I have much better gear and overwhelmingly higher health and defense than Middle School 2nd Year Arang, but I still got staggered. The stagger from losing 55% HP prevented me from moving.

So how did Middle School 2nd Year Arang avoid getting staggered?

There are a few ways to avoid getting staggered.

First, the well-known Poise stat. It’s a passive that tanks have to negate staggers. But Middle School 2nd Year Arang is a Sword Master, so that’s not it.

Second, Poise options on gear. But to negate stagger from 95% HP damage with Poise, you need at least 1000 Poise stat. It’s simply impossible. Middle School 2nd Year Arang’s gear is from the Underground Cave anyway.

Third, hacking and illegal modification.

But LEORE officially announced that Middle School 2nd Year Arang is not hacking or using illegal modifications.
