Wow… we’ve finally reached this point.

Since I started serializing this work in September of last year, it’s been a little over a year’s journey that has finally come to an end.

The biggest issues I remember during this serialization were mostly health problems.

My physical condition always deteriorated faster and more severely than I expected. I’ve learned the hard way that taking care of your health should be the top priority if you want a long career as a writer.

From the middle of the series, I caused a lot of worry for readers due to various issues, and truthfully, I struggled with health problems right up until the very end, but somehow managing to finish feels…

Yes. It’s quite emotional.

Of course, I realize I caused many inconveniences during the serialization period, so there’s really no end to the apologies I should make. Haha…

The moment you accept payment from others, you should consider yourself a professional—that’s the basic standard. I need to continuously reflect on the disappointing publication schedule I showed from the middle onward, regardless of health issues or anything else.

So… yes.

Darwood’s story has come to an end for now. I might come back to add more stories if inspiration strikes… but for now, I’ve given him a happy(?) future, so I’d like to let him live his life.

I’m always grateful, thankful, and sorry to the readers who have been generous enough to read this unworthy writer’s inadequate work.

Serializing for over a year has truly been an unforgettable experience thanks to all of you readers.
