After suffering from the ridiculous slander of those crazy game addicts.

<Official Chat Room of the Most Noble, Great, Sacred, and Unique Icarus Republic>

<Notice: Let’s all be friendly with each other>

    -[Stop stealing my resource zones]

    -[Let’s share the resource zones]

    -[Share what, damn it]

    -[Just deal with it;;]

-[There are plenty of resources even if several people share, why are you being like this]

-[Dozens of people crowding into one resource zone?]

    -[Well, that’s fair]

    —————————————–

Perhaps because so many users flooded in at once.

People were crowding into resource zones except for those where my mining fleet was directly harvesting or where I had forward bases, causing conflicts to break out.

After spending another week in this utterly chaotic state…

    <<<Additional Docking Facility Construction Complete!>>>

    <Fleet Points: 1,250 ⇒ 1,350>

    —————————————-

‘Has it already been this long?’

When I saw the message that the construction I had started a few days before being tormented by those game addicts was complete.

I found my finger naturally moving toward the fleet status button.

    —————————————–

    Fleet Status

    Total Points: 1,046/1,350 points

    Annihilation-type Siege Battleship: 1 ship, 120 points each = 120 points

Assault Combat Carrier: 3 ships, 110 points each = 330 points

    Dreadnought: 3 ships, 100 points each = 300 points

Aircraft Carrier: 0 ships, 70 points each = 0 points

Arsenal Ship: 1 ship, 70 points each = 70 points

Salvage Ship: 1 ship, 50 points each = 50 points

Heavy Battleship: 1 ship, 45 points each = 45 points

    Battleship: 0 ships, 40 points each = 0 points

Subspace Submarine: 1 ship, 50 points each = 50 points

Light Aircraft Carrier: 0 ships, 40 points each = 0 points

    Battlecruiser: 0 ships, 30 points each = 0 points

Heavy Cruiser: 0 ships, 10 points each = 0 points

Light Cruiser: 0 ships, 6 points each = 0 points

    Destroyer: 23 ships, 3 points each = 69 points

Escort Ship: 0 ships, 1.5 points each = 0 points

Patrol Ship: 0 ships, 1 point each = 0 points

Resource Mining Ship: 8 ships, 1.5 points each = 12 points

    —————————————–

And thanks to that, the current state of my fleet, which hadn’t been replenished after the losses during the Daedalus invasion, was starkly revealed.

“Now you have quite a lot of fleet points to spare, Commander.”

“Indeed, seeing nearly 300 points suddenly available makes me wonder what to do.”

Through such contemplation, I could savor a small but definite sense of happiness that bloomed like a dandelion in my otherwise exhausting daily life.

And after enjoying that happiness for a while, I naturally decided to proceed with fleet construction…

“Commander! I heard you’re building new ships!”

“Dreadnoughts are the answer, aren’t they?”

“We have the Kraken! Aircraft carriers! More carrier-based aircraft! Teleport assault!”

“Even if not Dreadnoughts, mass-producing cost-effective Heavy Battleships optimized for defense could be one approach.”

Somehow hearing this news, Berial and Tiamat came running, either on their own or carried by other superhuman soldiers.

Well, their opinions were divided into Dreadnought vs. Aircraft Carrier factions as mentioned above…

“Tiamat, isn’t Kraken’s teleport already at its limit just with its own aircraft?”

    “…”

“That’s right, and don’t we need to use the Kraken for tactical missiles from Hresvelgr?”

    “So, Berial wins~”

Unfortunately, the aircraft carrier faction(?) already had three Krakens.

And even those Krakens were kept for their miscellaneous functions, not for their performance as “aircraft carriers.”

    “Uuugh, Commander…!”

    “Tiamat, that’s cheating.”

    “Hiiing.”

Despite Tiamat’s teary-eyed attack, pushing forward her mid-tier “carrier pocket” as a last resort.

I had to make a cold, rational decision with the mindset of a beast.

    ==========

Anyway, after making that decision, I decided to build 2 more Dreadnoughts, 1 Heavy Cruiser, and 30 Destroyers to “perfectly” match the available points.

    -Beep! Beep!

“Commander, two more people are hoping to join us.”

“Check them out, and if there’s no problem, let them in.”

    “Yes~”

    “Ah, wait.”

    “Yes?”

“I have nothing to do, so I’ll handle it myself.”

I must have already completed the daily quests.

Since the ship construction would take at least a week at minimum.

With nothing urgent to do, I decided to welcome these “new users” that Jessica had mentioned.

Of course, Jessica, who was watching from the side, gave me a look that clearly said, ‘Wouldn’t it be better to do this when a lot of people come at once?’ but.

‘I’ll give you a walalalalulu later.’

    ‘How can I help you?’

When I mentioned using my secret finishing move, Jessica immediately showed a submissive response.

    ==========

Anyway, while experiencing such dramatically eventful times.

<Large-scale Ship Modification Facility Construction in Progress…>

    <Time Remaining Until Completion: 30 days 17 hours 25 minutes 31 seconds>

    —————————————–

“Griyanar and Nero will be pleased.”

“Indeed, they’ll have an easier time modifying ships to their liking.”

After selecting a <Large-scale Ship Modification Facility> as the next building to construct, which would allow mindless ship modifications.

I decided that there wasn’t much else to do, so with a smooth and relaxed mindset, I thought I’d take a peek at the gallery.

But maybe because it had been over two weeks since the “Grand Cross” event ended.

    It’s freaking war time again

-[How can they start again when the event just ended?]

-˪[It’s been 2 weeks and 3 days, that’s enough time for clan-level forces to fully recover]

    -˪[For real lol]

    -[Fight! Fight!]

    “Starting again, I see.”

Seeing users beginning to wage war again as if they had energy to spare.

I immediately contacted the base chef and ordered a batch of delicious caramel popcorn to be made.
