Chapter Index

“What on earth are you plotting? Taking advantage of Headmaster’s absence to scheme something again!”

Emilia Gale’s cold voice echoed through the empty hallway.

Her gaze was as sharp as an ice floe, and hostility and contempt emanated from her body without reservation.

I could only look up at her, slumped on the floor.

    ‘Where did Master go…?’

The Headmaster’s office was empty, and even the magical barrier guarding the door had disappeared.

Could she have gone outside the academy again?

    Whack-!

    “Ugh!”

Before I could finish the thought, Emilia’s hand flew like lightning and roughly grabbed my hair.

I felt as if my scalp was being torn off, and my body was helplessly dragged up.

    Slap!

    “Cough!”

A sharp cracking sound and a burning sensation on my cheek followed.

My head snapped to the side, and I tasted a metallic tang of blood in my mouth.

Emilia didn’t let go of my hair and swung her hand again.

    Slap! Slap!

    A series of blows landed.

My cheeks quickly swelled and burned.

My vision blurred, and a ringing sound echoed in my ears.

“Speak! You filthy bitch! How dare you set foot in this place!”

Emilia interrogated me with a voice full of hatred.

Her eyes were filled with disgust, as if she were looking at an insect.

“Did you try to steal information while the elder was away?? Or are you trying to spread Contamination like last time?!”

The powerful Mana emanating from her body pressed down on me.

    Emilia Gale.

She wasn’t just a health professor.

A veteran Witch who had been treating the wounded in the rear hospitals of the front lines for a long time.

She must have witnessed countless times the last moments of those ruined by Contamination Worshippers and those brutally murdered by magical beasts.

To her, ‘villain Yeon Bennet’, who had caused incidents related to Contamination, was the object of hatred itself.

This kind of treatment wasn’t surprising.

Most of those who had served on the front lines treated me this way.

Even Bella tried to kill me at first, so that says it all.

A traitor who brought in Contamination, an enemy of humanity.

In their eyes, I was someone who deserved to die.

Perhaps the fact that we were professor and student and that this was the academy was barely suppressing her anger.

If this were a battlefield, she might have beheaded me without hesitation.

‘Hehe… It’s okay to hit me harder.’

On top of the already hazy mind and heightened senses due to my period, the intense stimulation of being slapped on the cheek was added.

The pleasure that had been secretly blooming from my lower abdomen met the electrifying shock that traveled through my cheek, and it began to amplify uncontrollably.

    “Heeuk… Haa…”

Before I knew it, a suppressed moan escaped from my lips.

It felt as if my mind was going blank, but at the same time, all the nerves in my body were on edge.

My cheeks were burning hot, but a pleasant heat surged through my body like a wave.

Emilia’s angry voice and her murderous gaze gradually faded, and only this intense and ecstatic sensation seemed to dominate the whole world.

    ‘This is strange.’

I’ve never been this out of control before.

As if my reason had been paralyzed and only instinct remained, I unconsciously craved stronger stimulation.

The thought that I wanted Emilia to hit me more, to push me harder, swirled in my head.

    But then,

    The beating stopped abruptly.

    “???”

Puzzled, I raised my head, and Emilia was looking down at me with an expression of disbelief, or perhaps extreme disgust.

Her eyes scanned my reddened cheeks, slightly unfocused pupils, and heavy breathing.

    Emilia’s lips twisted with contempt.

She glared at me with eyes as if she were looking at a dirty insect and spat out in an icy voice.

“You look no better than a bitch in heat.”

    “……!!”

Her words pierced my heart like a dagger.

    Those explicit and insulting words.

    Emilia didn’t stop there.

She looked me up and down, sending me a contemptuous gaze.

“I guess the rumors were true. The dirty rumor that you seduced your own father, the Duke, with your body and stuck to him. So you’re acting like a dog in heat even in this situation.”

    ‘…What?’

Such a scandalous rumor was circulating between Isaac Bennett and me?

Beyond simply favoring his adopted daughter, it was being distorted and spread in that way?

It was so absurd that I almost laughed.

Ew, I don’t want to be involved with that old man either…

The wave of pleasure that had been engulfing me until just now turned into disgust and washed over me.

It felt as if my hot body was cooling down instead.

    ‘…Let’s get a grip.’

Thanks to that filthy rumor, the sense of reality that I had momentarily forgotten returned.

I felt pathetic and disgusted with myself for trying to indulge in the pleasure I had felt earlier.

‘This is not the time to be swayed by such trivial stimuli.’

What was I doing just now?

I don’t even know what happened to Master, but I was indulging in this pleasure…

    ‘Haa…’

I was so disgusted with myself.

“How dare you set foot in this place with such a hideous appearance?”

Emilia continued to sneer at me.

I no longer had the energy or will to fight her.

The most important thing now wasn’t arguing with Emilia or my dirty feelings.

‘Right now… I need to check on Master’s safety first.’

I forcibly ignored the remnants of the surging pleasure and focused my consciousness on the magic circle engraved deep within my soul.

‘Decaymal Reverse’, which had been depleted of energy after the battle with the magical beasts and was being recharged.

A mythical magic created with Master’s unique power.

If something really bad had happened to Master, there would have been an anomaly in this magic circle, which was directly connected to her.

Please, please, let there be nothing wrong.

I desperately wished and checked the status of the magic circle.

    [SYSTEM]

Aegis Magic System – Decaymal Reverse charging…

    Caster: Dorothy Lightshield

    Remaining lives: 3

    ‘…!’

A sigh of relief burst out.

Fortunately, her power was still clearly felt within the magic circle.

This was proof that Master was safe and sound.

    ‘Thank goodness. Thank goodness.’

The weight of anxiety that had been pressing down on my chest became much lighter.

Still, I would feel completely relieved if I could confirm her location.

To get through this situation for now, I lowered myself to the floor as if prostrating and begged in the most groveling voice possible.

“I’m sorry, Professor. I was just… not feeling well… I just came to tell the Headmaster something. Please… forgive me. Hehe…”

But Emilia seemed to dislike my attitude even more.

She coldly snorted and looked down at me.

“How pathetic. You were so harsh to the weak… Really, there’s no end to your cunning and cowardice.”

    Emilia’s mocking condemnation didn’t stop.

Her voice, the contempt and disgust contained within it, constantly dug into me.

Every time insulting words poured out, a twisted pleasure surged through my body again like a wave.

    ‘Haa… Ugh…’

My breathing became rapid, and my head went blank.

With Emilia’s continued condemnation, the pleasure that started in my lower abdomen had already spread throughout my body, making it difficult to come to my senses.

    ‘No… I have to… get a grip…’

I desperately closed my eyes and began to recall the sensation of fighting the magical beasts.

The pleasure I felt when my limbs were cut off, the moment of intense pain when my heart was pierced, and the moment I fought the magical beasts to the end.

I barely regained my composure and opened my mouth with a trembling voice.

So that I wouldn’t provoke her any further, as carefully and politely as possible.

“…Um, Professor. I’m sorry, but… do you happen to know where the Headmaster has gone…?”

Emilia’s eyebrows twitched at my question.

She still glared down at me with cold eyes and snapped.

“Hmph. Why should I tell you, of all people, where the Headmaster is?”

As expected, she wouldn’t tell me so easily.

    I bit my lip.

“Oh my, it seems my friend has offended the professor in some way?”

At the sudden voice, both Emilia and I turned our gaze to the end of the hallway.

There stood Camilla Medici, arms crossed, looking this way with interest.

Behind her, as always, several followers clung like shadows.

‘Camilla? How did she know to come here?’

Camilla approached us with an elegant gait.

“Professor Emilia, it’s been a while.”

She glanced at my slumped figure on the floor and gave Emilia a soft but somehow snake-like, cunning smile.

“But has my friend done something wrong? You look quite fierce.”

Her red eyes turned to me, drawing a cruel smile.

“If Yeon has caused any more problems, may I, as the first-year student council president, take responsibility for taking her away and thoroughly educating her? So that she will never again make the professor uncomfortable.”

She was scared last time, but this time she’s serious?

Emilia looked back and forth between Camilla and me, seeming to struggle with something for a moment.

After a moment of silence, Emilia finally spat out coldly.

    “Do as you please.”

It seemed that I wouldn’t be able to get any more information about Master from Emilia.

Rather than continuing to endure her anger, it would be better to be dragged away by Camilla and leave this place.

    “Let’s go, Yeon.”

Camilla still wore that cruel smile as she roughly grabbed my arm and dragged me away.
