    “Hoo… Is that amazing?”

    The witch was truly impressed.

It is said that it was an attack made with less strength, but it was because there was no thought that a persona on the verge of death would receive it.

“But, what happens next? Will my pitiful human body be able to block my next attack?”

    The witch’s words were correct.

Kang In-ho’s body, tattered like a rag, was shaking as he blocked her fist with his body.

It was a situation where it seemed like she could just tap her finger and it would go away.

“If it goes on like this… Rider.”

I memorized the spell for transformation, but the mask did not appear.

“What is such an old-fashioned spell? Could it be a transformation spell? Ah, what happened while you were gone? I’m so curious?”

The witch who heard his transformation spell chuckled.

    “I’m curious… are you?”

The voice he managed to squeeze out was a fading voice, like a dying flame of life.

With a slap, the witch slapped him on the cheek.

“Wouldn’t it be better to watch your mouth?”

A huge fist opened and grabbed him.

He coughed up dark red blood due to the pressure constricting his body.

“Is there anything else to show you? I was looking forward to it because I felt like I had gotten stronger… but this is disappointing, isn’t it?”

The witch laughed as she saw Kang In-ho bleeding profusely.

The witch’s eyes narrowed at the sight of Kang In-ho lowering his head while being held by a huge hand.

    “What, did you faint?”

The witch snorted as if she had let out steam and approached him.

The sun set and the moon began to rise.

The stars in the sky, hidden by the sun’s light, were gradually revealing themselves.

    “…….”

He lowers his head and mutters something softly.

    “What are you saying?”

The witch grinned and got closer, wondering if she was trying to use a secret trick.

She wanted to tell me that no matter what method she tried, it wouldn’t work for me.

When she got close enough to hear him breathing, the witch felt ‘hot’.

    “…?”

Before the witch knew it, a huge explosion occurred.

When the last and final exam was over, the students came out to the school gate.

The sun has already set and it has been dark for a long time.

The fresh-faced students ended their three-year arduous journey by being embraced by their families waiting for them at the school gate.

Some of them laughed, others cried, relieving the emotions that had built up over the years.

Seeing the family’s strong emotional exchange, Seongah Kim trudged out of the school gate.

She looked around, but couldn’t see the man waiting for her.

“I think the fight is over.”

The violent clash of forces stopped a while ago.

It may be that he hasn’t returned here yet.

She looked up at the sky.

    “…!!”

Light fell in the sky. It was a star.

As the sun was setting in the sky, scattered clusters of lights were decorating the evening.

If one had seen that soft light, even a person who had lost dreams and hopes would have admired the beauty of nature.

    Shattered light decorates the sky.

    It was truly beautiful.

And for some reason she cried.

The anxiety that I had suppressed throughout the exam suddenly surges.

Seongah Kim soared into the sky among the crowd of people.

Leaving behind a comet-like trail, she flew to where the stars fell.

After completing her transformation, she arrived at the rooftop of a building.

    “…Uncle?”

There she saw Kang In-ho’s figure stretched out in a large shape.

    Boom, my heart dropped.

    “Uncle!”

I run to him in a huff.

My heart is beating fast. Blood dries all over the body.

    “Uncle!”

Kim Seong-ah sat next to Kang In-ho and shook his body.

    “Why!”

As he stood up in his usual voice, Kim Seong-ah quickly glanced at his appearance.

There seemed to be no trauma.

    “Are you okay?”

“Well, I had a hard time… but I won for now. The opponent was a bit tough.”

“Who the hell was he? Did you fight the Four Heavenly Kings?”

“The Four Heavenly Kings were eliminated, and the witch was also fought.”

    “What? A witch?”

The magical girl’s eyes opened brightly.

And then he gropes his body. This is because I could not believe that he came back safely after meeting the witch.

“Hey, where are you secretly groping? Hands off. Otherwise, I will report it as sexual harassment.”

Just as she was about to scan his body with magic, Kang In-ho slightly pushed her body.

    “…Are you not hurt?”

“Yes, it’s okay. But I missed the witch.”

“If you say you missed it, does that mean the witch ran away?”

“That’s right. He was so surprised by my strength that he ran away.”

“Mister, I’m not in the mood to joke.”

    The magical girl’s eyes narrowed.

    “I’m not kidding either.”

His face became as calm as a lake.

“I suffered a serious injury, so I won’t be here for a while… but I will return when I regain my strength.”

Seeing his serious face, Kim Seong-ah also became deep in thought.

    “Of course.”

“Still, you lost your subordinates, so wouldn’t there be peace for a while?”

“That’s probably true too. It will feel like a holiday for the time being.”

    “That’s right. Tskcha!”

Kang In-ho stood up. Then he smiled and looked down at her.

“Did you do well on the CSAT?”

In the same tone as usual,

“I ruined it because I was worried about my uncle.”

    Seongah Kim chuckled.

“Still, you did a good job. Thank you for your hard work studying.”

He raised his hand and stroked her hair.

She closed her eyes and felt his touch.

“How do you feel about the CSAT? Do you feel relieved somehow?”

    “…I don’t know. I’m not sure.”

“Now I have no choice but to graduate from high school.”

A cool breeze blew on the roof of the building.

The wind tousled his and her hair.

“Of course. Ah~ I wanted to be a high school student my whole life.”

As if she was truly disappointed, she turned and headed towards the stairs.

Following her slow movement, he also walked.

“Seong-ya, there’s really nothing special about being an adult.”

“Is that so? I’m still anxious.”

“It’s the same for adults and teenagers. Always making mistakes, falling, getting frustrated, sad, angry… Adults are just as immature as teenagers.”

“Haha… Why are you holding on to your weight all of a sudden? Awkwardly.”

“You will make a lot of mistakes in the future.”

    “Uncle?”

“You will make a lot of mistakes, you will fall so much that you will never be able to stand up again, you will be frustrated by many things, sad about being alone, and angry at the absurdity of the world.”

“…Why are you doing this all of a sudden?”

Seongah Kim turned and looked at him.

A halo of blue light illuminated his body.

“You will be evaluated by stricter standards than when you were a student. It will be harsher and colder.”

    “Oh, uncle?”

    His body was becoming blurred.

The magical girl focused her power on her eyes. And I looked inside him.

She opened her mouth slightly when she saw the empty inside of his body.

“But don’t be afraid to try.”

he laughs Not laughing frivolously at a dull joke or laughing loudly to hide awkwardness, but just smiling.

“Adults are not complete beings. It’s just the beginning. Even though you fail a lot and feel despair… it’s never too late to try a little.”

It was the smile of a man named Kang In-ho.

“Ah… I wanted to see you go to college. It’s a shame. Oh, but don’t go to art school.”

He muttered, as if he was regretful.

“What are you talking about! Now!!!”

“If I had had a few more years, I would have been able to accept your feelings…”

With a mischievous face, he jokes even as he disappears.

    “Uncle!”

The magical girl reaches out and runs towards him.

“There are side dishes in the refrigerator. Eat well. Healthy. Happy…”

    “Uncle!!!!”

“I hope you become a wonderful adult who protects your dreams and hopes.”

    “Uncle!!!!!!”

That day, shattered starlight floated across the rooftop, and Kim Seong-ah once again lost someone precious to her.

After puberty ended, the magical girl finally became an adult.
