The problem was, as you could see from the gallery posts and comments I read, unless you went “directly” to the base of a commander who had the outfit to receive it, there was absolutely no way to obtain one.

Even with gold and resources, users couldn’t get them immediately, so they were practically having a meltdown over wanting to dress their characters in sexy outfits.

But such outbursts didn’t last long, because…

Our brilliant admins, who proved they were monitoring the situation, showed an excellent response by creating a clothes market(?) in the trading market.

Of course, their quick action was likely because recent excessive hoarding had dried up transactions in the trading market, causing the value of “gold” to plummet exponentially almost daily, and they wanted to address this somehow…

Anyway, now that outfit-skin trading between users was possible, countless users including myself praised the admins’ response and naturally headed to the clothes market.
