Chapter 103.2

Thud!
The blade struck again, this time slicing deep into the warden’s throat. He fell lifelessly to the ground.
Swoosh!
The Spartoi’s uniform vibrated briefly, and the bloodstains on it dissipated into the air. It was one of the uniform’s special functions.
The Spartoi then propelled himself off the ground multiple times at high speed, disappearing from the spot. He reappeared at the control room.
“Huh?”
The Spartoi was startled.
All the control room staff were lying on the ground.
‘What happened…? They show signs of being knocked out cold… Someone else has already secretly raided the control room.’
After checking the condition of the staff, the Spartoi looked up. Multiple CCTV screens were broadcasting inside the control room.
‘The objective is obvious.’
On the CCTV screen, a crucial figure was missing.
“Haha…”
The Spartoi chuckled.
“Ahsung High Disciplinary Committee Leader… I came all this way to help you break out, but you’ve already managed to escape?”
The image of Ahn Woo-jin was nowhere to be seen.
Only the shattered remains of his special restraints lay scattered on the floor of an empty cell.
“He knocked these guys out to delay detection and buy time…”
The Spartoi rubbed his chin thoughtfully, then smirked.
And then—
Thud!
Thud!
Moving quickly, he slit the throats of the unconscious staff halfway, ensuring they were all dead.
Swoosh!
His uniform vibrated again, shaking off the bloodstains.
With graceful hands, the Spartoi spun the blood-stained dagger and manipulated the control room equipment, deleting the CCTV footage from Woo-jin’s cell. The mismatched timestamps between the footage and the staff’s time of death were now erased, removing all evidence.
“This should be enough to pin the blame… Should I be glad that my job just got easier? No….”
The Spartoi scratched his head.
“Despite being said to be so strong… I really wanted to face off against someone who just reached the 7th Tier. What a shame… Well then.”
Whoosh!
The Spartoi propelled himself rapidly off the ground, moving at such speed that he seemed to teleport back to the corridor where he had been moments ago.
The warden’s corpse was still sprawled there.
The Spartoi pulled a communicator from the inside pocket of his long coat.
“Unexpected development. Target has already escaped. However, I don’t believe this will affect the overall plan. Proceeding as scheduled.”
— Confirmed.
After finishing the report, the Spartoi used a knife to wound himself and punched his face multiple times, wrapping his fists in mana.
Thud!
Thud!
“Ow… Anyway, preparations are complete… Now I just need to wait about 10 minutes before reporting the situation.”
The dagger used to kill the Police Academy students vanished into smoke.
The Spartoi planned to pretend to regain consciousness 10 minutes later and use the warden’s radio to report the current situation.
He would claim that Ahsung High’s Disciplinary Committee Leader had murdered the Police Academy students and escaped.
And that he had survived by sheer luck.
The Spartoi sneered as he leaned against the wall.
“What an anticlimax…”
At that moment—
“What did you just do?”
“!”
An unexpected voice echoed.
The Spartoi’s eyes widened in shock as an overwhelming surge of mana crashed over him like a tidal wave.
Instinctively, he conjured daggers in both hands, gripping them tightly.
In the blink of an eye, teal eyes locked onto him, radiating an insane terror that triggered a primal sense of fear.
Before he realized it, a man dressed in a tattered black uniform had appeared right in front of him.
It was Ahsung High’s Disciplinary Committee Leader, Ahn Woo-jin.
Whoom!!
In that instant, something cleaved through the air.
A black three-section staff wrapped in teal electricity—Iron Dragon Staff.
It was a confiscated weapon that Woo-jin had stealthily reclaimed. The Spartoi couldn’t even consider the option to counterattack. The overwhelming presence of Woo-jin had paralyzed him.
In the end, the Spartoi’s instincts chose ‘defense.’
He crossed his twin daggers in a defensive X-shape as the Iron Dragon Staff swung down on him.
“……!!”
But he was overpowered.
The physical enhancement of a 6th Tier wasn’t enough to withstand the force.
Woo-jin’s mana-infused Iron Dragon Staff shattered the twin daggers’ blades.
The staff then struck the Spartoi square in the middle of his face.
