She’s one of the former gallery masters, a character that appeared during a past April Fool’s event

Originally she wasn’t meant to be part of the official storyline since she was an April Fool’s character

But somehow she became popular and was incorporated into the official story

She was distributed for free, so at the time she was called “hope for non-paying players”

But since she was only available during a limited event, this later spawned memes about “those without Partia”

As I’ll mention below, she’s one of the few pure melee characters in this game, which led to all sorts of comedy concepts

Eventually she became the 5th or 6th gallery master

Her performance actually surpasses most SSS-tier melee combat characters, but the problem is her ranged abilities are completely nonexistent
