The clan name is ‘Blizzard’

It includes former Rotten Water Clan executives that Raksha has been working with, Southern Alliance executives

Unlike these ordinary users, the reactions from users with power in other zones or within the Central Zone were much sharper.

The reason was that there were already “VERY VERY MAAAANY concerning things” in the Central Zone from the perspective of the surrounding large clans.

Additionally, the “Magellan Clan” mentioned in the post above was not only closer in proximity than the other four major clans.
