I felt this way every time I saw Evan.
I turned back towards my room to calm the turmoil in my chest. My body and mind, which had momentarily heated up when I saw him, cooled down rapidly the moment Evan’s face disappeared from view. When I thought about it coolly, there was no rational reason for me to like him.
He was handsome, but he had many women, and he was a demon. As someone who fought in the Hero’s party, I had absolutely no reason to like him. There was no reason for me to give my heart to a demon who wasn’t any better than the Hero Wolf.
Yet, if my heart was pounding like this, there was only one reason. There was also only one reason why I kept having sweet dreams I couldn’t remember lately.
“……Incubus.”
These demons were plotting something against me. I couldn’t know exactly what they were aiming for, but these demons were working on me somehow. Do they not trust me? Or is my body simply their objective?
“Do you think I’ll just take this lying down?”
I knew the alliance with demons was based on such traps. Moreover, I couldn’t defeat Wolf alone without Evan. Because when faced with Wolf directly, I didn’t have the confidence to draw my bowstring.
As a member of the Hero’s party, I had a responsibility to deal with Wolf, who had fallen into evil deeds. The only force strong enough to defeat Wolf, and one that also had a clear vision, was Evan’s.
I had only one option.
To maintain the alliance while escaping this foolish and blatant manipulation.
And then, the moment Wolf fell, deal with these dirty demons too.
