Ch.258258. Read the Terms and Conditions Carefully

    “Well… it’s nice.”

    “How nice is it?”

Caught off guard by the unexpected question, I hesitated for a moment, my lips moving slightly as I considered my answer.

…How much do I like breasts? Is that something I need to put into words? A woman’s breasts are symbols of motherhood and the ideal of men. They’re precious body parts that couldn’t be traded for the entire universe… but trying to express this verbally seemed like it would come across strange.

So I hesitated a bit, but in situations like this, no answer is an answer in itself. Silence means I like breasts too much to explain in words.

“Hmm… do you really like breasts that much?”

I unconsciously started to nod before forcing myself to stop. Perhaps because of the soft sensation at my fingertips, I’m finding it harder than usual to hide my true feelings.

This isn’t good. I’m a man with pride. Being completely led around by Hwa Nabi doesn’t seem right, does it? Especially in bed—that’s unacceptable for a man.

A real man should always take control, act with gravitas, no matter where or when…

“If you answer, I’ll let you touch my breasts.”

    “…I like them very much.”

…I once had such thoughts too. When I quickly answered her question, Hwa Nabi smiled faintly and moved her body closer. As our already-touching hands naturally moved inward, I began to feel the world’s softest, squishiest sensation at my fingertips.

What? Male pride? I guarantee, in front of overwhelming breasts, such things are useless. Pride is something you show to other men, not to your woman. What good is pride anyway? It’s not like pride will let you touch breasts or feed you.

Even while having these pointless thoughts, I focused all my senses on my fingertips. I wanted to cherish this moment. However, despite my efforts, Hwa Nabi slowly straightened her waist and moved slightly backward. She shifted from sitting on my upper body to my lower body.

Naturally, my connected hand lost its place and fell onto the bed sheet. Just a moment ago I felt like I owned the world, but now that the soft sensation was gone, the sense of loss was no joke.

“What, did you want to touch more?”

If I answer honestly here, will she let me touch more? While I was seriously contemplating this, Hwa Nabi chuckled. Her expression said she knew I would react this way.

“This is just the preview. I’ll let you touch a lot more later, so be patient for now.”

“When does the main feature premiere?”

“Hmm, that depends on what my husband does, doesn’t it?”

So this is why movie trailers are made with such tension. To maintain the audience’s anticipation…

A preview for something that isn’t even a movie. It seemed unreasonable to me, but I had to accept it. If I touched her just because I wanted to, I might end up being disliked, so I should just do as I’m told.

“…What exactly do I need to do?”

Just a minute ago I was going on about taking control, but here I am asking such a question less than a minute later. I had a feeling I might end up giving her everything, but having come this far, I couldn’t stop.

When a man draws his sword, he should cut something with it. In my situation, it’s not drawing a sword but extending my hand, and not cutting but touching… anyway, let’s skip the minor details.

“Since I went to the trouble of wearing my school uniform… it would be boring not to do anything. So shall we play a few games?”

    “A few?”

Not just one? Hwa Nabi didn’t answer my question, but instead grabbed her phone from the bedside. She busily tapped the screen with her fingers. Curious, I glanced over and saw she was opening some app.

    “Ta-da, a balance game.”

    “…A balance game?”

“You’ve heard of it, right? A game where you hear two questions and choose the one you think is better.”

    “Yeah, I know it, but…”

I was about to ask why she suddenly brought this up when she seemed ready to do something else, but I swallowed my words.

Her eyes were sparkling too brightly for such a question. Rather than saying something that might ruin the mood… it would be better if I just went along with it.

“What do you think, won’t it be fun?”

“Sure… I don’t mind playing, but can we determine a winner with this?”

There needs to be a way to determine who wins so I can legally touch Hwa Nabi’s breasts…

When I asked this question with such calculation behind it, Hwa Nabi smiled meaningfully. She seemed to see right through my pretense.

“We can do five questions, and whoever passes more times loses.”

“Wouldn’t that favor the person who gets more easy questions?”

“That’s what makes it fun. It’s exciting because you don’t know who will win.”

    “…Alright, let’s do that. Should I start?”

“Yes. Let’s start with my eager husband.”

Honestly, I wanted to steal a kiss right away, games be damned, but I restrained myself and urged her on. Hwa Nabi looked at me as if I were cute, then lay down beside me with a suppressed laugh.

So we stuck close together, sharing one pillow, ready to begin.

The first question, before starting the game proper, asked if both people agreed to the terms of service. I answered that I agreed without reading the full text, then moved on to display the second question on the screen.

“You’re kissing your partner in front of your house and someone sees you. The witness is either your father or your partner’s father?”

“…What kind of question is this?”

The very first question was already absurd. Getting caught kissing Hwa Nabi is one thing, but the witness being either my father or my father-in-law? What kind of deadly dilemma is this?

Well, it’s not like we were doing anything wrong. We’re married, so there’s nothing to be ashamed of… but the very premise of being caught in such a situation makes my skin crawl. Why would we be kissing in front of the house anyway? We could do it in an empty alley, or somewhere further away.

After deliberating between the two options, I ultimately shook my head, unable to choose. I passed on the very first game.

    “Oh, you’re really passing? Really?”

    “Yeah, I can’t choose…”

I’d rather have a more explicit question in a different direction. I just can’t answer this type of question. It feels unacceptable internally. Just imagining the scene makes the back of my neck feel cold.

My somewhat conservative personality probably plays a role, and being a man too. Not that women would take it lightly either… but this explanation is getting messy, so let’s move on.

“Hmm, alright. That’s minus one point for you. Now it’s my turn, right?”

Hwa Nabi, already smiling like a winner, scrolled to the next question. As the loading bar gradually filled, I prayed silently until it was fully loaded.

Please, let the next question be so extreme that Hwa Nabi can’t answer it either…!

“Talking while doing it, or communicating only with your body…”

Hwa Nabi read the question aloud from the screen, then glanced at me. Her expression was peculiar. She seemed to be contemplating something, but why was she staring at my face while doing so?

That question was resolved shortly. After observing me quietly, Hwa Nabi suddenly tilted her head and said:

“I don’t even need to choose this one. We’re always the former, aren’t we?”

“That’s irrelevant, isn’t it? You’re supposed to choose which one you prefer.”

“Ah, I see. Well, I think I prefer the first option anyway.”

Hwa Nabi pressed the first option without a moment’s hesitation. That is, she preferred talking while doing it.

“Don’t you prefer talking while doing it too?”

“Well… I’ve never really thought about it, so I’m not sure.”

“No, I think the first option is right for you. You really like it when I say naughty things sometimes.”

    “……”

Well, who wouldn’t like that? The question was too awkward to answer, so I remained silent, and Hwa Nabi tactfully operated the phone.

With a simple screen transition effect, my question appeared.

[Doing it three times a day vs. once every three months]

    “Wow, that’s really extreme.”

“That’s what balance games are like…”

But still, isn’t this too extreme? I wonder who came up with such a question.

Doing that sort of thing three times a day, or just once every three months? This is supposed to be a balance game, but there’s no balance at all. Wouldn’t once a day or once a month be more reasonable?

I complained internally, but the question on the screen didn’t change. I had to make a choice.

For some reason, when my finger showed signs of moving to the right option, Hwa Nabi’s expression suddenly hardened. It was a subtle change, but detecting it, I glanced at her expression from the corner of my eye and pressed the left option.

[Doing it three times a day]

“Hmm, so you think doing it three times a day is better?”

“Yeah, that’s better than once every three months.”

In reality, doing it three times a day would be too much to handle. But since this is just a game, and choosing this doesn’t mean we actually have to do it, I selected it lightly.

    “…Hmm, I see. Three times a day.”

Hwa Nabi kept laughing beside me, which was a little—no, very—concerning, but I pretended not to notice. Ignoring her delighted laughter, I operated the phone to display the next question.

“Lights on or lights off. Which do you prefer?”

It’s a very ordinary question that clearly reveals personal preference. It might be bad news for me, but it’s not entirely negative since I can use it for future reference.

With that mindset, I asked casually, but Hwa Nabi suddenly got up slowly from her seat. Then she pressed the light control button attached to the bedside, turning off all the bedroom lights and leaving only a faint night light on.

The bedroom curtains were pitch-black blackout curtains. Now the only light in the room came from the phone screen and the orange night light.

“Why did you suddenly turn off the lights?”

“Why? Didn’t you agree to the terms before starting the balance game?”

I was about to ask what terms, when I suddenly remembered.

Ah, I did tap to agree to some terms before starting the game. But what does that have to do with this?

“The last clause of the terms. ‘You must absolutely fulfill the option you choose, come what may.’ It was written in large letters. Didn’t you see it?”

    “…There was such a clause?”

As I faltered in confusion, Hwa Nabi approached slowly on all fours, using her knees and hands.

On the surface, she looked like a cat walking toward me… but to my eyes, for some reason, she appeared not as a cat but as a lioness that had spotted her prey.

“Once you agree, you know you can’t take it back, right?”
