Chapter 101

    〈 Episode 101 〉Shameless Armor

The Artua Kingdom, located in the northeast of the continent, had a cool climate, but most of its land was flat. With no significant terrain features other than a river running through the country, it usually took about a week to travel from the border to the capital. As time passed, Asha and Lucia’s journey was already on its third day.

    “Haaaat!”

With Asha’s shout, her flame-engulfed sword incinerated the area in front of her. With only her chest and Yoni barely covered, her breasts and buttocks bounced elastically with every vigorous movement she made.

Some Tentacles tried to penetrate Asha’s Yoni during the battle, but they were all blocked by the Magical Shield of the armor and shattered by the repulsive force. Having already grown accustomed to the Bikini Armor over the past few days, Asha was able to crush the enemies in front of her without worrying about Tentacle parasitism.

    “Hmph!”

As a Tentacle lunged at her from behind, Asha turned and struck it with the steel heel of her foot, causing a red light to leak from within the Tentacle, burning it from the inside out.

    Screech!

The flames swirling around Asha’s body clung to the enemy whether she was attacking or being attacked, burning them to ashes. Asha was making good use of the Offense-Defense Unity Flame Sorcery she had newly learned from Walter. Charging forward without hesitation, she wiped out all the approaching Tentacles.

    “Hoo…”

Lucia approached Asha, who was catching her breath after the battle.

    “I could have helped…”

This battle was fought solely by Asha. Thanks to this, it took a little longer to deal with the Tentacles, but Asha was able to confirm that she could fight alone even against Tentacles attacking from all directions.

Asha lifted Lucia, who was complaining with a frustrated expression, and hugged her tightly. She knew that Lucia was complaining not because she was bored of waiting, but because she was worried about leaving her alone.

“If Lucy always steps up to fight, Mom will just remain weak. Lucy doesn’t want Mom to get stronger, does she?”

    “No…”

One of the good things about the Magical Armor was that her body didn’t get dirty because of the Magical Shield that was maintained during battle. Unlike usual, when Asha was reluctant to touch Lucia after a battle for fear of getting her dirty, she could embrace Lucia even immediately after a fight.

    “Hmm…”

Asha was fortunate that she hadn’t encountered anyone in this embarrassing state so far. Or rather, it was hard to say it was fortunate. Of course, she wasn’t crazy enough to want to show herself in front of others in this Lustful outfit, so she had been avoiding frequently traveled roads and sticking to the forest. But even so, it was clearly strange that she hadn’t met anyone for more than three days while heading to the capital. Now Asha could be sure.

“It’s not just this area. There’s a problem throughout the kingdom. Maybe even the capital…”

Asha thought that she might have to revise the purpose of her journey itself. If the capital was in as much of a mess as this place, it would be a waste of effort to go all the way there.

“Or should I go faster? What should I do…”

    “Mom, why, why?”

Lucia, who was next to Asha, asked, standing on tiptoe, and Asha confided her worries.

“I’m worried that the capital won’t be okay when there are so many Tentacles around here. Lucy, what should we do? Should we just fly there quickly?”

“Maybe if we fly, the Tentacles won’t attack, right?”

“Hmm, probably. I haven’t seen any flying Tentacles yet.”

At those words, Lucia nodded as if she had made a decision.

“Then we can just fly. Mom, should we fly right now?”

    “I guess so.”

Asha chuckled and turned her back to Lucia. Then, Lucia, who immediately spread her wings, embraced Asha and kicked off the ground, soaring straight into the air. Instantly rising into the sky, Lucia followed the direction Asha pointed, cutting through the Wind and flying quickly.

    “Ah…”

As she rose high into the sky, Asha could see the kingdom’s devastation in detail. The earth was dyed purple and writhing, and Tentacles were constantly crawling out of the ground. The buildings in the villages where humans had lived were also completely swallowed up, and hideous Tentacle Nests had been created in their place. Seeing the kingdom as a whole seemingly occupied by Tentacles, Asha felt goosebumps on her arms.

‘Even when I took a few villagers, something like that happened, so what will happen if the entire kingdom is eaten by Tentacles?’

The thought that something beyond her imagination was happening made Asha want to run away right now. She had thought that only a few villages had been affected, but as things became more serious, she was seized with fear. Sensing Asha’s trembling, Lucia looked at her with worried eyes.

    “Mom, are you okay?”

“Y-yes… I didn’t know it was this serious.”

‘Yeah, even if something happens, I can escape if I’m with Lucy.’

Her daughter was more reliable than anyone else at times like these. Asha regained her smile and carefully examined the kingdom. Soon, Asha was able to find a place where a battle was taking place.

“Lucy, let’s go there! We have to help the people!”

    “Okay, I’ll go right away!”

At Asha’s words, Lucia glided down like a falling star, flying swiftly towards her target.

    “Ah, wait!”

As she descended, Asha suddenly remembered her appearance. She was wearing her Bikini Armor as usual. Asha didn’t want to appear in such a Shameless state in a place where she estimated there were over a thousand people gathered.

    “At least a robe…”

While gliding, still embraced by Lucia, Asha quickly took out a generous robe from her Inventory and put it on over her armor. After fastening and securing the front of the chest area, Asha looked like a Sorcerer at first glance. Only after returning to a decent appearance did Asha smile in relief.

“This should be enough, right? Lucy, let’s go quickly!”

    “Okay!”

Lucia, who had slowed down for a moment at Asha’s words, accelerated again towards her target and flew. Soon, the noise of battle began to reach Asha’s ears as well. The people fighting were not militia or guards, but regular Soldiers. The battle situation was chaotic enough to be understood simply by looking down from above.

“Hold the line! The formation is breaking!”

“Little ones are biting from below! Aaaagh, these, these bastards!”

“If you don’t deal with them properly, they’ll come back to life and attack! Thoroughly grind and destroy them!”

The humans, who were fighting the Tentacles in a circle formation on the plain, were engaged in a fierce battle with the Tentacles that were swarming in from all directions. The Soldiers in the first line were fighting with Heater Shields and swords, and the Soldiers in the second line were grinding the Tentacles that the Soldiers in the front had blocked, one by one, with Morningstars or Warhammers. Seeing this, Asha looked at Lucia’s wings and pointed to a place a little away from the battlefield.

“That looks good. If we go down here, we won’t be seen, right?”

    “Hmm… I think it’ll be okay!”

Lucia, seeing that the humans’ situation wasn’t very good, quickly descended to the ground. After landing on the ground and folding her wings to make them disappear, Lucia ran towards the Tentacles with Asha. Asha, who had already summoned flames around her body before landing on the ground, created swirling Wind in both hands and slammed them down on the ground.

    “Haaaat!”

The flames swirling around Asha’s body mixed with the Wind that burst out from the ground, exploding violently and fiercely burning Asha’s front.

    Screech!

The violent explosion even created a shockwave, tearing and burning the Tentacles. Taking advantage of the gap in the Tentacles’ encirclement, Asha and Lucia quickly joined the Soldiers.

“We’ve come to help! How can we help!”

The Soldiers were startled by the sudden appearance of Asha and Lucia, who had cut through the Tentacles, but soon quickly welcomed them. They were tearfully grateful for even the smallest help.

“Are you a mage! We would be very grateful if you could support us from behind!”

    “Ah… yes!”

Looking at her appearance in a robe, Asha looked like a mage to the Soldiers, and since it was troublesome to explain that she was a Sorcerer, she nodded and went past the Soldiers’ formation, constantly throwing flames and starting to provide fire support.

    Crackle!

Lucia also subtly swung her fists to the point where it wouldn’t look awkward to the humans, piercing through space and tearing apart the Tentacles far away. The Soldiers’ morale was visibly rising from the constant flames and explosions. Asha, who was frantically attacking the Tentacles from behind the Soldiers who were blocking them, suddenly wondered.

‘With this many people, it should be at least a regimental-level formation, so why isn’t there a single mage?’

When she was in the army before, there were usually one to three chaplain mages in a battalion. With a regimental-level scale, there should be at least 10 to 15 mages, but there wasn’t a single mage among the Soldiers. At the moment Asha was wondering, the ground rumbled next to her, and something soared up.

“It’s, it’s that thing again! It’s already appeared! Protect the mage!”

‘The mage in the rear was attacked…’

Seeing the Tentacle as thick as her head suddenly jump out of the tunnel and lunge at her from the side, Asha understood why there were no mages. It was a desperate moment with no Soldiers to block it, but neither Asha nor Lucia were nervous.

    Fzzzt-

Depending on the user’s danger, the Magical Shield was automatically strengthened and created from Asha’s armor. Asha didn’t react to the attack because she already knew that the armor would easily block that level of attack from the battles she had fought so far. The problem was,

    “Huh?”

    Fwoosh!

As the Magical Shield activated, the robe covering Asha’s body was torn to shreds. The faces of the Soldiers, who had been watching with urgent expressions as the mage who had just appeared was in danger, were dyed with embarrassment at the sudden strip show. Asha’s bare skin, not covered by the armor, was exposed to the hundreds of Soldiers as the torn pieces of cloth fluttered.

    “???”

Asha, who was in an awkward posture, completely froze at that moment. Having never worn the armor with clothes on, she experienced an accident she had never expected, and her mind went blank.

    ‘Why, why is this happening…’

At that moment, Asha felt a tenacious will from the armor. It was a truly crazy will to reveal the body of the woman wearing it to the world by any means possible.

Asha, who had shown her body to almost all the Soldiers except for the ones fighting the Tentacles at the front line, soon turned as red as a tomato. But she couldn’t scream and cover her body because the situation didn’t allow it.

‘Ah, aaaaaah! I want to die!’

If possible, Asha wanted to sink into the ground right now, but the battle was still going on. Turning her attention to the culprit who had caused the exposure show, Asha swung her sword at the Tentacle that had stripped her, filled with all the injustice, anger, and embarrassment she was feeling now.

    “Dieeeee!!”

Flames exploded from the sword that had pierced through the Tentacle’s body, completely burning and halving the middle part. The Soldiers who had a little leeway were watching the battle while glancing at her plump buttocks and ample breasts that were shaking dynamically here and there, and flinched at Asha’s ferocious shout and the Tentacle being smashed. The commander scolded the distracted Soldiers.

“Get your heads straight! What are you doing!”

    “Yes sir!”

At the commander’s shout, the Soldiers answered loudly and concentrated on the battle again.
