Chapter Index

“Student Doyoung… you’re hiding something from me, aren’t you?”

    “Hiccup! W-what do you mean, I don’t quite…”

Teacher Miso fired a sharp deduction at me, who had been quietly lying under the blanket without explanation.

Thanks to that, Doha-min and I faced a crisis from the start, before the introduction and development could even begin.

“Oh no, have we been caught already…? Doha-min, this is because you made unnecessary noise.”

    “Uugh… but it’s hard to breathe…”

    “Endure it, you’re a man…!”

“Being a man… makes this situation even harder to endure…”

“Ugh, how did she notice so quickly? Of course, anyone with a bit of awareness would have spotted Doha-min’s shoes sitting plainly in the entryway as soon as they came in… but I thought Teacher Miso would just let it slide…”

“Wha… what kind of person do you think she is normally?”

I was feeling slightly relieved somewhere deep inside.

I don’t mean to speak ill of Teacher Miso, but she was the type who often missed things around her when she was in a hurry.

    Her beloved class student,

who also happened to be her boyfriend’s younger brother, had nearly drowned during what should have been a memory-filled school trip, and then caught a terrible cold on top of it.

It would be impossible not to feel anxious.

When I heard her frantically opening the front door and rushing in, it was a bit nerve-wracking, but also somewhat reassuring.

I thought there was no way she’d notice Doha-min’s shoes sitting right in front of her.

I figured I could ease Teacher Miso’s worries,

send her back to her lodging, and then send Doha-min back to his room without any problems…

“To notice something strange so quickly… does losing your virginity enhance your insight?”

    “D-don’t say such disrespectful things…”

“Enough, just shut up and stay still. Just breathe. Don’t breathe loudly.”

To prevent any unnecessary words from leaking out, I buried Doha-min’s face deeper into the pillow that was at the head of the bed.

“There’s no point in hiding. The evidence is already all around us.”

    “W-what… I thought I hid everything perfectly.”

“You can’t fool a teacher’s eyes. Then what is this?”

Teacher Miso reached out her hand forcefully toward me.

Her hand left my sight for a moment

and returned with a half-empty cola bottle that had rolled under the table.

“Student Doyoung! You secretly went to the convenience store, didn’t you? Snacking before dinner!”

    “…Ah.”

“I told you to rest and lie down, but how could you go wandering outside like this?”

    “I’m sorry, Teacher.”

She might no longer be my virgin comrade,

but Teacher Miso was still Teacher Miso after all.

    .

    .

    .

“Anyway, I’m sorry for coming late, Student Doyoung. I wanted to come as soon as possible… but I thought it would be difficult to ask them to prepare food for a sick student before all the other students finished their meals…”

“I-it’s fine. I already had something light to eat.”

“No, when you have a cold, it’s better to eat a proper meal than snacks. Here, these are rice balls I had the kitchen staff make. Eat these and regain your strength.”

Teacher Miso placed a plate of rice balls in front of my blanket where I was lying.

Each grain of rice gleamed as brightly as Teacher Miso’s post-virginity skin, making them look truly appetizing.

Within the fluffy rice aroma, there was a peculiar hint of ocean scent and tanginess.

From the looks of it, the filling inside the rice balls seemed to be tuna and mayonnaise.

“How does it look? Delicious, right?”

    “…Yes. It looks really delicious.”

It must be delicious, surely it would be.

Fragrant carbohydrates are always welcome to a stomach that’s been skipping meals.

If only I weren’t hiding Doha-min under this blanket right now.

“Even if just for a moment, please sit up and eat. That’s how you’ll regain your strength.”

“R-right now is not good. I just finished snacking… if you leave them here, I’ll eat them on my own.”

“How could I be so inconsiderate? A patient shouldn’t be left to eat alone. I’ll stay here and watch until you eat at least one.”

    “Eek.”

Wait, I feel like I’ve heard that line somewhere before.

Who said it? I can’t remember.

I think it was someone really pretty with big breasts.

“R-right now I’m completely drenched in sweat and my clothes underneath are all disheveled… I don’t look presentable enough to…”

“You had no problem pointing your phone camera at Teacher’s slug, but now you’re suddenly shy?”

    “Ugh, curse past Ban Doyoung.”

What was holding Ban Doyoung back

was none other than Ban Doyoung’s past self.

“You were making strange noises from hunger just a while ago, so why are you acting like this now? Don’t stand on ceremony, eat comfortably.”

    “…”

    There was nowhere to escape.

At this point, I had no choice but to put the rice ball in my mouth while staying under the blanket as much as possible.

‘Brace yourself, Doha-min. I’m going to eat that rice ball now. Even if my bust jiggles against your face with my chewing motion, don’t move at all, got it?’

    ‘Uugh…’

    ‘Absolutely… don’t get hard either.’

After sending this wordless message to Doha-min without even exchanging glances,

I slowly extended my arm from under the blanket and picked up a rice ball from the plate.

“I need to take the smallest one… one I can eat in a single bite…”

Under normal circumstances, being on a school trip,

I would have chosen the triangular Japanese-style rice ball I’d never tried before,

but its generous size, far exceeding Ban Doyoung’s palm, seemed impossible to handle easily.

In the end, I picked up the small, round rice ball sitting next to it instead.

    “Oh? Student Doyoung…?”

    “…Yes?”

What is it? Could she have seen Doha-min’s silhouette under the blanket when I extended my arm?

“Why did you pick the small rice ball instead of the large one? I thought you’d go straight for the big one since you said you were hungry…”

“Well… this one looked more delicious.”

    “…”

    “…”

Oh no, even in my hurry, that was too obvious an excuse.

Anyone would think the large, neatly shaped triangular one would look more appetizing.

    “…Hehe.”

As I was lamenting my crisis management skills,

a smile as wide as her name spread across Teacher Miso’s face.

“Actually… that round rice ball next to the triangular one was made by me personally.”

“Ah, I see. No wonder it looked so appetizing.”

“Oh, come on… you’re flattering me. Though it is small and cute, perfect for eating in one bite.”

“As expected of Teacher Miso. I wonder if it’s okay for me to eat Teacher Miso’s handmade food before our household’s eldest son? I’m not sure if I should be getting ahead of Sol-young.”

“Oh please, it’s hardly worth calling cooking. It’s just this much.”

Being praised for one’s cooking always puts people in a good mood, regardless of gender.

Teacher Miso, receiving compliments for her rice ball, verbally expressed modesty saying she was embarrassed, but her eyes curving into crescents from her smile couldn’t be hidden.

“Besides, compared to the mala rose tteokbokki that Sol-young made for me the night before the school trip, this hardly qualifies as cooking…”

    “…Huh?”

    “…Ah.”

And truly unable to hide anything,

Teacher Miso spilled everything about that day as easily as her relaxed eyelids.

“Hmm, I wondered where our eldest son went in the early morning when he was supposed to return from leave, but it turns out he went to Teacher’s house to eat ramen.”

    “…”

“Of course, he didn’t just eat ramen, right? There was something small and cute, perfect for eating in one bite, openly available at home…?”

“Oh, I just realized I didn’t bring water for the rice balls! It would be terrible if you choked! I’ll go get some right away!”

With her face burning bright red, Teacher Miso fled out the front door as if escaping.

Judging by her frantic appearance, she probably didn’t notice Doha-min’s shoes still sitting in the entryway.

    “Phew… we barely survived.”

I realized this was the perfect example of “the dead Sol-young chasing away the living Miso.”

“Ugh, I was already all wet, and now I’m even more damp.”

After confirming that Teacher Miso had run outside, I pulled back the blanket that had been hiding Doha-min and me.

The inside of the blanket was already hot from the heat, and with two people lying pressed against each other, it was like a sauna.

“Hey, Doha-min. You can come out now. Teacher Miso is gone.”

    “Ughh…”

“Come on, get ready to leave quickly before Teacher Miso comes back. You need to return to your room before curfew.”

I patted Doha-min’s shoulder, who was still hiding inside the removed blanket, to wake him up.

“I was worried at first, but thanks to you holding out until the end, we somehow made it through safely.”

Despite some noise at the beginning,

Doha-min, who had fought his own battle alone in that dark, stuffy space, deserved plenty of praise.

“Kid, you’re pretty impressive. If I had a penis, I would have gotten hard right away in this situation. I told you to endure, but to think you actually… wait.”

    “…”

Doha-min, his face bright red, lay there as he had first collapsed, unable to respond to my words.

“Ah… so he was in a state where he couldn’t get hard to begin with.”

I laid the equipment-malfunctioning Doha-min across my lap.
