We headed to our usual fast food place.

I said.

Last time we conquered the sword-related dungeon.

I charged forward alone with just my dagger.

Axes and swords came swinging at me. I immediately understood why daggers were considered inferior weapons. The short reach meant I couldn’t get the first strike.

However, closing the distance gave the dagger an advantage. In close combat, the short reach was actually a benefit. It guaranteed speed.
