We sometimes make the mistake of losing sight of what’s essential.

Just as chess is a game about capturing the opponent’s king, World of Arsheria is a game about burning the enemy’s World Tree.

To kill enemies more effectively, you need to build appropriate items, stats, and compositions.

That’s why many pros have conducted extensive research to establish what we call the “meta.”

When tactical abilities are similar between teams, strategies that control the overall flow of the game become important.

But here’s where priorities get reversed.

You choose specific compositions to effectively kill enemies, but without the tactical ability to support it, that composition becomes useless.

What’s theoretically good and what’s most suitable are distinctly different.

The 2-archer composition is only effective at diamond rank and above.

It’s not about 40% or 50% hit rates.

Adella’s teammates couldn’t utilize the tactical operations of an archer-based strategy on long-range maps at all.

Everyone needs to spread out for damage angles, cover each other’s blind spots, and communicate closely so no teammate falls behind.

Since these operational skills don’t improve in the short term, I had to find another solution.

Let’s find strategies that maximize each person’s tactical abilities.

So operations can flow naturally using knowledge that’s already ingrained.

I consider the win rates by tier and class in World of Arsheria, along with counter strategies for each.

I examine which classes Adella’s teammates are most proficient with, and eliminate strategies that don’t work one by one.

I opened three windows to watch different scrim matches simultaneously, looking for weaknesses in other teams.

While others start from the roots, I started from the trunk to formulate a new strategy.

None of the six are good with Demon Hunter, so skip that. Use the easiest classes – Sword Knight and Axe Warrior, and give Warrior to Adella.

Considering each healer class’s expected healing per second, KDA, DPS, survival rate, and object engagement time, I created item builds.

One question came to mind.

In this ranged-dominant meta, can we completely ignore archers’ attacks and cross the bridge?

The bridge is extremely long.

Even if tanks take turns absorbing damage, they’ll be wiped out. Even extreme compositions like 4 tanks 2 healers, 3 tanks 3 healers, or 2 tanks 4 healers would be at a disadvantage.

Most, if not all strategies had potential counters, and there were valid reasons why certain strategies weren’t used.

Except for one.

Now that I’ve provided the strategic framework, their coaches can develop the specific tactics.

After working on builds late into the night, it was suddenly 5 AM.

Developing game strategies is so easy, but life isn’t like that at all.

Without clear goals, I can’t properly establish strategies, tactics, or builds.

Is eliminating Walpurgis really my ultimate goal?
