Ch.BONUSWork Afterword

    Hello, this is Gyeonga.

This was “Betrayed Red Becomes the Leader of Evil.”

Thank you for reading until the end.

It feels like I just started serializing this work, but it’s already complete. I’m overwhelmed with emotion.

This work holds tremendous significance for me. It was the first piece I began with the determination to write not for myself, but entirely for my readers.

Of course, being my first attempt, it wasn’t easy. I made many mistakes, and in the latter half, I ultimately ended up going overboard.

Considering that, I think it achieved remarkable results. With the niche subject of tokusatsu, it reached the top 50 in rankings, was featured as a PD Pick, hit #1 in selected works, and had so many dedicated readers that I was incredibly happy throughout the serialization.

Thanks to you all, I was able to keep my promise to myself of publishing daily until completion.

In truth, I’ve been reading “web novels” for less than a year, and this work was my first attempt at writing one, which has become the driving force for my next work.

It’s all thanks to my readers.

    I sincerely thank you.

The 19+ rated chapter I really wanted to include in the story will now be written as a side story. However, since creating the illustrations will take some time, I’ll upload it a bit later.

The discussion about the work itself has become lengthy, so I’ll talk about it in detail in my next post.

I plan to start my next work in about a week, but if contest schedules or commission requests are confirmed, I may switch to those.

Since I’ve done everything I wanted to do with superhero stories in “Returned D-Rank” and this work, I’m planning to move to fantasy or modern genres next.

Currently, I’m working on several new pieces including an academy professor story, a pure love fantasy, a modern VTuber story, and a TS hardship story, but I’m still in the consideration stage.

    Once again, thank you.

    This was Gyeonga.
