“What the, kugh.”

Naturally, the story of how that pink-pink Betelgeuse was elevated to Living Jesus status had flowed all the way here through the gallery.

I was feeling a sense of kinship with Betelgeuse while watching such scenes on the gallery.

Of course, this might seem obvious but…

    Get lost FFS

What kind of weird nickname are they pushing on me

    Am I Icarus or something?

    Comments:

-[O Living Jesus, please bestow your blessings upon these cripples!]

    -[LOLOLOL]

-[Gets backstabbed once and now you’re treated like a living saint LOL]

    -[He is the prophet]

    -˪[Ooooh]

    -[Ooooh Betelgeuse Ooooh]

And as you can see from that post Betelgeuse wrote himself.

It seemed he felt quite burdened by such treatment and was openly showing his rejection.

But when you deny something that’s already established as a meme in both the gallery and reality(?), it only gets more deeply ingrained in other users’ minds.

So as advice for Betelgeuse, I quietly posted something to help him face reality.

    Just give up

I realized this after getting about 20 shitty nicknames myself

    -˪[That’s too long! Shorten it!]

-˪[This is already shortened as much as possible]

-[Looking at that insane collection of nicknames that’s practically spam, sometimes acceptance might be the way to go]

Anyway, like that, somehow the Loki Clan faction ended up just paying tribute and having resources plundered.

Unlike other users who were experiencing what real plundering was like in the “Pirate Union” territory, other factions were exploiting users in their own ways.

Especially unlike Humanity, in the remaining territories, the “representative” clans of those factions hadn’t completely taken control of their territories.

In fact, they were either submitting to the factions or acting as puppets(?) like the Magellan Clan.

This made it impossible for regular users or those called “anti-faction” users to resist.

Of course, whether the remaining clans excluding Humanity could resist the factions if they united was another story…

While I and other Central Zone users were watching the gallery eating popcorn, witnessing the suffering of users in surrounding zones:

    Look at Humanity FFS

So many people united with one heart and mind, even taking down a faction

But we’re all FFS living separately on our own so we can’t resist the factions

If we unite and fight now, we still have a chance to win

    Comments:

    -[ARGGHHH]

-[For real, these so-called major clans are just being lapdogs]

-[Does it make sense for users to backstab each other? Seriously]

    -[Yeah I agree]

As users started suggesting they should unite to resist the factions.

A veteran who had also been beaten by factions started explaining logically why that would be impossible.

Someone mentioned this before, but the reason Humanity could overthrow the Earth Federation was:

For over 3 years, they consistently worked to convert what should have been Federation forces into their own

Meanwhile they weakened the Federation’s main forces to almost half their strength

Then they mobilized everything: the faction detachment they’d converted, garrison mercenaries, user-hired mercenaries + direct mercenaries, and subordinate clan user fleets

And when that wasn’t enough, they gathered mercenary users from the Central Zone and surrounding zones

The total fleet points gathered this way reached about 400 million

But even with the Earth Federation missing the Leviathan Squadron and having lost more than half their forces, they still had more military power than Humanity’s total forces

Probably around 500 or 600 million

Humanity barely won thanks to users’ unique Superhuman multi-buffs, it definitely wasn’t an easy victory

They almost lost, and even after winning, they suffered so much damage that there were rumors about Humanity collapsing

The important point is that it’s too late for other clans or zone users to do what Humanity did

    Why?

The Xenovia Empire, which has the smallest numbers among the remaining factions, easily reaches 450-500 million points when all their fleets are combined

The Pirate Union, which has the most, has 1.5 billion

In this situation, how are users in each faction territory, who have less total power than Humanity’s alliance, supposed to do anything? LOL

Content: [Screenshot of a Humanity Clan ‘executive’ verification, username is censored.jpg]

We managed to reduce the Xenovia Empire’s fleet points through all kinds of methods and still almost lost

It was hilarious watching people talk about winning against enemies that have become even stronger

But these mindless collective intelligence idiots keep saying “anyway, we’ll win” without any facts

And they gang up on anyone who disagrees with their opinion, which was really annoying

Anyway, good luck. We’ll just eat popcorn and watch from here

With the veteran’s incisive comments and the Humanity executive’s merciless fact-bombing.

Although sadly, after being discovered by Humanity’s clan leader and top executive who had been silent until then, nothing more was heard from him.

But thanks to his sacrifice, users realized just how powerful and massive these factions they had underestimated actually were.

Except for some extreme anti-faction users, the rest hurriedly began making efforts to improve their seriously damaged relationships with the factions.
