I woke up and found myself being carried on Agath’s back.

“…Why am I like this?”

“You had such a severe seizure as soon as we entered the underwear store that I knocked you out. Don’t worry, I bought the underwear for you.”

That’s somewhat fortunate. If I had been conscious while choosing underwear, I definitely would have gone insane.

“But how did you know my size?”

“I measured it myself.”

“…You didn’t do anything weird, right?”

“Who knows? What do you think happened?”

Surely nothing happened. Agath must be exaggerating just to tease me again. That must be it. It absolutely has to be.

“By the way, your body is incredibly lewd.”

Thanks to what Agath said, I was able to make one big decision.

I summoned a gun with my supernatural power and put it to my head.

“It’s been a short time, but it’s been really painful. Don’t ever see me again.”

I was about to be free from this world, but Agath interfered and I failed.

“Nothing happened! It was just a joke! Rebecca measured your size, not me! So put that down!”

So what? I feel like I’m going to die of embarrassment right now.

When I released the gun from my right hand, it disappeared somewhere. Thanks to that, I could summon another gun with my opposite hand.

I immediately summoned a gun in my other hand and…

“I’m sorry! Excuse me for a moment!”

With a shock to the back of my neck, I lost consciousness.

When I regained consciousness, I was back at the office. And I was tied to a chair.

…This situation feels familiar somehow.

“Are you awake?”

Leo asked, holding a bloody club.

“…Yes.”

I almost made an extreme choice because I was too embarrassed. Honestly, I still have quite a strong urge to do so.

“You won’t try to kill yourself if I untie you, right?”

“Not yet.”

“Good, and I have two pieces of good news.”

After untying the rope, Leo handed me something that looked like a smartphone.

“First, I got you a new phone. Here’s the manual, so check it out step by step.”

The manual is completely useless. It’s best to learn these things through hands-on experience.

But that wasn’t necessary. The way to use this phone was exactly the same as the smartphone from the world I used to live in.

“…You seem to handle it better than I do.”

“I’ve used something similar a lot before. So what’s the other good news?”

“We got a dungeon exploration request. We’ll leave tomorrow morning, so let’s call it a day.”

Leo is humming as he prepares to leave work. Is dungeon exploration that enjoyable?

“What’s a dungeon exploration request?”

“Think of it as a tedious and complicated treasure hunt.”

“Why is that good news?”

“The good news was that we get to leave work early today.”

I feel uneasy. Everyone surely has basic specs, so we shouldn’t struggle, but somehow the anxiety won’t go away.

“By the way, where did Agath go?”

“Oh, I almost forgot.”

When Leo opened the cabinet, there was Agath, unconscious with blood on her head.

“…Why is she in there?”

“It would be awkward if people saw an unconscious person as soon as they entered the office.”

Leo said as he carried Agath out the door.

“Now let’s really go home.”

We left work early to prepare for tomorrow’s dungeon exploration.
