    Ch.251-10.5. Honeymoon (1)

    # 10.5. Honeymoon (1)

We couldn’t go on a honeymoon after getting married.

We were busy, and the circumstances weren’t great, so it was difficult.

Still, I always kept that dream in a corner of my heart.

“I want to go on a honeymoon.”

Isn’t it unfair? Everyone else gets married, goes on a honeymoon, laughs and has fun with their wives, but I couldn’t do that…

There couldn’t be anything more unfair in this world.

Plus, the reactions from people around me were pretty good.

Lately, everyone seemed to treat me like garbage, but when I brought this up, they agreed it was a good idea.

“A honeymoon? That sounds great! Your sister must have had a hard time, so go have some fun together.”

    “Is it okay?”

“Of course, after what you did, you should at least do that much for her.”

Aelin was thinking quite positively about it.

However, that expression “what you did” mixed in her words bothered me a bit.

    “Am I really garbage?”

    “Yes.”

    “How bad?”

“Too bad to even be recycled.”

    “…”

I had nothing… absolutely nothing I could say.

After that conversation that left me speechless, while I was drinking tea, somehow a familiar face caught my eye.

That person was approaching here with a deeply furrowed brow, as if something was wrong.

And… with both fists clenched as tightly as possible.

    “Haha… Hello? It’s been a while?”

“You…! How dare you say it’s been a while?!”

He swung his beast-like, sturdy fist.

That fist was emanating enough spirit to pierce through everything that existed before him.

I activated [Mortal’s End] and caught his fist with both hands.

    -KWAKWAKWABANG!!!-

It was heavy, like an entire castle.

The heavy fist threatened me, and I stood my ground, putting all my strength into my feet.

Then my body, which had been gradually pushed back, seemed to regain its senses and stopped.

Steam rose from my hands that caught the blow, and a small amount of blood flowed out as if my skin had been scraped off.

    ‘He’s serious…’

If he had just swung his fists like this, I wondered if he could have defeated Bael by himself. That’s how serious he was.

By that point, I was starting to regret calling him.

    “Um… please calm down…”

“If you were in my position, could you calm down?!”

“Of course… not, but wait a moment. Let me explain why I called you.”

At least he listened quietly as I continued speaking.

    That was somewhat fortunate.

“We couldn’t go on our honeymoon, so we’re planning to go now… is that okay?”

    “Honeymoon…?”

“Yes! But let’s put down that fist… and talk.”

When the word “honeymoon” came out, he seemed to come to his senses and barely managed to lower his fist.

I also relaxed and released my skill.

    “Not a bad idea, right?”

“That’s one thing, but why did you do it?”

    “Ah…”

He had calmed down, but it seemed what he really wanted to know wasn’t about the honeymoon.

Since I didn’t want to make excuses, I risked my life to change the subject.

“What do you think Elly would like? The sea? A valley? Those places would be better than the city, right?”

“Of course, she’d like the sea.”

“Yes, I like the sea too.”

    “So?”

It seemed this person had no intention of giving up.

Looking at the familiar gaze I could feel from far away, I asked.

“Um… couldn’t you ask Elly instead of me?”

“You don’t want to talk about it? If you don’t, just say so.”

“Yes, I don’t want to talk about it.”

    “…”

He was at a loss for words when I responded so brazenly.

Instead, his clenched fist was gradually rising again.

It seemed like this wasn’t going to just blow over, so I decided to take a risky move.

A risky move that would leave me with absolutely nothing to gain.

“Just hit me until you feel better.”

    ***

    -PUCK! PUPUPUCK!?! KWABANG!!-

The sound of fists and groans creeping up from below…

Riel was watching with an expression as if she were watching an exciting TV show.

    “Wow… that must hurt.”

“When do you think it will end?”

“I’m not sure? There’s no sign of it ending yet.”

She also sat next to Riel, watching the scene.

Although she felt sorry for him, she had no intention of helping since it was the path he had chosen.

That was definitely the case, but…

“When is this going to end?”

Ten minutes, twenty minutes, an hour passed, and it still didn’t end.

Just when she was starting to think she should give up and stop them, he stopped.

“Please bring that person over here.”

    “Yes!”

    Riel ran over excitedly.

Albert, whose body was covered in blood, somehow managed to reach where she was with Riel’s help.

    “Ah…”

Albert was somehow standing with his battered body.

Moreover, he opened his mouth as if nothing was wrong.

    “Honey.”

    “Yes? But are you okay?”

“More importantly… shall we go on our honeymoon?”

    ***

And that’s how they came on their honeymoon.

Of course, the destination was Claude, a port city and city-state located near the sea that both of them loved so much.

Being quite distant from other countries, Claude had been disconnected from wars for a long time and was always fulfilling its role as a tourist destination.

They too had come to this place, which was considered one of the top honeymoon destinations for everyone.

    Albert took a deep breath.

“Wow! The smell of the sea!! The surrounding magic feels refreshing because of the sea!”

The salty smell of the sea, which he had never experienced before, made him realize that they were finally on a proper vacation.

Elizabeth also smelled it and, though she didn’t show it, was really enjoying it.

Behind the two of them was a person with an awkward expression, staring blankly.

    “The sea…?”

“Is this your first time at the sea?”

“Yeah… first time in my life…”

“Really… what have you been doing all this time?”

It was somewhat realistic since if one was engaged in special cases like training, they would mostly be stuck at home, and even if they received missions, the reality was that there was no sea to be found on the continent no matter how hard one looked.

Moreover, since the Babylon Kingdom didn’t have media like mobile phones or televisions, it was inevitable that such experiences would be limited.

    “Here, wear this.”

    “What is it? Glasses?”

    “They’re a bit different.”

Lilith put on the sunglasses she was handed and looked around in surprise, turning her head this way and that.

Her innocent appearance, like a country girl… was so different from her usual image.

    “What are you doing?”

“No… it suddenly got dark… but, is this… because of the sun?”

“That’s right, I thought you wouldn’t like that.”

As if she had never received such consideration before, she was really happy about something so trivial.

Her eyes were smiling so much that it was visible even with the sunglasses on.

Elizabeth spoke in a voice soft enough that only Albert could hear.

    “It makes me sick…?”

“Don’t show it too much, you know I love her…”

It was heartbreaking to see her being so considerate.

Of course, Elizabeth had reason to feel hurt, but it was a situation she could fully understand.

After all, this honeymoon was also meant to help them get closer to Lilith.

“You’re really terrible… can you even call yourself human?”

    “I’m sorry.”

    “You’re not sorry at all.”

“Anyway! Since we’re here to have fun, let’s just enjoy ourselves without thinking about anything else for now!”

    She agreed with that opinion.

There’s probably no one who would want to say unpleasant things after coming all the way here.

Albert gave Lilith, who was smiling after hearing only his last words, a strange look.

    “What’s wrong…?”

“You’re not planning to go into the water like that, are you?”

    “O-Of course not…! I know that…!!”

Her face, as she raised her voice, was gradually turning red.

Albert said to her as she twisted her body and blinked her eyes severely.

“Come out wearing it together, I’ll be waiting.”

    ***

The two people, excluding Albert, entered the changing room together in a rather awkward situation.

Moreover, there was no one else inside, which made it even more awkward.

In that suffocating situation, the first to break the silence was Elizabeth.

Elizabeth slowly… very slowly grabbed her chest with both hands as she was undressing.

    “Kyaaaak!!!”

“You’re bigger than I thought. I knew you were big, but to this extent… I thought I was pretty decent myself, but this makes me a bit insecure!”

    “N-No… no…! That…”

She was so surprised that she couldn’t even speak properly. Elizabeth wanted to tease her more but restrained herself and let go.

    Then she was breathing heavily.

“Since it’s come to this, don’t be self-conscious. I think it would be more comfortable for you too.”

    “But… that’s not something I can control…”

“Then let’s take it slow. First…”

Elizabeth looked her up and down.

    “You’re fully prepared, I’m surprised.”

    “This isn’t something I prepared…”

“But what’s wrong with your body? Are you sick?”

Since earlier, or more precisely, since that day, she had been twisting her body little by little.

Noticing her gaze gradually moving downward, she hastily spoke.

    “It’s… it’s nothing special!! Really…!”

“Is that so? Then let’s go out.”

The two of them, dressed in swimsuits, linked arms and left the changing room.

“He’ll be really surprised when we go out like this. Look forward to it.”

    ***

    A brief moment.

When that brief moment, which felt both long and short, came to an end, a situation where I had no idea where to look, in many ways, came upon me.

While Elly’s appearance was also incomparably different from usual, to the point where comparing would be disrespectful, Lilith’s was truly overwhelming.

At that time, I wasn’t fully aware because I wasn’t in my right mind, but… really… her figure was incredible.

It was an ordinary bikini no different from others, but the overwhelming presence emanating from her physique was on another level.

    “Wow…”
