And now.

<Notice: Haha we’re screwed>
<Icarus has entered.>
-[F**k](Icarus)

-[Lol](Icarus)
-[LOLOLOLOLOLOL]
-[That’s justified anger]
-[LOLOL]
-[I’m sorry](Antares)
—————————————–
At that moment when I was openly fuming at Humanity and Antares like that.
Unfortunately, as everyone could see by this point, Humanity had no option but to say “Haha LOL;; Sorry!!” to me.

<Humanity Official Chat Room>
<Notice: Haha we’re screwed>
-[But we have no way to come help you LOLOL]
-[What?](Icarus)
-[The Petrograd gateway that would let us get to you is blocked so we can’t come]
-[How long does that take?]
-[About a week I think]
-[Oh](Icarus)
—————————————–
Upon hearing that Humanity’s forces couldn’t come to help with cleanup due to the “pranks” of the Leviathan-class and its fleet.
I had no choice but to mutter all kinds of curses under my breath and hurriedly respond to that damned NPC fleet.
==========
If there was one fortunate thing, unlike the ugly behavior of Petrograd users I saw in the gallery.
The users in the so-called “Icarus Triangle (···)” including Tannhäuser, perhaps because many of them had nowhere else to go.

<Triangle Zone Official Chat Room>
<Notice: Leviathan Fleet appeared at Tannhäuser, danger>
-[Did they come to demolish our home?]
-[Not a chance, aaaargh!!]
-[Everyone bring out your ships, we need every single one]
-[Waaah]
—————————————–
Not just the users docked at Tannhäuser, but also those from Avalon or Barracuda.
Even users who were peacefully living pastoral lives “inside” the Triangle Zone hurriedly brought their fleets.
So while a total of about 3,700 user fleets were creating an exciting and fun standoff situation with the Leviathan Fleet.
“Deploy all available ships including the Kraken.”
“Commander, how should we arrange them?”
“Put the Kraken and regular ships at the front, and place Ouroboros, Hresvelgr and the rest at the very back of the fleet.”
“Understood.”
“Tell Neranza to prepare to somehow land effective hits on the Leviathan or Jormungand-class, but don’t tell them to get too close since their periscopes will get blown up by the anti-aircraft systems.”
“Understood.”
I mobilized all ships except for the already exploded “D”.
“And contact Captain Lephan, Aquarius, and Bendaloff to deploy immediately.”
“Yes, Commander.”
“Oh, and also ask Princess Luca to deploy the monster fleet as well.”
“Okay.”
After deciding to mobilize the mercenary groups that weren’t part of the main force, as well as Princess Luca’s personal-hobby fleet that hadn’t been deployed in the previous battle.
-Thud, bang!
“I never thought I’d use this.”
“…What is that?”
“What else? It’s a sewing machine.”
In order to mass-produce mercenary groups at any time for emergencies and wage a war of attrition against that damn Leviathan Fleet.
I came to the mercenary dispatch office rather than the command center and placed a ‘sewing machine’ on the mercenary hiring button.
Of course, seeing me like this, Jessica asked something along the lines of “where on earth did you get that?” but.
“Where did you get that from, Commander?”
“That’s not important, Jessi-Jessi-Jessica.”
“Ah, yes.”
After telling Jessica that such things weren’t important, I started browsing through the wiki tab to deal with that damn Leviathan-class.
But when I actually saw the settings and specifications for the Leviathan-class, I felt emotions that were difficult to put into words in many ways.

Title: Earth Federation Battleship Leviathan-class Explanation
Author: Wiki Historian mk-45
Content: [Leviathan-class concept art.jpg]
Unlike other Earth Federation super-dreadnoughts, the Leviathan-class doesn’t carry any special unique armaments
It doesn’t have special purpose mega-cannons like the Jormungand or Ouroboros
It doesn’t have super-large missiles like the Hresvelgr
It’s not even like the Yggdrasil that spits out massive numbers of carrier-based aircraft, yet why is it considered the Earth Federation’s strongest ship?
Because it’s the ship that best fits what people think of as an all-rounder
It’s just a hexagonal ship in terms of performance, but that hexagon is at the same level as what other ships specialize in
Here’s a clean performance evaluation
Firepower = Extremely strong, no special weapons but each main gun can simply vaporize cruisers and below, and even battleship armor just gets penetrated, no defensive countermeasures
And not just the main guns, the secondary guns can also inflict significant damage on battleship-class ships
VLS are also hidden all around so it just hurts like hell
Mobility = Extremely fast for its size
Of course, that’s relative to its size, but as someone once said
“It’s slower than you think, but faster than you think” is the evaluation
Defense = The alpha and omega of the Leviathan-class
Unlike Xenovia, it doesn’t have shields, so it compensates with ridiculously thick armor plating everywhere
How thick? While other ships’ propulsion systems whine after taking just light torpedoes, this thing needs dozens of heavy torpedoes to go down
And its anti-aircraft capabilities are insanely enhanced, far-far exceeding the Jormungand-class
If the Jormungand-class needs to mobilize all anti-aircraft systems to shred a medium cruiser, this thing can shred 10 medium cruisers simultaneously
And you’d need to throw not 10,000 but 100,000 carrier-based aircraft at it to land an effective hit
Because anything less than that will melt before the aircraft can land effective hits
Plus, all the various sensors and other external systems that would normally be extremely vulnerable are all systematically reinforced, making it really damn hard to take down
And the Leviathan has one really nasty characteristic from a user’s perspective
It never travels alone
It always moves with its dedicated escort fleet consisting of Jormungand-class, Yggdrasil-class, and the “Behemoth-class” and “Nidhogg-class” dedicated escort ships, which would be level 100 if we were talking about levels
That’s what they call the Leviathan Fleet
And separately from the fleet, it’s almost always with the Earth Defense Fleet
So to take down a Leviathan, you’d need at least 100,000 users minimum
And that’s with users who are decked out with SSS-class superhumans and ships
Anyway, because of these specs, no user has ever obtained a Leviathan
Actually, there are hardly any users who’ve gotten the faction flagship ships including the Jormungand-class below it
Comments
-[The specs are insane]
-[LOLOLOL wow that’s hot]
-[Whaaaat]
-[Does that 100,000 include the Earth Defense Fleet?]
-˪[Yes](Author)
-[How about revising the conclusion at the end?]
-˪[Recently Humanity gathered 150,000 users, about 3,000 base mercenary groups, and scraped together user-hired mercenary groups and faction delegations to throw at the Earth Defense Fleet but failed to sink the Leviathan and its fleet]
-˪[They even mobilized the fleet and fortress cannons of Balthazar, a level 9 base, and still couldn’t take it down]
-˪[Yeah I’ll update it soon](Author)
-˪[It was stronger than expected](Author)
-˪[Good]

No matter how much I looked, there were no weakness exploits, just Leviathan praise articles.
My face could only fill with worry and concern.
And in the midst of all this…
-Beep beep beep!
“Commander, numerous commanders’ fleets are gathering in the airspace near Tannhäuser!”
“Ah, these damn piranhas.”
With news that the Leviathan and its fleet had appeared at Tannhäuser, one-third came to watch.
Another third were those waiting to take over and land the finishing blow on the Leviathan if we got crushed.
And the final third were predatory bastards who didn’t care about the Leviathan but wanted to feast on the Triangle Zone users if we fell. As about 10,000 users appeared.
I felt like my head was about to explode, not knowing how to resolve this situation.
But that thought was short-lived…
-Beep beep beep!
“…Huh? Commander?”
“What now, more piranhas and predators swarming in?”
“No, that’s not it… the Leviathan is hailing us.”
“…Are they demanding our surrender?”
“Um no, they’re saying they want to surrender to us?”
“Huh?”
“Yes.”
Hearing Jessica’s words.
I felt like my head, which had been on the verge of short-circuiting until just a moment ago, couldn’t process this surprising information and was about to explode.
