And as time passed, and passed again.

Just when Marian came to consume Icarosium, saying that the control operation of the pirates had been somewhat completed.

<One random superhuman’s hibernation will be released from the hibernation chamber!>

    —————————————-

‘Ah! Finally this day has come.’

It had been nearly half a year since the internal three-person system of Ignis-Berial-Pashtra was established, and only now were we getting news of a new colleague joining us.

With tears of emotion in my heart, I sent the reliable and trustworthy Berial to the hibernation chamber to bring our new(?) colleague.

And while Berial waited in front of the hibernation chamber.

I decided to wait at the command center with my Adjutant Jessica and Marian, who had somehow ended up tagging along.

Of course, while waiting, we engaged in some light conversation…

“Hehehe, being with my oppa is always the best.”

    “Hmm.”

“I’d love to add you to my collection too, oppa!”

    “…Huh?”

…As I listened, I felt an awkwardly heavy affection.

And after what felt like 50 minutes but was actually just 5 minutes.

    -“Commander, I’ve brought them now.”

    “Oh, finally here.”

When I heard Berial’s communication from the other side of the command center door.

With anticipation about who would appear, I stared at the door with excited eyes.

My anticipation was soon met with the sound of shuffling footsteps as “she” appeared.

“…Hoohoo, it’s been a while, Jessica? And I see some new faces too.”

    “…”

“And hello? Commander… I wonder how long it’s been since I last saw your face.”

With lavender-colored long hair and eerie purple eyes.

Wearing a white lab coat slightly larger than her body.

Underneath, she wore the kind of peculiar, highly revealing outfit commonly seen in this game, from an indeterminate era.

With a maliciously lewd smile, she greeted me.

“Then I should introduce myself again? Professor ‘Griyanar’, from now on I’ll be under your command.”

    “Oh.”

“By the way, are there any suitable test subjects around here?”

I immediately approached ‘Griyanar’, took her hand covered by half-gloves that only covered the back of her hands, and spoke.

“You’ve come at a very appropriate time, very good.”

    “Hmm?”

“This is exactly when I needed you. Looking forward to working with you, ‘Professor’.”

“My, our Commander has become quite proactive this time.”

At my response, Griyanar simply smiled lightly and shrugged her shoulders.

    ==========

After spreading the news that Griyanar had arrived, Ignis and Pashtra, who had been elsewhere, also came.

I decided to let our superhuman characters catch up with each other after their long separation, and have a conversation while they were at it.

Watching them, I felt that everyone’s personalities were quite distinctly revealed.

First, in the case of Adjutant Jessica.

“Jessica? Thank you so much for back then.”

“Ah yes, if you say so.”

“If possible, I’d like Jessica to experience it next time too. It feels surprisingly good, you know.”

“I’m already in that state, so it probably wouldn’t mean much.”

“Oh my, no, it’ll be different because I’ll be performing the procedure myself.”

    “Wow, that sounds really exciting.”

‘What on earth are you two talking about?’

In this conversation where I couldn’t understand what they were discussing, Jessica maintained a thoroughly professional attitude toward Griyanar.

As for the original legendary three… I mean, the three superhumans:

    “It’s been a while♡ Professor Griyanar♡”

“Ah, Pashtra? Your wonderful fashion sense is still the same.”

“The same goes for you, Professor! So I see you’re planning to immerse yourself in research again♡”

“Of course, my goal has always been to produce the best research results.”

Unlike Jessica, Pashtra showed genuine affection.

Interestingly, despite the stark contrast between the extremely modest Griyanar (A-cup) and the voluptuous Pashtra (G-cup).

Unlike typical subculture tropes, or Ignis’s dead eyes when meeting the newly arrived Marian.

It was fascinating to see that Griyanar didn’t throw any tantrums at Pashtra.

“Your eyes look quite displeased to see me, Berial.”

    “…Not particularly, Griyanar.”

“Could it be that you still have reservations about my research? How truly unfortunate.”

    “Ahem…”

Like a true ‘Mad Scientist’, she conducts all sorts of insane experiments that would be unacceptable by normal human standards.

As expected, Berial, with her typical military style, showed a considerably displeased reaction.

“Nice to meet you, Ms. Griyanar!”

    “Yes, and you are…?”

“I’m Ignis, newly joined. Pleased to meet you!”

    “Ah, so you’re the newcomer.”

“Somehow I feel like we’ll get along well!”

    “…Get along.”

Griyanar licked her lips at the sight of Ignis, thinking of her as a ‘fresh test subject’.

Ignis, seemingly oblivious to Griyanar’s thoughts, displayed a natural innocence while nodding at her chest.

    And finally…

    “Nice to meet you.”

“Nice to meet you too. Are you another newcomer?”

“Hoho, I’m just a pirate working for my oppa, ‘Professor’.”

“Ah, a pirate… Then perhaps you could hand over a few disposable trash individuals later?”

“Hmm… somehow I feel like we’re going to get along very well.”

For some reason, Griyanar and Marian seemed to be hitting it off.

    Watching everyone conversing amicably.

I quietly sat down and decided to check Griyanar’s status window first.

And since things might have changed during the three years I’d stopped playing the game.

I also checked the information collection tab newly established in the gallery.

I decided to read the description about Griyanar as well.

    —————————————-

    Title: Description of ‘Professor’ Griyanar

    Author: Wikirisk Officer

Content: [Full-body concept art of Griyanar]

    Full name: Griyanar Gremory

This game has released many ‘support’ characters

Among them, Griyanar has never lost her top position in her specialty area

even in the latest version released 4 years after her initial implementation

First, when deployed on the battlefield, she continuously provides quite powerful buffs to the entire fleet that includes her ship

Especially the ship she’s on gets increased fire rate and boarding defense success rate, so she’s typically placed on the main ship or flagship.

But this alone wouldn’t make her the top in the support field.

Since Griyanar is a mad scientist in the setting, she builds things like ‘biological research labs’ and ‘weapon development centers’ at the base.

Then, once you station Griyanar at the base, she randomly enhances superhumans or fleets at regular intervals

Although the enhancements are random and sometimes enhance things that aren’t particularly useful

The advantage is that the enhancement direction is always positive for that superhuman or ship

And she also increases the success rate of technology development in the laboratory.

    She’s literally a living totem

Plus, many people don’t know this, but when the Commander destroys space monsters or alien ships,

She researches those fragments and produces positive research results, creating high-grade equipment on her own

She’s practically essential for solo players, as well as for users who chose Earth Federation or Space Pirates

But since she modifies things as she pleases, occasionally she might randomly attach space monster tentacle skin editions to your superhuman

Or create events where chimeras mixed with aliens or monsters appear among your ship’s troops, causing invasions by extremely angry aliens

Relieved that she was still active, I decided to welcome our ‘Professor’ with a smile.

    “Welcome, Griyanar!”
