Thanks to Da-Jeong’s dazzling performance, the Blue LUV team successfully won the second set on Watchpoint: Gibraltar, wrapping up their first match of the tournament with a clean 2-0 victory and marking a great start.

Meanwhile, those who witnessed this performance were absolutely ecstatic.

    • Lilith is really good at Hanzo now lol
    • Erin-chan has improved a lot
    • The tanks’ synergy today was insane, fr
    • CEO Kang quietly did her part, and her Transcendence timing was on point

    Title: Today’s Lulu-chan Highlight Compilation.gif

    Author: VTuber Gallery Ghost

(Lulu taking out the healer duo as Widowmaker)

(Lulu securing a teamfight with three consecutive headshots while her team was down)

(Lulu accurately briefing the enemy ultimates)

(Lulu flying through the sky as Doomfist)

(Lulu waiting on the roof and assassinating with Seismic Slam)

    (Doomfist victim POV)

(Lulu solo carrying the final teamfight as Doomfist to turn the game around)

Putting it all together, it’s just insane lololol. I can understand the Widowmaker plays since the enemies weren’t moving much, but the Doomfist game was legit hard-carrying. I get that she’s good at Hanzo, so Widowmaker makes sense, but how is she even good at Doomfist?

ㄴ Honestly, I feel bad for the rest of the team, but it was legit a solo carry.

ㄴ Calling it a solo carry feels off… How about a solo woman carry?

ㄴ Or a solo Axolotl carry?

    ㄴ That’s more like it

ㄴ Honestly, the Widowmaker game was won because the team played well too, but the second game was the real deal.

ㄴ Fr lol. In the Widowmaker game, Lulu-chan struggled a bit in the second round with her aim, but the team really stepped up. But the second set was definitely a one-woman show.

ㄴ It was like playing Tekken in an FPS game.

ㄴ Watching the enemy DPS stream later, they were like, “Kill the monster!” lololol

ㄴ That flying technique, is it a bug? Is it allowed?

ㄴ Isn’t it like Hanzo’s old super jump?

ㄴ So it’s usable in official matches, right?

ㄴ Probably? Whether they’ll remove it or not is up to Blizzard.

ㄴ For me, it’s not the super jump but the fact that she was sticking to the roof that was disgusting lololol.

ㄴ That was insane lol. The backline just exploded as soon as she dropped down.

ㄴ Can’t you just flashbang her when she drops down like McCree?

ㄴ How are you supposed to flashbang her when you don’t even know where she’s dropping from lololol.

ㄴ You’re dead the moment Seismic Slam hits, so flashbangs don’t matter LOL

Title: Lulu-chan’s Winner Interview is Up!!!!

    Author: Axolotl Fan Club

(Lulu doing the winner interview after the match)

Summary for those too lazy to watch the video:

    1. We practiced Widowmaker in scrims because she counters the composition we first showed.
    2. We expected the enemy to bring out Widowmaker since they had a Widowmaker player.
    3. I didn’t have confidence in winning an aim duel in a mirror match, so I researched Doomfist as a counter pick.
    4. We intentionally only used one composition in scrims to plant a false impression.
    5. Honestly, I stood out because I’m the DPS, but it was thanks to my teammates supporting me. I’m really grateful.

Her voice is shaking so much lolololol. Like, she was so precise and cold during the game, but as soon as they make her do an interview, she turns back into a shy Axolotl lol. What’s with this gap moe? lololol.

ㄴ This gap moe is what makes Lulu-chan, Lulu-chan.

    ㄴ Fr lol.

ㄴ I fell in love all over again…

ㄴ Truly the soft, sticky, pink, bumbling, clueless Axolotl…

ㄴ I wonder how long this title will get.

ㄴ Wow, but the fact that she predicted everything is chilling. How is that even possible?

ㄴ That’s why she practiced Doomfist, right? lol.

    ㄴ It’s insane lol.

ㄴ Lulu-chan: “I still have more cards up my sleeve.”

    ㄴ At this point, it’s getting scary…

ㄴ And she even gave props to the enemy and encouraged her teammates.

ㄴ She’s shaking but still saying all the right things lol.

ㄴ Our Lulu-chan is both cute and cool, let’s cherish her~

ㄴ She’s truly a character you can’t help but stan lololol.

After satisfactorily wrapping up the first match of the tournament with a win, we gathered in the Discord room to fully enjoy the moment. Without anyone needing to say it first, as soon as we were all together, we let out a loud cheer of “Yahoooooo!”

[‘Cities’ has donated 50,000 won for snacks!]

    • Congrats on your first win, Lulu-chan! You were a total carry machine today!

[‘omst’ has donated 20,000 won for snacks!]

    • This is the victory of strategy. Praise Lulu-chan, the pillar of Blue LUV!

[‘HGWealth’ has donated 10,000 won for snacks!]

    • If I were the enemy healer, I would’ve been disgusted by the Doomfist in the second set. You played so well.

And perhaps because it was such a monumental day with our first win, there were quite a few large donations. There were also plenty of comments praising me.

“Hehe, thank you, everyone. But it was really my teammates who played so well that we won.”

    • Kyaaaaaa
    • The virtue of giving credit to the team
    • True, everyone did great.
    • But you got MVP, so you carried, Lulu-chan~

Of course, if it was a carry, it was a carry. But in a way, it was also something I had to do. Against Hanzo, double snipers. And against double snipers, Doomfist. I was the one who switched characters to use these two strategies. In other words, if I didn’t perform well, we would’ve lost with those compositions. I just did my part.

If that’s considered carrying, then maybe it was. But to me, it felt more like each of my teammates did their part so well that we won.

『Guys, you all did so well today. Especially Erin, who hasn’t been playing for long and must’ve had a hard time adjusting, but you barely died today.』

“That’s right. Erin unnie did so well today. You only died five times across both sets.”

As the CEO lightened the mood with her words, I immediately chimed in. Honestly, I was really worried about Erin unnie. After all, she was the only one among us who had never played Overwatch before. But despite those worries, she showed an almost immortal performance today, barely dying while also taking care of the team. It was a near-perfect performance.

『Thank you. Honestly, it was because the CEO and Yukiko took such good care of me…』

『Right, Yukiko’s support was amazing. She’d dive in to save me whenever I was about to die.』

    • Yukiko was insane too.
    • Every time Lucretia used her ultimate, Yukiko’s support was razor-sharp.
    • Didn’t she save you when you were about to die to Doomfist and Hanzo at the end?

Yeah, yeah, that’s right. Yuna’s performance was also truly dazzling. Especially since her ultimate charge rate was way faster than the enemy off-tank. She used that to secure teamfights multiple times. And especially when I was playing Doomfist, even though I almost died a few times due to my lack of skill, Zarya’s support came in at just the right moments, saving me by a hair so many times.

『Lucretia, your ultimates were on point today too. It must’ve been tough without Brigitte, how did you do it?』

“Ah…! Right. Lucretia unnie, I lost count of how many times your ultimates were clutch today.”

Hearing the CEO’s words, I suddenly remembered Ra-hee unnie’s performance too. Especially in the first set’s defense when it seemed like the enemy might push through to the third point, Ra-hee unnie’s ultimate turned the teamfight around, allowing us to cleanly finish the match.

『Lilith did such a great job breaking the enemy barriers. I owe her a lot.』

『Lilith unnie is one of our aces, after all. Your Hanzo play today was insane.』

    『Heehee, really? Thanks, Yukiko.』

    • Hanzo mirror matches? She wins every time lol.
    • The enemy Hanzo must’ve felt the pressure.
    • Her ult combos with Zarya were on point too, fr.
    • The dignity of a Diamond DPS
    • As expected from our leader.

    Yeah.

If I had to give my personal MVP for today, I’d honestly be torn between Jia unnie and Chae-yoon unnie. But I’d still lean toward Chae-yoon unnie. Her performance was just that good.

Honestly, before I introduced the variable (Doomfist), the enemy had 3 healers while we only had 2, so we could’ve easily lost the sustain battle. But Chae-yoon unnie’s performance held it all together. She always won the duels against the enemy Hanzo, creating opportunities for damage, and consistently briefed me on the enemy DPS positions, making the game so much easier for me. It was really great.

『Ah, but honestly, even if you combined all five of our performances today, it still wouldn’t match Lulu’s.』

『True. Especially in the second set, it was legit Lulu-chan’s one-woman show.』

『I got chills when she solo’d the backline during the second point push.』

    “Ehehe…”

And so, the relay of compliments ended with me. Starting with the CEO’s exaggerated praise, I couldn’t help but smile like an idiot, feeling proud from all the pats on the back coming from every direction.

『But Lulu, when did you practice Doomfist?』

『Right, you never played him during our duo queues either.』

『Has anyone here seen Lulu-chan play Doomfist before?』

    『Nope, not me.』

『She never played him during our duos either.』

    • ????
    • She never practiced him?
    • Wait, was this Lulu-chan’s first time playing Doomfist?
    • And she played that well on her first try?

As the members’ questions continued, the viewers started expressing their confusion and amazement. But…

I feel bad for disappointing their expectations, but it wasn’t my first time. No, I actually practiced quite a bit. I’m not some genius gamer, so there’s no way I could’ve pulled that off on my first try.

“Hehe… Actually, I practiced him during solo queue whenever I had time. I couldn’t just use him in a tournament without any practice, right?”

    『Ah, I see.』

『But you could’ve practiced him with us, no?』

“Doomfist relies more on individual skill than team synergy. So, I focused on Widowmaker during team practice to improve our coordination and only practiced Doomfist during solo queue.”

Compared to Widowmaker, who relies more on team support, Doomfist can perform decently even with less team care as long as the player’s individual skill is high. Plus, since we had already built team synergy around the Widowmaker-Hanzo composition, there wasn’t enough time to try out a new composition with Doomfist. So, I decided to practice Doomfist on my own.

Honestly, I didn’t have much time to improve my Doomfist skills, but the reason I looked so good today was because of the advanced Doomfist techs. At this point, I’m practically the only one using them, so the enemy had a hard time countering me. That’s why it seemed like I played so well.

“Also, I’m not really that good at Doomfist. I spent more time practicing the super jump than the character itself.”

『Super jump? You mean that thing where you were flying around earlier?』

“Yeah. Actually, that tech is only possible in specific spots on certain maps.”

    • That’s some next-level tech lololol
    • Wait, so Lulu-chan memorized all those spots?
    • That’s insane lol

No, not really. I did watch some Doomfist guide videos from my past life, but I didn’t memorize everything.

“So, I only practiced on three maps, including Watchpoint: Gibraltar. I expected the enemy to pick a map that’s good for double snipers in the second set.”

That’s why I intentionally used the double sniper composition in the first set. If we used double snipers, it was obvious the enemy would counter with the same strategy. And since there are only a few maps that are good for double snipers, I focused on practicing Doomfist on those maps, especially Watchpoint: Gibraltar, which the Junk Drawer team is known to favor.

    『Wow…』

『How many steps ahead are you thinking?』

『I’m starting to get a little scared of our youngest.』

    • Wtf lol
    • Lulu-chan, you’re too OP…
    • Give us back our clueless, bumbling Axolotl!

Hey! Calling me clueless and bumbling is too much! Sure, I might be a bit airheaded at times, but I can be serious when I need to be, ahem!

“And actually, there’s another reason I didn’t practice Doomfist with you guys…”

    『Huh? Another reason?』

    『What is it?』

I was hesitant to say this, but… well, I worked hard today, so I think it’s okay to be honest for once. Fidgeting with my hands, I cautiously opened my mouth.

    “I thought if I surprised everyone with a secret card, I could… get praised…”

    It’s pretty embarrassing, but…

What can I do?! I wanted to be praised! I wanted to see the members go, “Our Lulu prepared something like this?!” and be shocked! What’s wrong with that?!

『Lulu-chan, you wanted to be praised by your unnies? You should’ve said so!』

『That’s it. I’m breaking into Lulu-chan’s house tonight to praise and kiss her all night.』

『Lulu-chan! I’ll do it right now! Mwah mwah mwah!』

『Our youngest is getting more and more mischievous.』

    『Guys, take it easy…』

    • LOLOLOLOLOL
    • Lulu-chan craving praise lololol
    • So that’s what it was? LOL
    • Praise is deserved lol
    • She can’t resist being spoiled lololol

    Uuu…

    I knew this would happen.

I expected this kind of reaction, which is why I didn’t want to say it…!

B-but I wanted praise, not kisses! Why is everyone suddenly making kissy noises?!

Stop the voice chat kisses, pleeeaaase!
