Ch.111111. Just Stay Still for a Moment!

Becoming accustomed to something is the same as becoming numb to it.

The more you adapt, the duller your response becomes.

It becomes difficult to notice when stimulation arrives.

A frog in boiling water. That was exactly my situation.

Since everyone had gone to attend lectures, it was unlikely anyone would come looking.

A secluded hiding place where not even sound could escape.

I completely failed to recognize how dangerous it was to be in such a place with people whose favorability toward me was overflowing.

No, to be honest, I knew but vaguely believed everything would be fine.

Nothing bad had happened despite my carefree attitude until now. Perhaps I had become complacent because of that.

Whatever the case, I should have sensed danger from the moment two people claimed to like me.

Despite the visible favorability numbers, I trusted their self-control, not realizing how frightening a situation could be when they became catalysts for each other.

    This was the result.

“Celia, what exactly are you doing?”

“Isn’t it obvious? What’s there to wonder about?”

Standing completely immobilized while my body was being toyed with.

Well… “toyed with” might be an exaggeration since they were just fondling here and there… but when you’re being touched while unable to resist, it inevitably creates strange feelings.

    This is how it happened.

Two women approached without making a sound, flung the door open, and entered.

Then suddenly Celia tried to restrain me with magic… which I dodged.

But Alkine charged at me simultaneously… which I also dodged.

“Hey! Guide him to the left!”

“Celia told me I should decide for myself whether to guide you right or not when she says that. Now, Ludion. Try dodging this too.”

I even managed to avoid their coordinated attack with advanced psychological warfare.

While I’m saying I dodged everything effortlessly, objectively speaking, their coordination was truly fantastic.

If there had been any delay in my evasion, I might have been caught.

“I guess this level isn’t enough. We’ll have to get more aggressive…”

    “What?! More aggressive than this?”

“You’re going to dodge anyway, so what does it matter! If you can’t dodge, that’s good for us!”

“You know that logic is a bit twisted, right?”

“Come on! Let’s go at him like we’re trying to kill him!”

    “We can’t kill him!!”

That’s how serious their momentum was.

But now there was no delay in my evasion, and despite their words, they were holding back enough that I could easily avoid their joint attack.

I thought if we kept this up long enough, they’d eventually get tired and stop.

    That’s when Alkine shouted:

“Just stay still for a moment!”

With those words, I became unable to move.

For some reason, my body completely froze.

    “What the hell is this?”

    I blurted out in confusion.

My mouth seemed to work fine… but my body wouldn’t move.

How should I put it… it felt like I’d lost control over my own body.

I had no choice but to remain still, just as Alkine had commanded.

    “…What?”

Ironically, the perpetrator herself was looking at me with a dumbfounded expression, which made the situation even more absurd.

Seriously, what is this? Some kind of verbal command or something?

Anyway, it was clear I had entered a state where resistance was impossible.

In the current situation, that was truly dangerous.

    “Ludion. Stay still.”

Celia, who had adequately assessed the situation, approached me saying that, but I couldn’t do anything.

“Could you at least explain what’s going on?”

“…Sorry, I’m just doing this because Celia suggested it.”

“Don’t try to escape responsibility when you agreed to this, Alkine.”

It seemed impossible to persuade them to stop.

The instigator, Celia, wouldn’t be convinced, and Alkine’s expression made it clear she wouldn’t let Celia have all the fun alone.

And that’s how the current situation came to be.

    Really… I never expected to end up in a state where I couldn’t move a finger….

“But Alkine. I went along with this because it seemed harmless, but what exactly did you do?”

Celia asked while starting to fiddle with my left side and arm.

    “I don’t know either.”

Alkine answered while starting to fiddle with my right side and arm.

I wish they wouldn’t chat while poking at my body. It tickles.

But my request was ignored, and their conversation continued.

“It seems like a unique ability you received as a favorability reward, right?”

“I’m not sure, but that seems to be the case.”

“What kind of unique ability makes this possible?”

“What was it called again? I think it was Providence.”

    “…Another incredible ability has appeared.”

From what I was hearing, it seemed Alkine had gained a new special ability.

After Celia’s time ability, now Alkine has a Providence ability… abilities whose names alone guarantee their performance.

Anyway, it seemed they hadn’t expected to subdue me this way either, as they continued discussing it for quite some time.

All while they continued to probe my body, keeping me in a ticklish state.

“Sigh. Fine, do whatever you want.”

Since I couldn’t resist anyway, and although it was a bit ticklish, it was bearable… and the situation of two beautiful women who liked me touching my body wasn’t entirely unpleasant.

So I decided to accept it.

‘They’ll probably get bored soon and stop after poking around a bit.’

After all, there are only so many places they can touch.

    …I was mistaken.

    “Ludion’s weak spot is here.”

    “Oh.”

Oh. They’re saying the same thing.

    Unfortunately, Celia was right.

Of course she was. I had told her directly when she asked if I was ticklish last time.

    I dug my own grave.

I had no choice but to endure the tickling attacks coming from both sides.

    This is pretty intense.

But if I showed how ticklish I was, they might get excited and attack more intensely. I had to grit my teeth and endure.

“See? It’s his weak spot, right?”

    “It sure is.”

Of course, trying to hide my state from two women who were experts at reading people’s conditions was meaningless, and I ended up exposed to intense tickling attacks.

Perhaps because the tickling sensation was so intense.

I completely failed to notice that their other hands, the ones not tickling me, were gradually becoming more sticky.

    Time passed in this state.

    “Hmm.”

Finally satisfied? Celia removed her hands from my body and stepped back slightly.

Then she looked up at my face with a somewhat dissatisfied expression.

“Can we make Ludion sit down?”

“I’d like to, but I don’t know how.”

“Try telling him to sit over there.”

    “Sit over there!”

    …Nothing happened.

    “It doesn’t work.”

    “Yeah.”

“Maybe you need to be more desperate? Try again with your desire to see Ludion’s face up close.”

    “…I already did that.”

    “Then I guess it’s impossible.”

From what I was hearing, Alkine’s new ability, contrary to first impressions, didn’t seem to be that omnipotent.

Thank goodness. I almost ended up being treated like a well-trained dog: “Sit, stand, lie down, roll over, good boy.”

“Well, that’s fine. Let’s just talk like this then.”

Celia, accepting the situation, slightly levitated herself with magic and moved to a position where she could face me.

Then she began stroking my immobilized face.

“Ludion. Do you know? My favorability exceeded 70 as of today. For reference, Alkine is at 39 now. She says there’s some kind of restriction, but it seems she’s actually over 40 at least.”

    “…”

“I think you understand what this means.”

    Favorability 70.

While a score of 70 isn’t surprising after already exceeding 60… the speed at which it’s increasing is absurd.

    The same goes for Alkine.

The last time I checked, her favorability was definitely 20. I even confirmed she received a reward for it.

But now it’s at least over 40?

Of course, I knew exactly what that meant.

These women. They like me too much. To an incomprehensible degree.

“Aren’t you curious why it turned out this way?”

“…Honestly, yes. I wonder if I really did anything to deserve such high regard.”

I expressed my honest feelings in response to Celia’s sudden question.

I was sincere. I felt like I hadn’t done much to deserve such affection.

As if reading my thoughts, Celia let out a hollow laugh.

“The fact that you don’t know is part of the reason.”

    “Yes, I think so too.”

Even Alkine joined in agreement, which was truly difficult to understand.

Of course, it’s better than being disliked, but when someone likes you this much, it creates pressure.

How pathetic of me to feel burdened after already saying I would accept their feelings.

But honestly, there’s a limit—when things progress this quickly, it’s only natural to feel perplexed.

I have no intention of taking back or denying what I said.

Why would I act like a loser to people who like me?

I’m just saying it’s burdensome. The weight of their affection.

The closeness of these women who are restraining and tickling me.

“Well then. Shall we get to what we originally planned to do?”

“Are you really going to do it?”

“After all that touching, why are you hesitating now? When else would we get to do this? Honestly, I barged in here half-expecting to fail. I can’t just throw away an opportunity like this.”

    “…True.”

The fact that what just happened was merely a side effect of Alkine’s new ability activating, and the main event was something else entirely.

    “So, who goes first?”

“You go first, Celia. I’ll yield this time.”

“‘This time’? Does that mean you won’t yield next time?”

“That’s for after I learn to use this ability freely.”

“…You were thinking that far ahead? That’s a bit shocking.”

“So? Are you not going first?”

    “Of course I am.”

Their conversation suggesting that a situation like this would come again someday.

If I wasn’t feeling burdened, that would be stranger.

More importantly. What exactly are they planning to do?

I don’t know, but… even if I did know, nothing would change.

With a body that can’t move an inch, all I can do is accept whatever comes.
