Just as other users are mentioning, it might be called a faction in name only.

In reality, the forces that were supposed to function as hidden power were largely wiped out during the Humanity Rebellion.

Although the Leviathan Squadron’s forces had increased, its status had fallen to essentially “just a slightly stronger mercenary group with a base.”

And as for its function as a “faction,” Humanity had already taken over by consuming the Earth Federation’s main bases and capital.

It’s a story from 7 years ago now, so whether I like it or not, it’s quite hazy.

Still, the facilities appearing on the “Level 10” upgrade list were completely different from what I vaguely remembered.

No matter how much I searched, I couldn’t find any explanation about Level 10 upgrades.

I wondered if our god-tier Wiki historians were neglecting their duties, and found myself tilting my head again.

Just before possession, like 1-2 months before, they did a major overhaul of the base system starting from Level 10

It was one of the desperate attempts to save a dying game

The problem is that by that time, almost all remaining users had gone extinct, so hardly anyone knows about it

Even when people talk about it, veteran players downvote because it’s different from what they know, so proper cross-verification is often impossible

And when something gets uploaded to the Wiki tab, the management team does a final review to check if it’s correct

Because it’s such an old matter + few users experienced it + even those people rely on memory, there are many gaps

Due to this nightmare collaboration, Wiki articles related to Level 10 bases keep getting rejected
