57 – Reunion (2)

    “Why are you here?!”

“Why am I here? Because I was invited, obviously.”

His tone was a bit short, wasn’t it? Hayoon trembled at the laughter mixed in his words.

She knew it too. This was a place you couldn’t just enter because you wanted to, a space where the city’s powerful people gathered. Just being able to sit here meant you were no ordinary person.

    ‘I’m screwed…!’

It felt like the ground was collapsing beneath her feet. The fact that someone from her past was actually classified as one of the city’s powerful figures, and that she was meeting him in a place like this, naturally led to this reaction.

As Hayoon couldn’t even open her mouth, the man spoke.

“How long are you going to stand there? You have a job to do, right?”

    “Y-yes, y-yes, ah?!”

Hayoon’s ankle twisted as she hurriedly moved at the man’s words, and she fell forward. It was because she was trying to move quickly while wearing unfamiliar high heels.

But she couldn’t afford to be in pain. Without even having time to hold her throbbing ankle, she quickly got up and limped towards the man.

The man had his arm around Han Seol-ah’s shoulder, who was clinging to his side, and he tilted his chin.

“Give me that introduction you were doing earlier.”

    “Ah, I understand.”

Hayoon swallowed hard and said in a trembling voice.

“Thank you for the nomination. My name is Hayoon, and I’m in charge of… Wooshin-hyung’s public service for today.”

“Huh? How did you know his name when I didn’t tell you?”

    “Well… you’re wearing a name tag.”

The man, Wooshin-hyung, had a name tag on his right chest. It was a silver plate with the words “Sunwoo Group, Section Chief Wooshin-hyung” engraved on it. He burst into laughter as if he had belatedly realized it.

“Not bad eyesight. But how could you have that kind of eyesight and still mess with our Seol-ah?”

    “That’s…!”

Hayoon was about to shout back in frustration, but she caught her breath at the turquoise eyes looking at her.

Excuses like the tag wasn’t filled out, or that she didn’t know she had an owner, wouldn’t work here. Wooshin-hyung probably wasn’t asking because he was curious about the reason either.

When Hayoon kept her mouth shut, he smiled and said.

“It’s not like you’re completely clueless… I heard you act like you’re the only great person in the world.”

If Hayoon hadn’t met Wooshin-hyung here, she would have lashed out according to her personality. After all, outside, she wouldn’t have known that he was a VIP or a section chief at Sunwoo Group. But now that she knew he was a VIP, and that he was from Sunwoo Group of all places, she couldn’t act recklessly.

Sunwoo Group wasn’t a very large conglomerate nationwide. If you listed a hundred famous companies, it would be faster to count from the back to find them. It didn’t have that much influence.

But in this area and the surrounding regions, which it used as its base, it had a huge influence, to the point where it could be called a king. Even Hayoon, who wasn’t interested in society, knew the name.

“I wanted to see you act up like you used to, but you being quiet now isn’t bad either.”

Wooshin-hyung carefully examined Hayoon, who was trembling and lowering her eyes. He had seen many patients, but he had never seen anyone who caught his eye like this.

Her hair, which looked like cherry blossoms in full bloom, and her face, which was sweating profusely and biting her lip, were captivating. After staring at her silently for a while, Han Seol-ah, who was next to him, pouted and said.

“Master, you’re practically shooting lasers from your eyes.”

    “Was I staring that much?”

“Yes. To the point where I’m jealous.”

At her whining, Wooshin-hyung laughed and ruffled her hair.

    “Don’t worry. I won’t abandon you.”

“Then kiss me. So I can believe you.”

“You’re not a child, stop acting spoiled.”

Even as he said that, he kissed her on the lips. As the sudden, sloppy, and passionate kiss continued, Hayoon, who had been trembling, stared at them with a dumbfounded expression.

‘What the hell are they doing?’

She thought their relationship wasn’t bad when she saw them last time, but she never imagined it would be this special.

She had heard that some patients fall in love with their owners, but she never thought she would see it in person. As Hayoon was thinking that, Wooshin-hyung, who was rubbing her chest and kissing her, belatedly came to his senses and said to her.

“Look at me losing my mind. That’s not why I came all the way here.”

“Aww… Master, can’t you just do it with me?”

“You idiot. You’re the one who begged me to come here.”

“But… I’m all worked up like this? Ouch.”

“I want to too… but that’s for later.”

    “Hmph.”

Han Seol-ah, with a flushed face, lifted the hem of her white dress and revealed her wet lower abdomen, looking no different from a lewd prostitute. But Wooshin-hyung firmly refused – although he had a troubled look on his face – and flicked her forehead before saying to Hayoon.

“You know I nominated you, right?”

    “Yes….”

“You also know that we have something to settle between us, right?”

    “…Yes.”

Hayoon grabbed her trembling arm with her hand and lowered her head. At that sight, Wooshin-hyung smiled slightly and raised his wine glass.

“You don’t have to be too scared. Of course, if you were still a man… you would have to worry, but you’re not now, are you? I have no intention of using someone with such a beautiful face as a disposable item.”

Disposable item. Hayoon flinched at those words. She heard snickering laughter, but Hayoon couldn’t say anything.

“Of course, that’s what I think, but our Seol-ah seems to think a little differently. That’s why I nominated you today.”

“Then what do you want me to do…?”

“Do everything Seol-ah orders. Except for dying. It would be a bit too much of a waste for someone like you to die.”

It wasn’t a concern for her life, but a consideration of her usefulness.

    “I… understand.”

Hayoon answered in a barely audible voice. Then she heard a cheerful voice.

“Then I can do whatever I want from now on, right?”

“Yes, do whatever you want. Until all your anger is gone.”

    “Yay!”

Han Seol-ah, who had been seducing him with a seductive voice just moments ago, got up from the sofa and approached, looking like a child. She walked barefoot and lightly, and said to Hayoon, who was showing the top of her head as she bowed.

    “Can you look up?”

    “Yes….”

Hayoon looked up slightly at Han Seol-ah, who was approaching. Even though she was wearing high heels, she still had to look up, so she must have been well over 160cm tall.

As she looked at her with anxious eyes, Han Seol-ah said in an admiring voice.

“Wow, you’re really pretty when I see you up close!”

    “T-thank you…?”

She was puzzled as to why she was suddenly complimenting her. Regardless of what Hayoon was thinking, she raised her hand and touched her face.

“Your skin is so soft… can I bite you once?”

“Bite me, what do you m- Aah!”

Hayoon screamed as she bit her cheek before she could even answer.

She screamed so loudly that people in the hall glanced in their direction.

At the sound, Han Seol-ah, who had bitten her cheek, also let go and frowned.

“You startled me. Why are you screaming like that?”

“B-but you suddenly bit me- Ouch!”

Slap-! With a loud resounding sound, her cheek stung. Hayoon blankly turned her head at the sudden impact, and Han Seol-ah raised her hand with an annoyed expression, as if she had never been smiling.

“How dare you talk back to me?”

    “I-I’m sorr-“

Before she could finish her words, she was slapped across the cheek again and again.

Hayoon felt dizzy. The force was comparable to that of the teachers. She almost lost her strength and collapsed.

‘How can her slaps be so strong…!’

As she barely stood on her trembling legs, Wooshin-hyung, who was watching the scene, spat out.

“Didn’t Seol-ah used to be a volleyball player? That’s why it hurts even me when she slaps with her palm.”

No wonder it hurt so damn much. As Hayoon suppressed the tears that were about to come out and endured the pain, Han Seol-ah yelled.

“When did I ever hit Master!”

“Hey, you’ve hit me more times than you think? You don’t know your place just because I’m being nice.”

    “Hmph.”

She was pouting so innocently that it was hard to believe that she was the same person who had been mercilessly slapping someone’s face just a moment ago.

After a short lovers’ quarrel, Han Seol-ah lifted Hayoon’s chin with her finger and said.

“Hayoon-ah. You need to come to your senses. You may have come outside the training center, but that doesn’t mean you’re becoming a human, right? If you keep talking back… I’ll just pluck your eyeballs out?”

    “Eek…!”

Hayoon cowered and trembled. It was because she knew that those words wouldn’t end as a simple threat. If she really wanted to pluck her eyes out, she would be helplessly dragged away and have her eyes plucked out.

“Pfft- You’re cute when you’re scared.”

She was just saying the same words that Hayoon had said to her when she raped her the first time they met.

Perhaps because of her attire, she looked like a frightened rabbit, so Han Seol-ah smiled brightly, as if she had never been annoyed, and stroked her hair.

“If you listen well, I won’t hurt you more. So Hayoon-ah has to listen to me, okay?”

    “Y-yes…!”

Hayoon nodded quickly, not wanting to be late. Han Seol-ah looked at her with loving eyes, then turned around and sat back near Wooshin-hyung, and ordered in a nonchalant voice.

“Then dance there. So our Master can get a hard-on.”

    “D-dance?”

She knew she shouldn’t talk back, but the words came out involuntarily. It was no wonder, since she had never learned or even seen anything like dancing.

But when Han Seol-ah’s eyes sharpened, Hayoon hurriedly moved. Her creaking arms and legs flailed in the air, and her wandering eyes were like a wooden doll moving randomly on a string.

It was a ridiculous sight that could have made someone laugh, but the faces of the master and servant who were watching it were expressionless.

    “Stop.”

Just as Hayoon’s face was becoming more and more tearful, Han Seol-ah’s voice fell. She was finally freed from dancing, but Hayoon looked at her with trembling eyes.

And Han Seol-ah spat out with a cold expression.

    “Are you retarded?”
