    12. The Unbridgeable Gap

    12. The Unbridgeable Gap.

    12. An Unfillable Gap.

When Yu-Eun was holding Lucrecia, Sora and Yuna were heading towards the outskirts of Tokyo.

Along with the two Ah-Heuk clones he gave them.

    “I didn’t really want to come….”

Yuna, sitting next to Sora in the passenger seat, voiced her dissatisfaction curtly.

Even though it’s called the passenger seat, there’s really no difference from the driver’s seat.

After all, Ah-Heuk is the one actually driving.

Right now, Sora has taken her hands off the wheel and is busy messing with her phone.

“What would you do just staying there? You’d just hear the sounds of them fucking.”

    “Still…”

“Instead of being awkwardly there with nothing to do, isn’t it better to go shopping and change your mood?”

    It’s a valid point.

If it were the usual Yu-Eun, he would have dragged them into the sex too, but right now he has too many women he’s gotten with. He even has a business appointment at night. There’s little to no time for them to join in.

    “Could it be….”

Putting down the phone she was staring at, Sora looked at Yuna with a meaningful expression.

Even though she has no talent, her eyes seemed to shine as if she had a talent for insight or observation.

    “Are you anxious?”

“?? Wh, what… what are you talking about?!”

“Well, you know… seeing what Master-nim’s been up to lately, it’s exactly that.”

Yuna flared up when Sora grinned as if she could see everything.

    “That’s not it!”

    “Hmm… is that so?”

“Anxious, what… is there even a reason for us to be anxious in the first place? Our attack power is in the millions. There’s no reason to be anxious at all.”

    “…Okay, whatever.”

It’s a lie to anyone who sees it.

    Yuna is anxious right now.

Sora had noticed it a long time ago, but Yuna, as she’s seen her, is a proud girl who won’t easily reveal her inner thoughts. She probably thinks it makes her look weak.

But Sora thought that shouldn’t be the case.

    It’s good to be proud.

But if you can’t reveal your inner thoughts because of it, it will eventually fester and burst.

She didn’t want Yuna to become like that.

‘It’s meddling if it’s meddling… but aren’t we going to live together for the rest of our lives? This is also for my sake.’

In the end, she started the conversation first.

“You know, I’ve been in a really bad mood lately.”

    “…Yes?”

Yuna was slightly surprised by the sudden outpouring of complaints.

“Well, there’s been too much going on.”

    “That’s… true.”

    Hoo. She sighed.

It feels like the things inside are coming out.

“He probably didn’t notice at all, right? He’s so dense….”

“Is it because of th, that human?”

    “It’s him too… and me too… I’m just sad.”

It would have been nice if there was alcohol. She felt regretful that she was in the car at this moment.

“It’s nice that he met his sister and started a new love… but sometimes it’s so annoying.”

    “That human is like that.”

“It hasn’t even been a month since I broke up. It’s my fault that I broke up… but he’s too pushy. People’s hearts aren’t that easy. This is why guys who haven’t dated before are no good.”

Yuna felt a twinge of guilt.

It’s clearly aimed at Yu-Eun, but for some reason, she feels guilty herself.

“Ugh! We should be having these talks while drinking. Don’t you think?”

    “Is that… so?”

    “So let’s go drink.”

“Huh? I thought we were going shopping?”

“Drinking is also shopping. Alcohol shopping.”

    “….”

Sora immediately changed the destination to a bar.

Yuna was dumbfounded but eventually nodded in agreement. She felt like she wanted to drink for some reason.

    .
    .

    “Kheu! Sake!!”

Sora made an exaggerated gesture and poured the alcohol into her mouth again.

    “Ugh… it tingles.”

The two women, using Yuna’s Japanese skills, ordered a lot of alcohol and snacks and drank while talking about various things.

Yuna also liked alcohol quite a bit, contrary to what she showed, so the empty bottles increased at a rapid pace.

“Huuuk… but coincidentally! Un-Hyun that bastard showed up.”

“Ah, like a drama, the timing is amazing…”

“Yeah, fuck!! Why of all times! Why did he come then out of all the time! Why!”

The sight of two beautiful women getting drunk and talking in Korean was quite unique and attracted the attention of those around them, but Sora and Yuna didn’t care one bit.

Right now, their stories were more important than that.

“Was the kiss… was the kiss good?”

    “I don’t know, shit… I don’t remember. I was too shocked….”

“Unnie, you’re really a bad person.”

    “That’s right… I’m a bad person… I shouldn’t have done that… ugh… I went too far….”

“So what happened? Did you meet him after that?”

“What happened after that is what you know… I took Eun-ie out of spite and had a storm of sex, and then the next day I had morning sex… and sex at lunch… and then I got caught up like this.”

“It’s almost been a month. Time flies.”

“Flies my ass… it doesn’t go by at all… I’m saying this because he’s not here… I’m still so sad about the breakup… I’m fine when I’m not talking about it, but once I start talking about it, there’s no end to it!”

“I guess so… you dated for five years… it’s your own fault though.”

    “…Ugh… Master-nim is too blunt.”

“…I didn’t want to hear that from Unnie.”

Sora slammed her forehead on the table.

    “That’s right… I’m a bitch. It’s not his fault… but Eun-ie is being too harsh on him… that hurts me more. I can’t say anything….”

    “Why can’t you?”

    “….”

    Sora pursed her lips tightly.

Then she suddenly raised her head.

    “More importantly, how about Master-nim?”

    “Yes?”

“Why did you even go in there?”

    “…Where?”

“Ayo~ why are you asking when you know… I’m talking about Megal. Megal.”

    “W, well, it’s because I’m a feminist. You’re asking the obvious.”

    “Liar~.”

    “I’m not lying.”

“Master-nim is too clumsy. Just saying ‘Han-nam’ with your mouth doesn’t make you one. You’re not a feminist.”

Sora continued with an expression close to conviction.

“Do you know what I’ve felt while spending almost two months with you?”

    “…What is it?”

“‘Ha! This year is really tiring.'”

“…Did you bring that up to pick a fight?”

“Uung. No. A fight? The reason I feel you’re tiring isn’t because you’re a feminist. It’s because you’re hiding in something weird.”

    “…Just drink your alcohol.”

Feeling upset, Yuna poured alcohol with a sharp expression.

    “Eui-gu~ are you upset?”

    “I’m not a child.”

When Sora laughed as if she was cute, Yuna showed a sharp reaction again.

“Just tell me honestly, only to me. Are you really anxious right now?”

“W, what are you talking about since earlier!”

“You’re anxious, aren’t you? That you’ll be pushed back.”

    “….”

    Yuna bit her lip tightly.

“Shall I tell you Master-nim’s psychological flow? I’m confident I can get it exactly right.”

    “…Go ahead and try.”

Yuna provoked as if to say, try it if you can.

But there was a strange anxiety in it.

    Sora grinned.

“First, when you first met Eun-ie, you pretended to be a huge feminist and kept saying ‘Han-nam, Han-nam.’ Until then, you didn’t really have any thoughts inside. Because you weren’t a real Megal.”

“Wrong. I was disgusted from the first time I saw him.”

“Then he started to reveal his perverted tendencies and finally changed his job to the ridiculous title of Crown Prince of the Glans. Here, our Yuna’s disgust sprouts a little.”

“Not a little. It was huge. I told you, I felt that way from the first time I saw him???”

“And the grand Emperor Game… wow… it was amazing at this time. Even I was a little pissed, so Master-nim doesn’t even need to be said.”

“Hmph… you only got one right.”

    “But! I don’t know why….”

Sora trailed off slightly and pointed at Yuna’s forehead with her finger.

“After that game, you fell in love with Yu-Eun.”

    Kwang!!

Yuna jumped up from her seat.

“Wh, wh, wh, wh, wh, wh, what…!!”

Her face turned red in an instant.

Even considering that she drank alcohol, it was severely red.

Sora smirked at the sight and shrugged her shoulders.

“Ah, of course, you were embarrassed at first. You were also bewildered and dumbfounded. How could I fall in love with this perverted Han-nam trash? This can’t be happening, right? So you frantically devoured the 82kg Kim Jjiggae, the scripture of the feminist church. Because you have to uphold the sacred teachings of Megal and get rid of this feeling.”

The more she continued, the redder Yuna’s face became.

“But there’s no way it would work. From the beginning, you didn’t agree with those bitches’ logic at all. You’re too intelligent for that. It’s only natural since you’re the daughter of that ‘Lee So-nya-ssi.'”

    “N, n, n… that’s not… that’s not it….”

“Since it didn’t help at all and you didn’t agree with it, you ended up throwing it in a corner of the room, and the confusion in your heart grew even more. What should I do with this~ should I accept it~ or should I ignore it~ but in the end, I have to live with Yu-Eun~~ etc. Your head must have been very complicated. So you were awkwardly by our side in a neither here nor there attitude.”

Yuna couldn’t find anything else to say.

She was too embarrassed, but she didn’t understand why she was bringing this up since earlier.

“Anyway, after worrying like that, as your feelings grew, you decided, ‘Hoo… I can’t help it… sh, should I… da, date…?'”

    Tak!

    “Lee So-nya-ssi became Eun-ie’s woman.”

    Twitch.

“You were shocked and your mentality went out.”

    She shook her head.

“How is it, did I get it all right?”

    “N, no….”

“So I’m curious. Why was she even in Megal? Looking at her actions, she’s miles away from Megal.”
