His real name is Han Chan-sung.

The warrior Nyongmom. He hated this world, a fantasy world where swords and magic thrived. He also hated the NPCs and players who avoided him because of his appearance.

Of course, he wasn’t always like that.

In this world, effort is rewarded. You can instantly see your strength through visible indicators.

    There is untouched, beautiful nature.

The unique systems of this world, which don’t exist in reality, drew Nyongmom in.

On his first day in this world, Nyongmom was more innocent than anyone. He fell in love with this world more than anyone else.

He traveled to various places, trying to befriend the residents, the NPCs.

However, what he received in return were cold stares and hostile attitudes.

Even the guards in the starting village mistook him for a monster and almost attacked him.

Nyongmom understood their behavior. They say first impressions are the most important when meeting someone.

He looked at his body, his purple skin, and nodded. Even he found his appearance grotesque, so how could others feel any different?

    Nyongmom turned away.

With a wounded heart, Nyongmom began to mingle with other players. He thought they would understand him since they came from the same world.

But they were no different. The players who became handsome or beautiful upon entering this world avoided Nyongmom, who looked like a monster.

Some even looked at him with disgust. There were those who talked behind his back loud enough for him to hear. Every time he proposed forming a party, he was rejected.

Those who refused, saying they were busy or tired, would form parties with other players.

Nyongmom could only watch from a distance.

Nyongmom thought. If people avoided him because of his appearance, then he just needed to become stronger.

If he grew his abilities and became overwhelmingly strong and special, everyone would accept him.

    Nyongmom began to work hard.

He hunted monsters, reducing his sleep to level up. He faced death multiple times. Each time, he wanted to give up, but remembering the cold stares of others, he pushed forward.

Nyongmom was afraid of being ostracized in this beautiful world.

    But.

No matter how strong he became, the situation didn’t change. Even with a higher level than others, he couldn’t form a permanent party.

Occasionally, some would accept his party invitations, but the hidden disgust they showed tore at his heart.

The void left in his heart was filled with hatred. At first, he hated the NPCs who refused to sell him items. That hatred grew, eventually extending to the world itself and the players who ignored him.

Around that time, Nyongmom gained a talent awakening skill.

He received the talent skill [Hatred]

It was also around then that Nyongmom met the little priestess, Supreme.

Supreme was the first to approach Nyongmom without prejudice.

Even during party hunts, she never showed any signs of disgust. She never asked why he looked the way he did.

She treated Nyongmom just like any other player, without bias.

That’s why Nyongmom told Supreme his real name, the name he used in his previous world. And then they parted ways.

A lot of time passed after that. For Nyongmom, time was like a blade. Each passing moment cut deeper into his heart.

Then, in Foxtail, he met the little priestess again. Supreme approached him first, calling him by the name he had given her, Chan-sung.

She hadn’t forgotten him. She approached him first. She treated him the same as before.

Nyongmom couldn’t remember the conversation they had that day. He was too focused on the strange feeling stirring deep within him.

And that evening, Nyongmom was sure the feeling he had was friendship. He had made his first friend in this world.

Of course, this was only Nyongmom’s thought. He knew that. But he chose to believe it.

Because otherwise, he couldn’t endure it.

He worked hard to avoid being ignored. He worked hard to be acknowledged. He worked hard to escape the monstrous appearance of his purple skin.

    And then.

    Now.

    Unintentionally, everything had come together.

Nyongmom looked at Supreme again. And he asked.

    “Sister Supreme.”

    “Yes?”

    “Do you like this world?”

The moment the question was asked, Supreme’s eyes softened. Her sparkling eyes curved like crescent moons, lighting up the surroundings.

    “Of course!”

    An answer without hesitation.

That answer sharpened the dulled blade. Nyongmom continued to ask. He brought up what he had been too afraid to ask before.

    “We’re friends, right?”

    Even to the sudden question.

    “Yes!”

    An answer without hesitation.

A subtle smile appeared on the little fairy knight’s lips. And he looked at the little girls sitting before him.

A priest, a ranger, and a mage. The party was missing one crucial role. And he could fill that gap.

    Anticipation welled up.

    Nyongmom asked again.

“By any chance, do you need a good tank?”

A permanent party invitation he had never brought up before. He was afraid of the answer, but Nyongmom waited.

    And then.

    “Yes!”

    His expectations were not betrayed.

The answer he wanted came back
