Chapter 1: TS and Win vs. Be Left Undefeated

    A cover image~[The most noobish behavior ever.jpg]

The title itself gave me an uneasy feeling, but my instinct led me to click on the post.

After a brief loading period, several game GIFs from League of Legends, or LOL for short, appeared.

    1. An epic play where he pushes in without vision.

Probably thought, I’m the strongest, can you challenge me? LOL

    1. An unexpected move, using flash forward without having Zhonya’s Hourglass.

And five people were lined up, and he missed his charm.

This is truly the most epic moment of this year’s World Cup.

Young age with dementia…cheering for you!

He really showed why he’s a noob today.

If you keep cursing, the noob ghost will come for you?

    How can a person be a 10-time runner-up? LOLOL

As expected, it was a post criticizing my plays from the finals of the World Championship that took place today.

    But I wasn’t particularly angry.

    ‘They don’t even know.’

The first scene where I entered a bush without vision and died, I had no choice but to check.

With our team’s support and top dead, it was better for me, who had quite a few deaths, to go in instead of pushing the jungler with smite or the last resort, the ADC.

    And the second scene.

I knew from the start that Zhonya’s Hourglass wasn’t available.

The champion I was playing was Ahri, who initiates with the crowd control skill Charm after entering with the ultimate.

Even if I had to die in that situation, it was worth it to engage and die with the enemy ADC.

If it had succeeded, it would have been a huge return.

‘How was I supposed to know he would dodge it with that movement?’

I used flash on my Charm, predicting the enemy wouldn’t react, but the enemy ADC easily dodged it.

There was a time when I was a promising prospect known for my mechanics, but now I was acutely feeling that players better than me had emerged.

    “Sigh…”

I threw my phone far away on the bed and lay down on my back.

‘They said they were going to a team dinner.’

Even though it was the day of the finals defeat, the players and the front office, except for me, looked relieved.

The opposing team was a strong team that had won the league twice before the tournament and was ranked number one in the power rankings.

On the other hand, our team was ranked 6th out of 10 teams in the league.

We barely managed to participate in the international tournament.

In fact, every match up to the finals was an upset, so it was a miracle that we even made it to the finals.

‘So, it was a losing battle from the start.’

Even the betting site odds I happened to see showed that our team had a 17x payout if we won.

17x is basically printing money, that’s how much no one expected us to win.

[This guy just can’t win. There’s a reason why he has no title.]

One of the posts I saw earlier still lingered in my mind.

No title, actually, it wasn’t a bad thing for a pro player.

It’s given when you show good performance even though you haven’t won.

Considering that most pro players fade into obscurity without any nickname, I should be grateful for even this kind of nickname.

But still, I couldn’t help but feel frustrated.

‘If only I hadn’t injured my wrist.’

Would the outcome have been different if I had all the experience I’ve accumulated from countless matches and the mechanics I had before my injury?

But that thought was fleeting, as it was impossible to regain my former mechanics.

    ‘…Should I retire?’

Most pro gamers have a lifespan of 5 to 8 years.

There are exceptions, like the monster who defeated me in the finals and has been playing for over 10 years.

The game used to be my life and my reason for living.

The day I lost in my first finals, I went straight to the practice room and grinded solo queue all day.

But after my 10th attempt at winning a championship failed, I felt my passion slowly fading away.

    “…I’ll think about it later.”

I grabbed my phone to clear my head and watched some short videos when I found a strange one.

[The reason why ARK lost today]

It hasn’t been that long since the game ended, and they’ve already made a short video.

It’s a channel I’ve never seen before, but I’d acknowledge their dedication even if they were criticizing me.

[It’s a fact that there was a big skill gap in all lanes, but the mid lane managed to block it with lane management and roaming timing]

It was a video analyzing the game, not with a human voice but with the trendy TTS dubbing.

Whoever it was, they seemed to be quite high-ranked.

They even knew about the bottom lane level 1 mind games and the top ganking build-up.

[The fact is that ARK was the only one in the mid lane who had the courage to be disliked. That’s why they lost]

I thought they would criticize me like the various communities, but the video was unexpectedly defending me.

With a grateful heart, I watched the video until the end, and a strange question using the poll function appeared.

[If I were Para, would I get TS’d into a pretty girl, get better mechanics, and win vs. stay as a noob ghost?]

Para is my pro gamer nickname, and TS… does it mean changing gender?

Without hesitation, I chose to get TS’d and win.

Why wouldn’t I? Even if I couldn’t win, I would have chosen to get TS’d.

    ‘Who wouldn’t choose this?’

If anyone thinks I’m crazy, please look at the poll options again.

    It’s not just getting TS’d. It’s getting TS’d into a ‘pretty girl.’

    And my mechanics would improve?

    It was a win-win situation.

    ‘Is it a bug?’

Just a moment ago, I was eliminated from the World Championship finals, became a 10-time runner-up, and was fantasizing about getting TS’d and winning.

    Nurses around me.

A woman in a patient gown holding me and a man looking at me with affection.

And my mouth, which could only cry since a while ago.

    ‘It really happened.’

It seemed like I really had been reincarnated as the opposite gender.

It’s already been 15 years since I was born as a girl.

From what I’ve experienced so far, it seems I’ve returned to the past.

My family from my past life is all the same, my friends are the same.

Just the fact that I’ve changed into a girl is different.

Personally, I didn’t mind not having to adapt to a completely new environment.

In fact, there were some relationships that improved because I became a girl.

    ‘Still cute today.’

    It’s a thought I’ve had for 15 years, but I’m glad I chose to get TS’d.

I thought I benefited from my decent looks in my past life, but being born as a girl doubled that joy.

I’m at a point where just looking at my face is fun.

As I was sitting in front of the mirror, someone sat behind me.

“My daughter~ Were you looking at the mirror again?”

I turned around and saw a familiar face.

It was my mother, whom I didn’t see often in my past life but became particularly close to after becoming a girl.

‘By the way… genetics are important.’

My father was handsome, aside from his current hair loss, and my mother still gets hit on every time she’s alone.

Naturally, my appearance was close to perfection even at a young age.

    ‘That’s not what’s important.’

Even with this body, I never forgot my goal.

    Winning the LOL World Championship.

Today was the first step towards that.

    “Mom, this.”

I took out a piece of paper from the bag next to me and handed it to my mother.

“Oh my! Did our daughter get first place again?”

It was my report card from the final exam.

I ranked first in the final exam and second in overall performance, making me the top student in the school.

“So, buy me a computer this time.”

The downside to my parents in this life is that they don’t like games that much.

Actually, my father likes games, but my mother dislikes them, and what can I do when my mother is the head of the household?

I’ve lived without a computer at home for 10 years.

‘She said she’d buy me one if I got first place again.’

Due to my persistent nagging, they promised to buy me a computer if I got first place in this exam.

“Hmm… how about a new dress?”

    “Computer.”

“Or should I buy you a piano? Didn’t you say you had a friend who was learning to play the piano last time?”

    “Please buy me a computer.”

“Okay, okay. But are you going shopping with Mom this weekend?”

    I understood my mother’s attitude.

How many parents would happily buy a computer for a 15-year-old, especially a girl?

But I couldn’t yield this time.

    ‘Because I’m 15 now.’

My plan was to debut in the minor league at the minimum debut age of 16.

To do that, I needed to make a name for myself in the solo queue for at least a year.

I had already proven my mechanics at the PC bang.

All that was left was the time to raise my rank.

‘This vacation is two months long.’

The upcoming winter vacation was almost two months long due to school construction.

It would probably take about two weeks to reach level 30 by playing normal games.

If I grinded hard for the remaining time, I could reach Master.

‘I’ll probably get placed in Gold or Platinum.’

    [Placement complete: Bronze 3 – 78 LP]

    ?

    Is this a bug…?
