[Nightmare 10/10/10 Part 1 Boss Jin Chronicle]
Author: Anonymous
Yeah, that’s the same priest who cleared Svalrum earlier

Are those Ice Spears for real? Each one is literally the size of a guitar
-Wasn’t there a gimmick where you start with 10% HP and stunned? One hit from that would be instant death, right?
ㄴEven with a full HP 3000 tank build, it’s probably still one-shot
-What’s this new topic? We’re actually talking about the game in the WoA gallery?
ㄴPlease talk about the game instead of just hosting Gald Cup competitionsㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
ㄴRead through the previous posts
ㄴToo lazy for that;;
-For a 10/10/10 clear, what’s the minimum combat power needed?
ㄴ150k?
ㄴ150k? LOLㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ People are dominating Challenger with 120k power
Sunday evening, when most people gather online, the ACK pro tournament featured a boring match between weak teams, leaving viewers bored out of their minds.
It all started with a post in the “Healer Class” tab by a famous user.
A streamer was attempting Nightmare 10/10/10 as a priest.
Since streamers often use such claims to grab attention, people didn’t even bother clicking on the post.
But then more posts started popping up like mushrooms after rain.
[First time seeing a priest attempt 10/10/10]
[Who the hell is this NoName person?]
[Woohoo~~~ About to get absolutely destroyed by Svalrum as a priestㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ]
One or two posts don’t attract much attention.
But with continuous mentions, curious people eventually checked it out, expecting to be disappointed.

Occasionally, they’d seen foreign streamers with exceptional intelligence clear boss fights through some incomprehensible magic tricks.
But the magic this blonde woman was casting was faster and more precise.
(Melee Critical Damage 1807.jpg)
A single attack took away about a quarter of the boss’s health.
So they asked: who is she?
[Anonymous: ipfs://www.twish.ch/noname]
People clicked the link as if hypnotized.
There they found “Adella,” known as the gallery’s main character, alongside the rumored female streamer facing off against “Jin Chronicle,” the final boss of Part 1.
* * *
Adella trembled like an aspen leaf.
Her ears flattened back, and her tail stretched out long.
This was her typical behavior when overcome with fear.
-everyone be quiet everyone be quiet everyone be quiet
-Let’s focus on the battle, guys, read the room
-If they clear this, something big is coming
-Wonder how strong Jin Chronicle will be
-It’s already impressive they got Adella to the boss fight
-For real, she’s so weak she could’ve died at any point
-I’ve only seen this on VTube before, now I’m watching it live, watching it live
-Host, should we just turn off the chat completely?
[▶Chat – OFF]
NoName followed the viewers’ suggestion and closed the chat window.
It was uncertain how difficult the battle would be.
“So you were the culprit behind this incident. Still can’t let go, tsk tsk… If you had stayed hidden in the sewers, you might have avoided your upcoming miserable death.”
Jin calmly delivered his barbed words.
“You were the one who drove me out, weren’t you…!”
“No, you were unqualified. Your position always belonged to the hero. And besides.”
As Jin extended his hand, one of the laurels NoName had been carefully keeping resonated and flew toward him.
It was the Laurel of Life that Cicella had given her.
“There are so many thieving cats coveting what belongs to others, aren’t there?”
Jin Chronicle carefully placed the crown on his head.
The crown scattered into thousands of light particles and was absorbed into his body.
[Remnant Academy Vice Principal · Jin Chronicle (0/1)]
“I never even granted you the position of my child.”
Jin Chronicle’s pocket watch flashed.
“Dodge!”
A thick killing intent.
NoName rushed to Adella and rolled with her on the ground.
BOOM-!
It was impossible to even comprehend what kind of magic this was.
Suddenly, a light flashed from the watch, and a scorching beam cut through the earth in a straight line.
The boss’s true name appeared above his head, indicating the battle had already begun.
-Destruction beaaaaam!!!!!!!
-The host is dodging it
-If you can predict it, you can see and avoid it
-I knew about it and still got hit twice LOLㅋㅋㅋ
An instant-kill skill.
An unreasonable asymmetric power that could end the game in one hit.
From now on, NoName’s party would have to face the boss while keeping in mind the laser that returns with every cooldown.
“So this is the true power of Yggdrasil… It seems you lowly creatures know nothing about the essence of the laurel.”
Jin Chronicle, who had already synchronized with the laurel, kept laughing.
The Academy’s Vice Principal, yet he had always been second-in-command.
A secret order from above to seize the laurel, abandoning his lectures and leaving without notice, resulted in severe disciplinary action from the Academy.
But he was curious.
He had obtained something worth breaking the Academy’s trust for.
As a scholar before a professor, he was purely curious.
He knew about the existence of the laurel, but questioned whether it was truly valuable.
However, the brilliant Jin Chronicle quickly realized the truth.
“A pass to the second dimension. If you know the path, you can use unlimited magic.”
Even changing the world and history wasn’t just empty talk.
“So Yggdrasil was a disciple who worshipped reason.”
Once again, a red light beam shot from the pocket watch.
This time in an X shape, then a T shape.
NoName bounces from safe zone to safe zone, holding onto the half-dazed Adella.
-This is so brutalㄷㄷㄷㄷㄷㄷㄷ
-What does Chronicle mean by what he’s saying?
-More spoilers come later, but he’s basically mentioning how the magic principles in the WoA world differ from our actual world
-Is it like breaking the fourth wall?
-No, the story doesn’t go that crazy
-But why can’t we use unlimited magic even with the laurel?
-They have to consider balance;;
-Use your brain before you speak
-ㄴLook at this guy answering everything so kindly while being super annoyedㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
-Can you really dodge this just by watching?
-Dunno? I’m getting scared now too
“Forest keeper. How long did you think you could hide the truth? When we finally realized that everything we’ve learned, all the knowledge humanity has accumulated, is false, deceptive, perverted, and wicked.”
A deadly light source replaced the full moon.
“Did you hope we would fall into despair and give up?”
Jin Chronicle’s attacks cannot be defeated by dodging alone.
The beam’s output grows stronger, and Jin Chronicle’s laurel proficiency increases every second.
How to overcome the time limit?
The standard approach was to steadily build damage by exploiting gaps between each attack.
The element that the Part 1 boss tests in players is none other than ‘evasion’ and ‘distance control.’
It helps players master their character’s movement range and speed, and learn how to deal with enemies that exceed their combat power.
Above all, the most important virtue is to make quick decisions without hesitation.
It suggests that hesitation can sometimes lead not to maintaining the status quo but to weakening one’s position.
Seeing NoName only dodging continuously, viewers determined her limit.
Four, five, and eventually ten beams would come flying, and at that point, even if she could predict the future, it would become physically impossible to dodge.
“Such a complete newbie.”
It was the first thing NoName had said.
“Just learned some magic and getting all excited?”
Though it was an expression of irritation and anger that slipped out unconsciously, viewers were kind enough to discuss even a single word from her.
-?????
-Suddenly showing off?
-Calling an Academy professor a newbieㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
-Priest reverse worldㄷㄷㄷㄷㄷ
-You failed to teach me, so I’ll give you an F, professor
-That’s student evaluation, not course evaluationㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
-Professors who always get 1-point evaluations don’t get kicked out of school, so what’s the difference?
-When the host says it, it somehow sounds cool
-Not cringy at all
“Are you being reckless, forest keeper? I’m tired of playing with you.”
The damage NoName had carefully accumulated on the boss wasn’t even half.
Meanwhile, Jin Chronicle’s laser skills had already exceeded the system limit, with each shot being a potential one-hit kill.
-It’s really over
-Actually, approaching is difficult, but Jin’s health is low so it’s not that bad
-Higher than Lord Svalrum with his belly showing earlier?
-Don’t make excusesㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ How could she hit him more than now?
Only after learning does one know what’s lacking, and only after teaching does one understand the obstacles.
There were definitely limitations to the laurel that he had analyzed on his own.
NoName realized the true nature of the magic the boss was using.
This wasn’t a laser.
Normal lasers aren’t powerful enough to split the ground. Also, due to diffraction limits, theoretically achievable range is limited.
Finding it suspicious that the ground was simply split without any sparks igniting the grass, NoName bent down and touched the split ground.
Surprisingly, the ground was muddy, like right after rain.
“You used to handle water magic.”
Despite his verbose speech, Jin Chronicle ultimately couldn’t escape from familiar conventions.
After all, a laser, Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation, isn’t a concept that someone first encountering magic would come up with on their own.
It was a microparticle replication propulsion synthesis method disguised as a laser.
Accelerating and rotating water particles to their limit to enhance cutting power, and embedding a synthesis array in the pocket watch that repeats the “replication-extinction” of magic in a straight line until it collides with the enemy.
Just as electromagnetic waves propagate straight with electric and magnetic fields causing each other, two parallel cluster synthesis arrays automatically generate the next magic circle, making it appear like a laser extending in a straight line.
A disappointing trick when you know the truth.
It was just a powerful water cannon, but condolences to those who might have tried reflection magic thinking it was a laser.
NoName stood still, waiting for the next attack.
“I shall destroy all descendants of Yggdrasil.”
Like Valrum before him, Professor Jin Chronicle revealed his final line.
With the system’s help, the skill’s judgment range was displayed in red.
A circle with a radius of 25m. Cast time: 1 second.
An unavoidable ultimate skill.
NoName’s eyes closed gently. She recalled runes one by one in her mind.
Viewers also watched the scene through narrowed eyes.
The violent wave of mana tried to engulf her, but,
[Dispel: Elemental Decomposition]
The laser was pathetically extinguished by the 18-directional monoxide dihydrogen dispel formula.
